I bought 2 tickets to Artcic Monkeys (music band) at Liverpool Echo Arena costing 100 Euros.
A week before the gig I emailed asking where the tickets where and I was told:
Please accept our apologies but we are going to have to refund your money in full for this booking.
We have been let down by our suppliers for this event and are not going to be able to get you the tickets. We have instructed our bank to refund you in full back to the account from where the money was taken.
We advise you to contact the venue direct to see if they have any tickets available.

I then asked for a refund time and time again and was told that:

Please accept our apologies for the ongoing delay with the completion of the refund. Our old merchant service provider keeps telling us the money will be returned to you soon. They cannot give us an exact date however.
Now I have emailed again and there email address does not exist! Can you help me?
