The Scent Wizard No Merchandise = Stolen Money

I placed an order with The Scent Wizard totaling $139.19, order # 6987 and never received the merchandise. I called and called the company answering machine always picked up. I placed a complaint on the companies website when it let me once. when the person who worked there read it she called me the next day from her cell phone promising to fix it because the other worker was marking items shipped when they was not because they had no tracking #. After I still didn't receive my order i call her cell back and she tried to lie and say i had the wrong #. when i called her on it she had to come clean and lied about my order again. Now her cell has the Scent Wizard voicemail on it which is the same persons voice and her personal scamming business.I have not given up on getting my money back from this thief. SO DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THIS IS AN INTERNET SCAM!

I placed an order with The Scent Wizard on April 10, 2013 order # 3301, customer ID# 19786 and to this day May 2, 2013 have not received my order in which I paid $38.01. My first call was April 22 and left a message. Called again on April 24 and to this day the voice mail box is full and to try again later. No one never called me back. I then started a bunch of emails with the attached order form and they ignored that. This company is not a good site. They have items on their site that is very tempting to order. Please people DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE SCENT WIZARD. PLEASE

The Scent Wizard never recv'd products

I, ORDERED THREE 8OZ BOTTLES OF FRAGRANCE OILS FROM THIS COMPANY ON8/5/10.I, HAVE YET TO REC'V MY PRODUCTS.THEY, WERE VERY QUICK TO CHARGE MY MASTERCARD.CAN'T, REACH THEM BY PH.I, HAVE SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS.FINALLY, GOT A RESPONSE FROM UPS.ON BEHALF OF MAGUM CO.MY, ORDER WAS TO BE HERE TODAY.8/31/10.I, REC'VD A PACKAGE, BUT IT WASN'T FROM SCENT WIZARD.BUT, WHEN I WENT 2 LOOK MY ACCT.UP.IT'S, SHOWING I REC'VD MY PACKAGE TODAY!DID NOT!I, HAVE SPOKEN W/MY CREDIT CARD CO.AND, MY LAWYER.I, HAVE ALSO CALLED THE FTC, ATTORNEY GENERAL, PLUS THE B.B.B! Never received products I paid for.
I also purchased from scent wizard in Dec. of 2012. They have my money but I have received nothing as of the end of February
2013. I have called, emailed and still no order. They show they shipped to me on their site but still no products. These guys should
be removed from the internet. Thieves.

The Scent Wizard Two orders never received

I ordered a product for Christmas 2008 which to this day, May 12th 2009, I have yet to receive. When I originally called right before Christmas, I was told that I would not receive in time and they were going to be closed after Christmas until January 5th. When I had not received at the end of January, I called them back. No answer, left message. I e-mailed them a week later when I did not receive a response. I did not get a response from my e-mail either. I checked thier track order and my product does not appear but I have an order number. I have called 1-2 times a week for the last 5 1/2 months and not once has anyone ever answered.

Since this item was for my mom and she really liked it, she tried ordering it last week. She has not received anything from The Scent Wizard so she has finally decided to give up on the product and look elsewhere. Why do they have a website if they are not shipping orders? I would highly suggest that you not waste your time on this company because they obviously do not care to return a call or e-mail, let alone sell a product.

I placed an order on 8/2/10 and still have not received the order and today is 9/11/10! I have called them and emailed and got no response. The order has said "pending as status" since it was placed 8/2/10. They charged my card right away and did not deliver.

Here's what happened to me. My order was placed in January 2014 and The Scent Wizard charged my Debit/Credit card $ 22.10 and then within 5 days they credited my account for the same amount. Not sure why this was done but after reading these posts I'm glad I got my money back. I too try to be very careful when ordering online and this is the first time anything like this has happened. From now on I will read all complaints when dealing with a new company online. Do not order anything from this company unless you like to lose your money.

