Tamil Matrimony Forgery by tamil matrimony, auto-deducted money from my account

Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Forgery by tamil matrimony, auto-deducted money from my account

Before 3 months, I have registered with premium membership through my mobile app not desktop version. 29Nov2016 again 159 SGD dollar is deducted from my saving account for auto renewal. i shocked, asked matrimonial agent, they are telling by default, auto-renewal option is enabled for foreigners for "unstopped service". it' completely cheating and fraud.

I didn't login matrimonial in desktop web version earlier (started today only), i have used and registered via mobile app only. no more option for auto-renewal option in mobile app, so how can i enabled auto-renewal from my end.

159 SGD dollar is nearly 8000 INR. tamil matrimonial is cheated me and got my money. they are fraud. also they are telling money is non-refundable.

also they are telling, we will give one more month extra for your matrimony id. they did forgery with me. I need justice. please help anyone for my problem. now i am in singapore. my name is sathish and number is [protected].

please help me to get back my money. please give idea to me where to register complaint and file case against this.

Tamil Matrimony Making customer as fool

Hello sir my complain number [protected]. I make payment on aug1st that time your person gave 700rs cash back offer . 12days over still cash back not credited .last two i contacted they telling daily 24 hours for credit. today 12th august customer care person telling 700rs cash avail with my account. But 7 more bussiness days it will take . So totally 20 days for refund . Very worst service . Make people as fool. I asked senior person contact for complaint she told not available . So only for order they will call continuously once you paid then they will not worry.thinking customer are. Fools . Dont go with tamilmatrimony . Worst one.

I was chatting with Sadham and he is ending the chat abruptly without any prior notification. Actually I was waiting for the response, but it says chat ended.

Their answers are not related to my question. This makes very frustrating.

Finally, I would say this is the WORST customer care service.

Regarding the non-receipt of refund, we would like to confirm you that, we have initiated the excess payment Rs. 700 on 14/08/2015 from our end.

The reversed transaction shall reflect in your card account within seven business days.

Further, you are requested to kindly check with your card issuing bank on confirmation of the same.
