Delivered Rolex Replica Watch with copy Citizen movement, probably of chinese or Japanese origin, instead of Swiss ETA movement.
Its hard to believe that SwissReplicaWatches are running an advert on this complaints page. They are advertising and selling Chinese watches worth less than a hundred dollars for four hundred dollars.
Please believe me, you can buy a real Swiss ETA movement Ollech & Wajs for under four hundred dollars, an excellent watch, Google the name.
But they stood by part of the guarantee and gave me a refund of all monies I was charged for the scam watch. Very lucky escape.
The external quality of the watches is excellent - the movement is a Chinese copy of the Japanese Citizen, if you could get an ETA movement put in, WOW.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

On 2022-12-25 I called out these [censored] via email then they spammed my phone immediately after and threatened to divulge my SSN, all this in documented in emails (see attached pic).

I can agree with all comments posted about this company. Externally or superficially the Rolex copy is very good. The one I have (Pro-Hunter) ran and kept time extremely well for approximately 12 months and then started running erratically. A trip to a watch makers revealed (surprise, surprise) that the movement was "probably Chinese" not the Swiss ETA as advertised. I have a feeling that they are now trading under another name because the ads for swissreplicahaus (from memory) are identical to Swiss Replica Watches. Caveat emptor. I have been told that it may be possible to fit an ETA movement, from one website that I looked at, and I an not a watch maker, there is an automatic ETA movement for 4 hands (hour, minute sweep sec + GMT) that retails for around $500. On the plus(?) side the nylon band isn't bad. D. Richardson
This is the 2nd time I am posting as I finally received my watch back after many months of trying to have it repaired/refunded, I ended up going through Consumer Affairs which I believe they gave them a kick up the bum. Since receiving back my so called repaired watch it is broken again and it seems their website has shut down which was the only way of contacting them, it seems I too have spent $500 and after only a few short months of wearing it does not work - how do these people sleep at night knowing they have ripped off so many people?!
I am completely dissapointed from this company (products and service). I paid more than 500 bucks for a replica of a Tag Heuer. Many problems (the crowns fell off). It is one month since i sent the watch for reparation, and no response. Trying to contact them, but with no luck. I have lost my money. I am sad. I would never recommend anybody to buy any watch from these guys.
I have been trying to contact these cheats since February. I paid $400+ for a watch from them which required spare parts after less than 1 year. They told me they would send these after I paid $50. I did. They didn't. I am still waiting for the spare parts and they do not answer any of my emails.
Swiss Replica Watches are the worst co. I have ever dealt with. I purchased what I believed to have been a quality replica watch for my husbands birthday in December 2011, I paid $500 for it, and as their site states that they send via registered mail within 2-5 business days, after processing the $$ and not receiving watch within the 2-5 days, I started contacting them and the only response I was getting was to advise that they had not received our $$$ even though we had proof and confirming from our bank that they had received our $$. After nearly 4 weeks and going thru Consumer Affairs, the watch finally arrived, with no apology. NOW 6 months down the track the watch has broken and they will not reply to my emails re repairing or replacing the watch - WORST CO. EVER - BEWARE!

Well at least the people complaining on this thread received their watches to see the inferior quality. Its been almost two weeks since I have paid for the watch and to date I haven't had any response from them regarding delivery.
It is quite a frustrating experience. I feel like I should have waited or saved up more money and invested in an original watch atleast it would be worth the saving.
I am now asking them for a refund of my money as I still haven't received the watches but they are now completely ignoring my emails.
