I've been a customer for about a year. It's been a hit or miss on items. But when I do find something it is always a great price and great quality. Standard shipping can take a while to shop, so as long as you expect that you won't be disappointed. There are a lot of bargin sites like this one, but this one has great customer service, quick responces to their help email, and always quality items. They send a lot of emails but I don't mind, it allows me to find great deals fire me and my family.

I received an under armor jacket that had a hole in the shoulder. I immediately emailed the company, and within a few short hours they emailed me back asking for a picture. Understandable. They apologized and immediately began the refund process. Can't ask for much more than that!
On a separate order, I noticed that they cancelled one of my orders. I emailed them, and they immediately refunded me.
Now all that to say I have ordered other times with them and never had an issue. Great prices and great items! I will continue to look for their deals!

Excellent and timely customer support
I ordered a winter coat (incredible deal, btw) and it had a defect on the branding patch on the sleeve. The (prominent) logo patch on the sleeve reads "Canada Weather Gea" - without the 'r' in 'Gear'. I realize in the grand scheme of things this is not impacting the wearability of the coat, however, it does make it appear to be a 'knock-off' and not an authentic article of clothing.
I contacted customer support (and attached a picture of the defect) and Caleb's immediate response was to (first) apologize for the defective item being shipped to me; (second), immediately place an order for a replacement; and (third), email me a pre-paid return label to send the defective coat back to them.
This is the kind of company that I (and I would think that almost everyone) wants to do business with. The only somewhat negative thing is that it takes several days to process and ship an order - however, that used to be considered 'normal' -- and we have to remember that not all companies are giant entities that have tons of employees at their beck and call. The important thing is that they try to 'get it right', and if its not, they fix it. Take a look at their site and jump on their deals - great prices for name brand clothing.

I saved a lot of money on some name brand quality products from North Face in one transaction and from Adidas in another. I am male, 53 years old who likes spoiling loved ones and also-rans like to pinch his pennies twice, especially shopping online. I forgot to add someone's gift to my purchase so I called Proozy to see if I could add something to an already existing order. All reps were already engaged at the time and I was prompted to leave a message and they would get right back to me. Famous last words, right!? I planned on calling them back after waiting for a while. Before I could do that, lo and behold, I get a call back from a wonderful Customer Service Rep named Claire. She was extremely patient, more than pleasant, very knowledgeable with professionalism in her customer care! I was able to add 2 items to my order (quantity 2, size XS, Adidas [protected]@ $9.99 a pair) giving me peace of mind on what to get for my gift and saved a ton on shipping. Claire held my hand the whole way and more! She took care of it all right there on her end in one fell swoop. No back and forth frustrating phone tag, or customer service hide and seek. She reminded me that a similar problem I had in a previous transaction, also with Proozy, with the same excellent customer satisfaction. I, regretfully, can't remember her name at the moment, but she helped me switch out a color and size of a North Face Osito Jacket that was 1 of quantity [protected]@ $48.99 each. The price was a steal. I double checked online and everywhere else, the going price was around $100, that's why I bought. 3. I would gift them to someones later this year giving me piece of mind, already having the gift ready made of great quality in a name brand, big ticket item at a super bargain.

I ordered some shoes as a Christmas gift on Cyber Monday. I waited for a shipping notification and it didn't come. I figured things were probably crazy around this time and gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a few more days. I reached out via email on December 6th and received an automated message with my "tracking information" almost immediately. The tracking information status listed was "unfulfilled". There was an option (surprisingly) to alert the company of any concerns I had and the option, "my items should have shipped by now" was what I checked/submitted. I called the company's customer support line on the 8th after I received no return call/email regarding my concern. Someone picked up immediately, refused to give me a name, even when I specifically asked for one. After a brief explanation, the female told me the reason my shoes hadn't shipped is because they were not in stock. I was shocked! How did you sell me something, take my money when you don't even have the product. There was no indication when I purchased the item that it wasn't in stock. When asked, she said she had no estimated re-stocking time. No explanation or anything, when I told her that this was fraud, she only said "I understand" and "I can give you a refund". Please don't trust this company.

