I took my broken watch in for exchange for a new watch. On the slip said it will be delivered on 24 June 2018. After many calls and visits to American Swiss Malmesbury western Cape. No answer. This is unacceptable. Fochini Malmesbury also fredeline also try and contact the person and she was told at the week of between end June the watch is on its way. Still no watch
Poor product, pathetic customer service
A Tempo watch was purchased 13 December 2014 and by February the stones around the face started falling off. I called the store and manager Shanelle told me to bring it in immediately and I can exchange it. Going out of my way to do so the very next day I was at the store. I chose a different watch as the quality of what I initially picked was pathetic. They consultant took my details and was said she would call as soon as she had the other watch. She refused to take back the damaged watch and give me a gift receipt and now over a month later im left with a watch I cannot use. To make matters work gateway staff have absolutely no clue what customer service is. I have yet to receive one call from either the manager or any of the consultant with an updated status of my return.I have to call in and every consultant says they know nothing about it. I have spoken to Shanelle, Stephanie, Renuka and another lady who's name I did not get. I spoke to Renuka today and was told Stephanie is on leave, she has to wait for her to return to work 2 days later.Such a big brand like American swiss and the quality is extremely bad not to mention the disgusting way in which their staff treat customers
Service delivery
I am extremely dissappinted with the service i got from american swiss Riverside mall Nelspruit. My husband bought me a watch for my birthday after two days the stones on the face fell out and i returned the watch so that they could ve replaced. I was assured that the watch is still under warranty and they would send it for repairs. After waiting three months for the watch i was phoned to come and collect. Firstly the lady was extremely rude and when she took the watch from the packet the stones were not replaced! BUT they have replaced the battery on a brand new watch. I was told they would send it back for the repairs to be done. After a month of not hearing from them i went back to enquire and it was found that the watch was never send back. Once again the sales lady was very rude. They have no left me no choice but to take furthenr action. And if necceassary i will have to take legal steps against them in order to secure a refund. I am extremeky unsatisfied with the service. I have had a new watch for 6 months now and out of that six months it was o ly in my physical possession for two weeks!
