Sub: Refund of Amount in respect of Cancellation of Tata Nano – Regarding

I request you to state that due to personal financial problems, I have cancelled the full booked for tata-nano on 06-05-2010. From that day onwards, I am requesting the concerned people and the call centre too for refund of money. On [protected], I was asked to submit my bank numbers with IFSC code etc., which I have given on the same day. I did not receive my money till today. We have been trying tata people such long time for our security refund approxmatley 1, 20lac but no postive feedback is coming in neither anybody reply or answer the same.

i' m Ramani Balakrishnan user of Tata Nano car LX from 2009. my clutch plate got damaged last night. my vehicle millage is 5800KM. i don t no how a clutch plate damage at this lesser millage service person say it will be manufacturer problem

Dear Sir,

1. Please refer my mail dated 30th June 2011. I have been awaiting suitable relief, but no reply has been received even after lapse of 20 days. It has forced me to approach you once again for consideration of my plea made through mail. However, subsequent on my mail following action, mention in paragraph, has been taken by the officers at different level.
2. On 09 July 2011, Mr. Atul More, Regional Manager, Tata Motors Thane, spoke to me and expressed that the steering has failed after the accident, there was no technical problem before the accident. He further mentioned that he cannot help in this case and advised me to get the vehicle repaired as applicable to any other vehicle, having an accident. This I have been hearing right from 07th Jun onwards from ADM Motor, Ahmednagar. If this was the matter, I would have not approached your good self and would have got the vehicle repaired through ADM Motors Ahmednagar and would have claimed the damage from the New India Insurance Company Ltd.
3. On 11 Jul 2011, Mr. Khan, Kamal Motors, Kalyan called me and advised that I should extend my consent for repair of vehicle to the ADM Motors Ahmed Nagar. He also told me that if I do not do that, I may be charged Rs 500/ (Rs five hundred per day) as parking charges by ADM Motors Ahmed Nagar. I expressed my unwillingness to follow his advice / direction as I have confidence that my plea will be suitable redressed by TATA Motors and new vehicle will be released to me.
4. On 12 July 2011, Mr. Khan called me again and pressed for his advice / directions and added that we can extend 50 – 60 % of your share of expenditure. He was liberal and Co – Operative and his advice was worth, if my plea is not going to be redressed suitable by TATA MOTORS, as desired by me.
5. I want to add further that, by the grace of GOD, I and my relative have escaped from death during the accident, which is more valuable than the cost of vehicle.
6. In view of above, I would like to submit that whatever decision has been taken by TATA MOTORS should be communicated to me at the earliest to avoid further financial and psychological hardship faced by me and my family. This will enable me to take appropriate action to avoid any further delay and I would be able to proceed further.

TATA MOTORS itself is such a huge organization, and it’s a prestigious firm where all people have faith and proceed for TATA Services, I would request you not to break our trust and faith what we have on such a prestigious firm. An early action will be solicited and highly appreciated.

Tata NANO EURO II Base Model in 'Racing Red'
Booked in April 2009.
Allotted in September 2009.
Billed on September 31st 2009.
Paid 09 loan instalments so far.
Still NOT received car. I LOVE TATA NANO...

And I almost forgot... OFFERING ME A EURO III VERSION of the same with some additional payment.

tata nano ac not working

i bought a tata noano cx model in march 2010 in chennai fo a price of 1.81 lakhs..all was well till the first 1500km .then the car was given for its first service.
just a monh after the service, the dipper of the light stopped working, then a week later the air conditioning stopped working ..finally a week later the vehicle started making loud noise..on check with a local mechanic realized that the engine oil was low..
i am quite upset by the poor performance of the car just after a mere 3000 km.
finally i d say, quality can never be bought for a cheap price

tata nano refund

To whosoever it may concern.

We are still waiting for our advance money to be refund since 8 months. Several call/several mails/Several visit in defence colony tata moters showroom but no satisfactorily answer. We are really fedup. Our 1lac rupees is stuck in Tata Moters.

Hope somebody will assist us.
