The Concorde Collection Poor Shipping Practices

Paid $9.90 for shipping on 2 rings. Had to PAY AN ADDITIONAL .41 to the post office to release my rings.

Called to see if CC would rectify the situation. After talking with the management, they would not do anything about the issue. No apology, no I'll have the situation researched, NOTHING.

I will be returning my items tomorrow. I really liked them too. Bad business means they are out $90 in sales. I hope someone will read this and rethink their purchase.

I have ordered 2 Rings from there. Satisfied, but at the same time have an issue with second one I received. Which was the Live, Laugh, Love Ring. One of the Hearts on the ring catches on everything! It has put big Snag in Good Scarf and My Good Blanket and many other things. I wanted a ring I could wear all the time. And I can not do that! I also was told it is not Solid Sterling Silver. What do You have to say about this?

The Concorde Collection No customer service

Dec 3 I ordered and inquired ab out the size of the Irish blessing heart locket. Today is Dec. 29 // I finally received the item and the description I had inquired about was replied as 'The Irish Blessing Heart Locket is currently on backorder and is not expected in until December 12.

The width of the locket is 5/8 inches and the length is 1 inch.' It was supposed to have an inscription of 'May you have those you love near you, And all that your heart may desire!' The locket was not that size much smaller with no inscription and just received today. I called and was told I would have to ship back before she would send the correct item and mine was from the old collection? But, since it was on backorder wouldn't it have been in the new collection. No response and it would take another 10-14 days to ship after I sent this one back. The charge on the postage is $1.52 and I was charged 4.95 for shipping to wait 10-14 days. There product is not as advertised. I am very disappointed in what I thought would be a special keepsake.

The Concorde Collection Product never received!

I order a believe in miracles ring in 11-14-2007. I sent a check and it been cashed too but product never received! Beware people!

I ordered "hope for a cure" ring. They cashed my check a month ago. I have called several times The hold time each time is almost an hour. Everytime I do get ahold of someone they lie and give me a different story. I just called and this is the 4th delivery date they have given me. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD! I will be reporting this company as fraud to the Federal Trade Commission. I encourage all of you that have been ripped off by this company to do the same. Its awful that this company is continuing to rip people off. I wish I would have read all these comments before I sent them money. BEWARE BEWARE SERIOUSLY BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD AND CONTINUES TO STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE!

Ring was ordered and paid for on November 13, 2019 but never received. You would think that TV Guide magazine would do a better job of vetting their advertisers to make sure that they're legitimate companies before ripping off all of their customers

I sent a check for $50.95, on Aug. 29th, 2017. I checked my bank statements, and found that it was cashed by your company on sept. 5th, 2017. I still have not received the Irish Prayer Ring. The ring size was 7 ! My name is Warren Cadiz, 154 Montgomery ave., Oceanside, New York [protected] I ordered it early, so I would have it for Christmas. Please make adjustments, and send out that ring as soon as possible. Sincerely yours. WARREN CADIZ

We saw an Ad for the Irish Claddagh Wedding Set in Sterling Silver/Platinum. Since it said if you ordered by Feb. 5th, it was guaranteed delivery before Valentine's Day. 1st mail dated 2/3 said it was preparing for shipment, but email 2 stated "In Transit" on 1/29, email 3 stated "Shipped Out" on 2/12 but when I called, their Customer Service Rep said it was shipped on 2/6 and I would get it before the 14th... It's now Feb. 24th and I just called them and said to refund my money or I do a charge back. If I would of seen this before ordering, I would of searched for this set somewhere else. They did want to resend a second set but told them no... If the first one didn't show, what makes them think the second will? And the amount you pay for shipping, you would think they would send PRIORITY... nope, they say they mail First Class and no tracking...

I saw an ad for the Van Gogh-inspired Jeweled Sunflower ring. It was very pretty so I was thinking of ordering it. I decided, however, to see if there were any reviews online for this particular ring or other Concorde items or the company itself. I came across this website and am glad I did. Of the many reviews posted, there is only ONE thus far that is positive (Christina Uhlman). If I'm thinking of buying something--especially online or via mail--I will almost always look at the reviews. There are usually some negative but if the majority are overwhelmingly positive then I'm more than likely comfortable ordering. Having read all the negative reviews for this company, I will not be ordering from them. I have several decorator plates, porcelain figurines, and a set of mugs--ordered mainly from Lenox but a few from Danbury Mint and I also think Bradford. Haven't ordered from any of these companies in several years but I don't recall that I had any problems with them.

I've purchased dozens of pieces of jewelry from this company over the last 10 years. Overall, I have been almost 100% satisfied with their service and product. I worked in fine jewelry for multiple companies for over 3 years and can attest to the beautiful craftsmanship and stones used in the jewelry I've purchased. My husband only ever had one incident with an order from them where the item was on backorder and they sent a different piece of jewelry in its place. When we contacted them, they explained about the backorder and said I was free to keep the ring they'd sent until my order shipped and then I could return it to them. They've been fabulous to me as a customer and I would definitely recommend them. My husband even updated my wedding set from their company and it's such fantastic quality that people are in awe of it. No company is perfect, but I wanted to make sure people out there know that you can indeed have a wonderful experience with The Concorde Collection.

I ordered irishcladdagh ring sent a 20.00 mo to atleast get a received partial payment this was 4-3-15 I have not gotten anything from them I am glad I found this site thankyou for the help I will not send anymore money unless I get the rings

If you have purchased merchandise using a credit card as payment, contact your credit card company to dispute the charges. If the merchandise is not received or not as pictured, is poor quality or damaged, you may be able to have your credit card company intervene on your behalf. I will not deal with Concorde Collection, even though
I have been looking at buying a ring from their website. I wear rings a lot and have had a problem with the finish wearing off of rings. I reviewed the return policy the Concorde Collection has on their site. I was shocked to see it is a 60 day return IF the item shows no visible signs of use. This was my red flag. I am so glad I read the return policy, that made me think the company was not reputable and the jewelry was not as beautiful as pictured. I am thankful for the comments posted here which confirmed my suspicions.

I should have checked for complaints before I ordered the cancer survivor ring prkced at $55, plus shipping. I got the bill today and decided I would check the company out before I sent payment. So glad I did! . I will not be mailing a check nor giving them my credit card. Such a dissapointment for a company to be ripping people off when all we want to do is show love for someone. I was going to give the ring to my niece who had breast cancer surgery. I'll be looking elsewhere.

WOW! I should have checked here first, I bought a ring for a cancer survivor in a size 9, I know for a fact that it's a size 6, they tried to tell me that it's a 9 and people's fingers are different. I've been buying rings for a long time I know my size never changes, all I can say is WOW! They will charge me to ship it back, OMG

OMG! Your problem is exactly like mine! I ordered the cancer ring and received a size six instead of a nine! Called and they said to return for an exchange and they would refund my postage! I wrote all over the retun slip size nine and underlined it! Just received my replacement and it is another size six! Called and spoke to Nancy who asked me to return the second ring! I have it already to mail back but after reading this, I believe I will be shipping it in vain and end up with
nothing! It's actually a very pretty ring and there are other items I would like to order but now I won't! It's a shame because they have many lovely designs! I don't know if I should hold on to a ring that doesn't fit me or see if a jeweler can resize it (if it's sterling silver as advertised)! Guess BBB would also be a good move! Betty