I have also experienced a great deal of frustration with this company. order placed 6/22/13 never received. Called and emailed no response have an order number and a customer ID # Will continue to try to get my order but will never order from this company again

I was a victim of The Scent Wizard also and I am usually pretty careful before ordering from new sites. $110.00 is currently processing on my credit card and I will have to let it complete before filing a dispute with my creditor, then they will credit me back.
I have left SO many phone messages, emails and emails on live chats on their site but haven't heard one word. Something needs to be done to shut these criminals down!

I was a victim of the Scent Wizard. Ordered product from them for $86.31; never received the product. Called numerous times at [protected]; no response, thereafter, unable to leave messages because the machine was full. I was horrified to find out today (11/20/2012) that the company has debited the money from our account. In addition, called [protected] a telephone number listed on our bank account as a contact for debiting our money. I had my son go the the company address at 17 Muzzy Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424 and discovered that the address is a residential estate; no company; my son saw a woman go into the property and attempted to ring the door bell but no one came to the door. My son took pictures of the property including the license plate number: VMK 23C (New Jersey). I am alerting the police and contacting the Better Business Bureau; I want this person arrested. I am forwarding the information to our bank because we have requested to reverse the money back to our account. I am from New Jersey; now living in Florida and am furious for falling for this scam. If anyone wants copies of the pictures showing the license plate; email to mslynn@mail.com.

I am very disappointed with The Scent Wizard. I have been using them for years and this last time I ordered I never received my products. I ordered on 07/23/12 and they charged my credit card on 08/22/12. My order status said Shipped, but I have never received my products. I have emailed them four times and have not received on response. I have never had this problem with them before so I was trying to give them a chance, but I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau because I don't think they should keep my money without sending me my order and I am very unhappy that they will not even respond to my emails, it seems shady to me.

I have a very good idea here for all of you who have been ripped off here & written about it. I am having trouble with them now too with my one & only order that I placed with them. They are not responding to my emails regarding the shipment of my order. I have not received & tracking number or a tracking confirmation from them for my order in 8 days now. I know what I'm in for with them now. I wish that I had read all of this feedback before I purchased from them. Anyway, read below.

If any of you are familiar with Mcafee SiteAdvisor free, you can go to siteadvisor.com & download this add-on for your web browser. it is 100% free & made by Mcafee. When you download this add-on you can go to The Scent Wizard website & leave bad site feedback for them using this add-on after you register with Mcafee for free to become a Site Advisor public reviewer with their free add-on. This will help to get the word out to many people that are about to order from this website or considering to order something from this website & will make them aware of the troubles & problems here that you have had with this website.
Please do this & keep our world & people safe from this website. Your negative feedback will not go away or disappear for this website once written & posted using Mcafee SiteAdvisor free. It will stay there for ever as far as I know because it's permanent feedback for the website when you use Mcafee SiteAdvisor.

Once you download & install this add-on for your web browser, you will need to go to the website for this company. Once there, click on the Mcafee toolbar button & then, View Site Report. Then you will be at the siteadvisor.com website & need to scroll down to the very bottom of the page. Then click on, View Community Reviews & scroll down once again to the bottom. The Scent Wizard is a HORRIBLE company, they have no customer service at all, I sent them a email about my order, still to this day I have heard nothing, I will post a BAD review on Yelp, and contact the BBB. this company needs to be shut down!

Let me add my name to the long list of people who have received poor (or no) customer service when there is a problem with an order. I did finally get my order after weeks of waiting; however, the order is incomplete. I have emailed multiple times - they have never responded. I've called - they don't answer and their mailbox is full. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB.

The Scent Wizard Unauthorized charges

I placed an order on 2/8/9 for 8 bottles of fragrance oils, for a total of $49.15, including shipping. The Scent Wizard charged my Visa card promptly, and then never shipped the order. I sent numerous e-mails, and received one response promising to ship the order the following week. That was at least a month ago. I have still not received my order. I asked for a refund, and have not received that either.

I placed an order. My Credit card was billed...That was 30 days ago. They have not returned any calls or any email.
They have NO INTEGRITY. Melissa Cuello and William J Michener are listed at the Scent Wizard address. 17 Muzzy Road In Little Falls N.J. But, they don't answer their phones either. I feel so deceived. I have never been Robbed before. I want a formal apology and a check for the amount they billed to my credit card.

