Turntable Basics Fraud: No product delivery

In December 2011, I order truntable belt replacements. The site has PayPal validation and a host of information on items they sell. I received a reciept on the purchase with my credit card via email. I then followed up two and 4 weeks after the order as the site stated delivery would be 1 week. No response has ever come of my emails and no product delivery was ever made. The more concerning detail is that if you go back to the site and go to your "cart" all your previous information is still there including your credit card details. I've cancelled this credit card to ensure no mysterious charges present themselves. I have filed a fraud complaint with the credit card company to ensure this is a known fraudulent vendor for all unsuspecting folks.

Ordered a belt for my Technics turntable six weeks ago. It never arrived. Have emailed three times to find out why it has not been shipped, no response to my email.

Ordered belt drive on 10-31-10. No product shipped. No response to
e-mails. Credit card charged. This company does not list a phone number to contact them. Will have bank reverse charges. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Ordered a drive belt and my credit card was charged on 7/07/2010. Today is 9/01/2010, 8 weeks and 1 day later I have not received product nor had any response to my email inquiries. Read where this is not an uncommon practice for this guy, but sadly I learned this after I ordered. Last time I do that!

I ordered an item from this online website, and they charged my credit card on 09/08/09.. Never sent product and ignored 3 emails asking about shipment. Am reporting to them for fraud to FCC, USPS and other suggested authorities, to hopefully help shut them down !

Turntable Basics Fraudulent Seller

I ordered a belt drive for my turntable on 11/28/2010 and have emailed the seller twice in regards to non-receipt of this item. 'Tim' has not responded to my emails, nor sent the belt. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company. The only phone number I have for this alleged business is the fax number that was included in my email invoice, that's it. Useless.

Useless. when calling information the name Turntable Basic does not excist in Saint Paul or any where near by.

Ordered a turntable belt on Jan 10, 2011. Received it on Jan 19. Postmark was Jan 14.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered mine on Christmas Day, the money was immediatley removed from my account, and I have yet to receive the belt. He does not respond to e-mails and his webiste should be shut down. I reported him to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest you do the same.

Same experience. Ordered belt 26 November 2011. No reaction to three emails 3, 6 and 18 January 2012. Apparently the amount is to small so PayPal wont do anything. Bugger.

Can we all organize as a group and file a lawsuit against this man and his illegitimate website? He has ripped me off as well and I believe we should all organize and shut down his fraudulent business.

This jerk is a fraud. I ordered 3 turntable belts and haven't received nothing. No email responses after I sent him 4 emails. Filed a complaint with the FTC and this fraud told the FTC I agreed to take half the money back, which I didn't. Filed a complaint with PAYPAL, I'll see how far that goes, He thinks he can take someone's money and ignore a person. He's got a lot of nerve having a website running and taking people's money.

what a drag. Me too...thankfully, it was just a 5 dollar level + shipping. But these guys are HORRIBLE. Has someone registered them with the BBB?

I ordered a tube of cueing mechanism damping fluid about 3 weeks ago, but it did arrive today. It was much larger than I thought: Enough to fix a dozen tables or more. So for $14 total, it was a good deal. It just takes awhile. If you Google Map his address, you can see it's a house, and he's just some guy working out of his basement.

Recently received turntable belt aok, but it took approx 2 months, during which time they ignored 2 queries. Don't think I want to put myself through that again.

Same thing from here. Nothing from them at all. I usually look that kind of thing up before I purchase but was in a hurry. Ouch!
