fulfillment, quality, customer service
I really recommend not using this company. Nothing is what it appears to be with this online "business". Photo of series on line showed the original packaging and said "shipped within 48 hrs. " Order placed 8/28/18. Received 9/11/18 in plain brown envelope. No packaging. No cases with DVD's. Just plain old blank dvd's with copies of the original series on 20 discs anyone can purchase anywhere. Different company name on envelope than online. Credit card company removed the charge. This appears to be pirating of licensed DVDs (intellectual property laws apply). Details cannot released at this time. Please be advised that this company may not be what it appears to be on its website. Suggest any problems with this company are directed to BBB, FBI, or State Attorney General's office.
Hart To Hart The complete series DVD
On the 13th, I ordered Hart To Hart the complete series. On the 14th, they took the payment of $49.99 payment out of my account. The item has not arrived as of 1/25/16. Could you help me with this company. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com. My phone number is 763.412.9375. Thank you for your help.
I paid $49.99 for a complete set of the TV series "The Practice." When the item did not arrive, I contacted my cc co. and had the charge removed. I called, tried to email - total waste of time. I finally received a package today - 9/11! and immediately prepared my complaint and documentation for intellectual property fraud, e., illegally reproduced licensed dvd's hand numbered 1 - 20 of "The Practice." The actually sent me 20 dvd's copied onto regular blanks in white envelopes tied together with a rubber band! How dumb can you get! I reported them to the FBI. This is federal law. Why not contact them with your complaint as well. This company is BAD NEWS! Oh! Did I mention I was a paralegal before retiring and one of my areas of work was in intellectual property law. DUH! Feel free to contacvt me re: this company. Have a good one!
They do not send ordered merchandise.
Ordered product for $39.99 01.30.12. Money was taken from bank account 01.31.12. Shipment was promised in 48 hours. Called customer service number provided on website and emailed provided email after 1 week, everyday, with no return call or email to date. Called bank to dispute payment. Researched company on internet and found no complaints. Very upset...

This site is a complete RIP OFF! They will take your money and send you nothing! If you attempt to contact them either by mail or or telephone, they will completely ignore you! Avoid this site!
