TommyJohnWear Review: Great Men's Underwear, But No Bras for Bigger Ladies
Yo, I was checkin' out TommyJohnWear's site and I gotta say, I was a bit disappointed. They ain't got no bras for us bigger ladies! Like, do they think all women are tiny A-B cups? That ain't realistic, man.
But, I gotta give 'em props for their men's underwear. My man swears by 'em. He says they're super comfy and don't ride up or nothin'. Plus, they got a bunch of different styles and colors to choose from.
And their women's underwear looks pretty nice too, even if they don't have no bras for us big girls. They got some cute boyshorts and thongs and stuff. And they're supposed to be made with this fancy fabric that's supposed to keep you cool and dry or somethin'.
Overall, I'd say TommyJohnWear is worth checkin' out if you're lookin' for some quality undies. Just don't expect to find no bras if you're a bigger lady.
TommyJohnWear Review: The Comfiest and Most Flattering Undies Ever!
So, I was just browsing the web and came across TommyJohnWear. I thought, why not give them a shot? And boy, am I glad I did! These undies are the bomb. They fit like a glove and are so dang comfy. Plus, they make me feel like a total babe. I can't recommend them enough!
TommyJohnWear Review: Inconsistent Sizing and Sketchy Review Practices
I gotta say, I've been trying to leave a review for TommyJohnWear for a while now, but it keeps disappearing! I've tried posting it on their website nine times, and each time it's gone within hours, sometimes even minutes. It's pretty sketchy if you ask me. I mean, why would a company only want to show the good reviews? It makes me wonder what they're hiding.
Anyway, I wanted to share my experience with TommyJohnWear so that others don't end up in the same boat as me. My wife got me three pairs of their underwear - one second skin, one cool cotton, and one sport. The second skin ones were my favorite, and they fit great! But then things went downhill. I ordered ten more pairs in various colors, all the same size as the second skin ones. But when I got them, they were all too small! I even double-checked the first pair to make sure they were the same size, and they were. So I ordered two more pairs in the next size up, and those fit great too.
I contacted customer support to see if I could exchange the ten pairs that were too small for the size I thought they should be. But they told me I could only exchange one pair because the others weren't new with tags anymore. How was I supposed to know they were too small without wearing them? And how could I trust that each pair I ordered was actually the size it was labeled? It's pretty frustrating, especially since I think the first pair was mislabeled.
So my advice to anyone considering buying from TommyJohnWear is to be careful with the sizing. There are definitely some inconsistencies, so I'd suggest ordering in small quantities to avoid ending up like me. And their customer service is pretty terrible, so keep that in mind too. Honestly, I'd say just stay away altogether.
Tommy John Underwear: Great Undies, Terrible Customer Service & Order Fulfillment
I've been rockin' Tommy John underwear since 2013 and let me tell ya, the undies themselves are top-notch. But, lemme also tell ya, the folks over at TJ need to get their act together when it comes to fulfilling orders and customer service.
So, I placed an order on 7/30/18 and got confirmation that it would ship in 1-2 days with free expedited shipping. Perfect, right? I was leaving for a trip on 8/9, so this timing was clutch. But, come 8/4, I still hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation. So, I called up their "customer non-service" (lol) and spoke with Brie, who's supposedly a manager. She looked into it and found out that my order hadn't been sent to the warehouse correctly. She said she'd get back to me with an update, but the next day, all I got was an email saying she had no update. Ugh. So, I replied to her saying to cancel my order if it couldn't ship by Monday 8/6. I figured that'd give me enough time to order from Mac Weldon or Saxx if TJ couldn't come through. But, on 8/6, I got an email from Brie saying my order had shipped with 1-day free shipping and included tracking. She also sent a 20% off code for my next order. Alright, cool. But, come 8/7, I still hadn't gotten my order. The tracking said it'd be delivered on 8/8, but then it changed to 8/9. What the heck!? So, I called up customer non-service again and spoke with Glen, who just talked over me the whole time. Not helpful. So, I asked to speak with a manager and it turns out, Brie is a manager! She eventually got on the call and apologized, saying the wrong shipping instructions were sent to their warehouse. Ugh, again. And get this, the order was only shipping from LA to San Diego, which is only 100 miles! So, I asked if she could at least apply my 20% discount code to this order since there wouldn't be a next order. But, she said she couldn't do that and blamed the shipping issues on DHL, even though the incorrect shipping instructions were sent to THEIR warehouse. Whatever. Zero stars for order fulfillment and customer service. Looks like I'll be freeballin' it on this trip. If you gotta have TJ undies, just buy 'em from a retailer. Don't put yourself through the misery of dealing with these incompetent customer non-service folks.
