Non payment of services
I too have 2 years of them not paying for services and providers. I did not solicit this company, I was dumped into their company by N.A.B.L. and have gone through 'Pure Red Tape Hell' ever since. Anybody involved in having claims not paid by Untied States Contractors Trust please reply to me asap so we can discuss some legal action.
Wow alot of helpful information on here.These people who not even people they are not human to me.They will never pay for any claims at all.Pursue it dont give up!
My best advice is to contact a lawyer.Just to let you know the ring leader lives in South Carolina and has been arrested and he is out on bale.William Worthy is the ring leader good luck and dont give up we ahve to stop these lowlifes
Please stop your insurance they are not going to pay your claims.Stop payments stop it all.They are a scam and have taken lots of people acorss the Us for lots of money.My one and and only claim that got paid was only 50.00 guess what the check was returned to the Medical facility.It's important to get in touch with me asap.

I too have been scammed!
I think it's time to bring this inefficiency, laziness, etc to the attention of your state AG. Obtain a recording or a letter from these idiots explaining their back log situation. Send a copy of that to the CA. You letter to them should be C& that you do not want to be contacted about this as the problem is duly acknowledged by the medical claims processor and that they should contact them for payments, not you. In that letter at the bottom, write cc AG, FTC, CFPB, any local TV station to investigate, and whoever else you can think of. Also copy that letter to the medical lazy fellows and tell them to contact the CA and deal with whatever they are requesting. You letter to the them and to the CA should be a CMRRR.
time for these ### to go to jail...or worse
I was with United States Contractor Trust under the family plan for about a year and they never payed any of my medical bills. I payed them over 200 dollars a month. They were impossible to reach and when I finally did get through I was told they had gone under and were taken over by another company. They told me to continue to send in my medical claims until they were answered because they were just really backed up since the take over. Now I have a collection agency sending me notices and calling my phone non-stop. Please let me know how to get this taken care, if you have any information please let me know. Thank you.
USCT they stop drawing money from my checking account in April 2012. When I called them they told me that they were revamping the whole system, that everything will be taken care of..they sounded so fishy that I close my checking account. I had surgery last year and they have not paid one bill, now the doctors are sending me all the bills and I am stuck with them. What can we do to put these crooks in jail ?

I too have been scammed by this company! Something has to be done! I DEMAND repayment! What can we do?
Please do something! I am being sued April 26th 2012! We have not had one cent payed out after all premiums have been paid! Need a lawyer or class action! Please help!