Today I spoke with Austin in Customer Service. I was having difficulty tracking a package that was on its way to me. Austin understood my issue and solved the problem immediately! It was a pleasure to speak with someone who was so knowledgeable and pleasant. I will continue to shop at Proozy and seek the help of their outstanding Customer Service department when I need them. I recently placed an order for two shirts. The order shipped out fast and was scheduled to deliver approximately one week after I ordered. At some point the USPS lost the contents of my order and just left my package scan in the same location for almost 2 weeks. They claimed no responsibility so I contacted Proozy through my shipment email. I received timely and courteous responses and was asked if I would like the shirts reshipped or if I wanted a refund. I opted for the shirts and they created a new order and shipment! This was a pleasant experience communicating with their customer service! I would definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend it! There are many great deals at amazing prices! The Reebok bras are the most comfortable I have ever owned, and the leggings are also good. The shipping is fast as well! Even if the shipping wasn't very fast, I wouldn't have held Proozy accountable for that. It is highly unlikely that it was their fault. However, someone would have to take the blame. If I had to guess, I would say there is a high probability of 97.284235% that I would have blamed the USPS for being late anyway! The ordering process was simple and direct> I had found a great price on some Under Armor sweats that I just couldn't pass up, So I placed my order. Received a tracking number with FedEx. Next day, I checked on the tracking number and saw that FedEx had received the package and it was waiting in Osseo, MN. And it sat there, one, two, three, four five "work days" like Monday, Tuesday, etc.. After my package had sat stalled wih FedEx, I emailed Zoey and asked if she (as the shipper) could initiate a trace on the package. I don't know what she did; but she sure broke up the "log jam". My package was delivered two days later. Great job, Zoey!

Falsely advertised! I ordered what I thought was six assorted North Face T -Shirts, for $9.99, plus shipping and handling, however only received one T-Shirt. No where on the details and or description does it state only one T-Shirt, even the representative I spoke with today February 2nd, 2022, stated the same and indicated she would need to tell someone to revise the description to only state one T-Shirt. As a customer, I think I should receive the remaining 5 T-Shirts,because no where does it state you are only ordering one T-Shirts. This is false advertising and misleading to the customers. Especially, when the representative of Proozy also states that a change needs to be made to the description of this promotion!

I purchased a mystery box for $99.00 and the items inside were great however they did not total the $300 advertised retail value. Mine totaled $256. I have reached out to 3 different associates and have only received a reply stating there are no refunds or exchanges. Great prices on name brand clothing. I have ordered 3x and received two orders. They exceeded my expectations. The 3rd order I input the wrong size on two pairs or Canada Cargo sweats. I emailed them at night and the following morning the sizes were corrected and shipped. That's fast service. The only mishap was a color issue, I thought I ordered red but received a coral pink. I didn't contact Proozy directly about the issue, I figure I would just leave a review. Who would have thought that they read their own reviews. A representative reached out to me about my comment and wanted to know the issue. I explained the issue and I wasn't expecting any type of discount, credit, or refund in return but they refunded me for the shirt I was unhappy with. Completed unexpected but beyond professional and courteous. That alone will make me a continuous Proozy customer.

I ordered and received a nice North Face jacket. The zipper malfunctioned immediately. As I am not a sewer, I photographed the zipper and emailed Proozy. I got a response right away, and we went backand forth on options. I realize they have great prices and move inventory very quickly so no replacement was possible. They worked with me to "make good" and gave me satisfactory resolution to the problem. I was very please with the representative from Proozy.The partial refund is enough to have a new zipper installed by a dry cleaner. Thank you, Proozy.
What a horrible experience! I cannot in all honesty remember a worse experience. They shipped two off-size jackets to me. When I notified Proozy about the bad sizing, Proozy was going to charge me for the return shipping. This is on top of the shipping they charged me to send the two items to me in the first place. Then my wife decided to gift one jacket, and I attempted to advise Proozy about the change. I sent FOUR emails to them, and never received any response from Proozy. I then telephoned them FIVE times, left them messages, and again received no response. So on an initial expenditure of $38.63 I received $14.00 back. What a money grubbing company!

Both fit much tighter than I feel comfortable wearing. I contacted customer service right away and Natasha provided EXCELLENT customer service. She assisted with the entire exchange process quickly and professionally. She continued with a follow up email to make sure everything was as I needed. It was perfect. In times when customer sertvice is often lacking, or you have to deal with a person that doesn't understand your needs, Proozy and Natasha went above and beyond. Many thanks for all the time and assistance. Well done! I will be back to shop with them in the future.

I used Proozy for almost the entire Pandemic. They have some good deals and I enjoyed using them...until I needed to make a return. I bought a set of rather expensive glass bowls. After waiting about a month, they came in. There was an outer box and an inner box. The outer box was fine, the inner box was shredded and taped up like a child had done it. The glass bowls inside were shattered. I tried to return. No response. I followed up. Proozy said they couldn't see my purchase. I took a picture and sent them the receipt from the box, they never responded. I followed up again, They never responded. I sent pictures of the broken bowls, and left two voice messages a week apart. No response. I told them I'm going back to Amazon. No response. I won't buy from Proozy again. If you do, make sure you never need customer service or a return. They are the worst.