I placed an order over two months ago and within the first two days, emailed them repeatedly to ask the diameter of the bottles so have a display cut to size and never got a response, so promptly cancelled the order of which they finally did respond that my card would not be charged. Well, today (over two months later) my card was charged, and not the original amount of $80.00 but $110.00. They did send the bottles which arrived today, but I had already placed the order with another company and cancelled theirs. I called my credit card company and I have to send the package back and get a certified receipt #, call it in to my credit card company, then wait 15 days to see if they sign. If they haven't signed, then I have to call my credit card company again and it will be removed from my card. And, I have to pay the shipping price myself. All of this inconvenience because of a crooked company. This company needs to be put out of business. Live and learn. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Same issue as everyone else. Placed and order 1/2/13, credit card was charged right away. When I never recieved the order I sent two emails - never received a response. Called, no answer and voice mail box was full so couldn't leave a message. Then at the end of Jan they had the nerve to send an email survey to me asking about their service. Have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. There is definately something criminal going on at this place. Have never recieved any response from these thieves!

Stay away from the scent wizard
I placed my order 12-7-12 and as of 1-8-13 I have received nothing I cannot even get them to respond to me
When I call all I get is a recording stating there hours and to leave a message and they will get back to you
Well that is useless they do not answer calls or e-mails

My order shows shipped on there web site but they do not have any tracking
I did get there online chat one time and the lady could not find that it had shipped and told me she would get it shipped the next day that was the 27th and still no order or shipping info and now the chat is always off-line

Please Stay away from these people

You shady ### have the nerve to post a comment on a complaint board site that pops up soon as you type your companies name then put the letter C after it. Look here people this is a swindle online company. They don't ship orders, I tried them out for the first time with a fairly large order off 480.00 bucks as I do this for a living I sell burning oils on various street corners. This company doesn't answer the phone or emails and I'm in the process of taking legal action as I'm writing this. Bottom line don't buy from these crooks wish I woulda read this before I purchased. I placed an order on 8/13/2012 for burning oil total of $42.48 and as of today 9/13/2012 I still have not received the order. I have sent several emails called and couldn't leave a message because the vm was full and when I finally got a chance to leave a message no return call and they removed my order under my account on their site. I need to know what can be done!

I have not received part of my order still, placed on 3/21/12 In the first place my original order took 10 days to be shipped with no tracking number and when I got it part of my order was wrong (Clear rolling bottles intended of Blue and no shipping list). I called on 4/5/12 (like your website requires) I talked to a lady that said that she would have it shipped to me the next day, so I waited even longer. I called again on 4/16/12, talked to "Jena" and she told me they hadn't sent it because the shipment that came in was all broken, so she would send me out a double dozen, take care of it personally and I will have a tracking number by 6pm that night. There's nothing in an email, nothing on your website, and there is no fallow up. I even E-mailed the customer service after getting a review email, still have not heard back. I don't put up with being lied to, should have known better with the out-of-date website, and will not order anything from them again.

Although we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes there are issues that are beyond our control and we are working as hard as possible to eliminate these issues, but sometimes errors do get made and the only thing we can do is try and rectify the situation as best as we can. I would like to add that we have thousands of customers that have had no issues at all as well as more than 1500 likes on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/TheScentWizard Ms Grayson was in fact refunded as the last time she had called it was done on the phone with her and she was given the bank reference code, I apologize to anyone who has had a bad experience with our company, but would also like to add that we have been in business for 10 years and rely on several suppliers and are not a huge company. Sadly mistakes will happen. We do try and rectify all problems promptly and are working harder to eliminate the amount that we have. I wish I had read the comments before I placed my order. I placed an order online
1/24/12 as a Valentines Day gift. I never received my order. In fact for a whole week I called everyday and the phone would go straight to voicemail. After several emails and phone calls I finally reached them. So far I've spoken to Mara, who says she was the Supervisor, Jennifer and the last person said her name was Jessica when I asked, but she sounded like Jennifer. I've asked for a refund. It is now 3/07/12. I agree with the comment, to contact BBB.
