No tickets and no refund
I bought 2 tickets to Artcic Monkeys (music band) at Liverpool Echo Arena costing 100 Euros. A week before the gig I emailed asking where the tickets where and I was told: Please accept our apologies but we are going to have to refund your money in full for this booking. We have been let down by our suppliers for this event and are not going to be able...

I ordered tickets for Muse for 12 November 2009, paid €150.00. Never got the tickets!
I have emailed and requested a refund. They told me the money would be back in my account by 4 December 2009. Still didn't receive the money. I emailed again and they have now said that their merchant service provider has let them down with the money.
What do I do next? How do I get a refund?

Beyonce tickets
I purchashed 2 tickets for a Beyonce concert and the tickets did not arrive although i paid for the tickets. I have tried to contact the company but they have not responded. Mt email address is [protected]@hotmail.com