Do not purchase from this company! I feel bad I recommended them to family and friends prior to me receiving my item. I have since explained the trouble I am having and they have discontinued purchasing from them until I get this resolved which I do not have high hopes for. I purchased a 1/4 zip pullover for Christmas and when it arrived its snaps which was not going to work for the person I purchased for. I messaged prior to Christmas and never got a response so I had to purchase from elsewhere for the gift. I emailed again and I'm still currently waiting. I just want a refund. I have never had any trouble out of a business. I had high hopes shopping here and even was going to continue to after my refund even though I was sent the wrong item. Engaged in chat which was over 45 minutes with loooong pauses requiring prompts (do they want you to go away...methinks yes) which did not resolve issue (replace or refund). Was finally told they would "email me" instead of resolving on chat... Note: Rec'd email denying refund/replacement. Reason: Item washed or worn. Note: Rec'd 9SEP21; laundered same day per instructions due to odor of garment. This company is downright dishonest and a purveyor of shoddy goods.

FRAUD - BEWARE
FRAUD - BEWARE. I ordered two items from them. The day it was supposed to arrive, I contacted FedEx because their tracking system said it was to arrive today, but it still showed it was in Minnesota. FedEx told me the item never reached them! Of course they haven't shipped it, because Proozy never sent it to them! All this while I've been waiting for it, and they haven't even sent it. So FedEx gave me a phone number, which ended up with the recording "cannot be completed as dialed." And what happens when I try the phone number listed HERE, on the ComplaintsBoard.com site? Same thing. It's not a working number. Even called the local phone number on the agent's email who emailed me a few days ago about the package, and IT DOESN'T EXIST. Complete fraud. I will have to call the police on them as well as report the fraud to my card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Fraudulent Order-Can't get response from Proozy
I received an order confirmation email from Proozy for an order I did not place! I have ordered from them in the past, but have not even been on their site in months. I sent an email to Proozy support requesting that someone call me and all I got back was an automated message with tracking info. I replied to that email and requested someone contact me AGAIN with no response. My account has been charged for an order I did not place, and I cannot get in touch with anyone. I have called every number I could find on the internet and also the number for Proozy on a past invoice and all of the numbers have been disconnected. I have included a picture from my order confirmation showing the price along with a discount resulting in a zero balance. My account was charged $23.17 and the funds have already been removed from my account.
Desired outcome: I need my money refunded immediately.

I placed an order #2478417-P for Women's Sperry Skimmer Starlight Boat Shoes size 9.5 medium which arrived without problems. However, the shoes were too big. I filed the appropriate paperwork and returned the shoes with a Proozy provided label for USPS. I stated on the forms that I would like an exchange for the same shoe, but in a 9 medium. I have yet to receive the exchange and my many emails and phone calls to Proozy go unanswered and unreturned.
I ordered sunglasses and a shirt from them. Nothing ever showed up. I contacted them. They wouldn't tell me who shipped them, but insisted they were left in my mailbox. My mailbox is one of those mounted on the house ones and too slim to fit a package like this I think. They would not offer any help for me other than saying please check with your neighbors, repeatedly (even after I told them I did that). First and only time I will ever be a customer. Basically they are crooks and/or unwilling to help customers.

I ordered thinlink Oakley sunglasses on 8/14. I received an email from Laquetta (Proozy) that this item was "out of stock" so they refunded my money. I immediately went to their website and was able to add this item to my cart at least 3 times! However, they now sold this item for $111 (I paid $49). So they didn't want to sell me these exact same glasses at the $49 price, but I was able to order them for $111! To me, that is total consumer fraud. I tried several times to have them respond to my emails, but no one will reply. Maybe this is a common practice of theirs, but to me that is fraud. I have order details and email correspondence if necessary.

10/31 order number *** These were purchased as a Christmas gift so obviously she didn't get them until the end of December. She has several pairs of under armour shorts so she wore them a handful of times once the weather was nicer as we live in the Midwest. The under armour emblem is coming off just like it was ironed on. I've never seen this happen to shorts she's had over two years so I'm wondering if these are fake. Tried to resolve with company but they said it was out of date.

I ordered 3 Under Armor Hoodies from Proozy.com on 5/31 for $50.99. Immediately, my credit card was charged with the amount. The order has not been shipped till date and due to Covid I can understand the delay but Proozy has been totally irresponsible with providing any response. I reached out to Proozy customer service multiple times in the week of 6/5 to understand the ETA for shipping but there has been no response to the detailed voice message that I left with them with my order number and my concerns. I sent out an e-mail on 6/12 requesting for ETA for shipping but there has been no response from them yet. Proozy need to ship me the item or refund me the $50.99 already paid to them.

I placed an order for 3 pairs of under armour shorts (order #***). These shorts are clearly counterfeit. The quality, sizing, and tags are not consistent with those in under armour products. I ordered a pair of women's Under Armour running shorts in December, have washed them twice, hung them to dry and the whole UA logo is coming off and the shorts are not holding up. Proozy guarantees that all their products are authentic Under Armour gear,but. If they are. They should not be falling apart already. They are now refusing to refund my money as they claim I received 2 jackets and are in fact lying and saying I contacted them to say I received both packages. Which I never did as I never did receive the original package. The customer service is horrific, and they are making up lies as they go, I have never in life experienced such poor customer service. I would just like a refund for the jacket I returned.

I ordered (order ***) a Body Glove Men's Neoprene Scuba Jacket and a Body Glove Coaches Jacket. I was sent 2 Body Glove Men's Neoprene Scuba Jackets by mistake. I tried to return one and was told it was non returnable as the sale was a closeout. As the shipper made a mistake on my order, I should be able to return it for a refund (including shipping cost). The site processed my order and billed my card for the $49.99 the very same day, a confirmation email was sent the following day, stating that my order was being prepared. I anticipated between 10-12 business days for the order to make its journey from Minnesota to Oregon, which is what the website said as well. I followed the tracking as updates were sent to my email address and on the tenth day from the order showing that it had been delivered, I still had no package. The tracking did indeed show that it was delivered by the US Mail through UPS as a broker. I have yet to receive my sunglasses and have been attempting to get this resolved, to no avail.

I received an e-mail for both orders which had the same USPS tracking number. The package was received, but it contained half of what was on the orders (only contained 1 shirt and 1 short). There was no explanation as to any pending order, back order, or estimated delivery of the remaining items. 3 additional e-mails have been sent requesting status with no response. Any phone call made goes directly to voicemail. I was only able to leave a message one time as the other times, an automated response states that the mailbox is full. There has been no return call made to me regarding this issue. A message was sent via Facebook messenger as well with no response.

From prior personal experience with the company, I understand that some items may be delayed so I have waited patiently but the item status has never changed from "Pending Shipment" (order #***). I have attempted to contact their customer support multiple times. The first two times my support ticket was simply closed with no explanation or follow-up. The third time, a support rep named Laquetta responded "why are you just now notifying of this matter. We have no way refunding you because so much time as pasted." To which I replied that I had no reason to believe their company would not fulfil my order and if a refund for the missing item is not possible, I would gladly accept another item of comparable value. I even sent a link to an item currently listed on their website of the exact same purchase price but never did hear back.

Good dayl! I hope everything is well amidst circumstances! Kindly Help us to get in touch with proozy.com! Customer service wise, they are not well. They never email me back with my request of exchanging an item wherein fact they were the ones to send emails on how to avail exchanges. (it's a promo for Rayban of buy 1 take1, first 1 was good) 2nd 1, frame is small for my husband's face. We received it 6/27, returned it 7/8, they received it 7/14 according to tracking number. Until now, I haven't receive an exchange item. But before that 2nd order, unequal deal also happens on my 1st order, price matching was not honored, the price difference was not honored even if I showed them the price from their website that differs few days after I ordered! Their agent said it will be honored. I let it pass. But now, i am expecting for an exchange, if not possible they should reimburse equivalent price of the item. Today i just received an email of $10 gift card which is unacceptable for the price i paid.

I came across the website Proozy.com and found what seemed to be good deals on brand name merchandise. I found a deal for men's Under Armour Heatgear t-shirts, 5 for $55. I ordered 5 for my husband, one in each color offered. When they came to the house I took the tags off and put them right in the wash, which is what I do with all new clothing. My husband put one of the shirts on yesterday and said there's no way it's a real Under Armour shirt. When I took a closer look at all of the shirts I realized that he was right. They are so thin they are completely see through, they have no stretch to them at all, and I can see where all the logos and tags were ironed on and the outline around it. Some logos are already cracking after 1 wash and the tag on the inside does not resemble the traditional Under Armour tags at all. They are nowhere near the quality of real Under Armour merchandise. Upon realizing this, I researched reviews for the website more and found a few reviews from recently that stated the same thing about the merchandise not being authentic. I emailed the company with my complaint asking for a refund and received an email back guaranteeing that their merchandise is 100% authentic and saying I could return any unworn, unwashed, new with tags merchandise (which of course mine is not). I responded to this reply in greater detail and received a reply back with WORD for WORD the exact same response I was given before. There is no way these shirts are real. I have photos showing you can clearly watch TV through a dark navy blue shirt and the emblem on the back of the neck is cracking already.
