Universal Premium Fleet Card Overcharged and unauthorized charges

We was with this company for about 6 years and in that time we was charged multiple times a high risk transaction fee for 165.00 one month again for the same fee for 260.00 the next month and another charge for 225.00 another month and so forth each month and then we received our monthly bill and we mailed out a check same day but because our mail is rerouted to charlotte nc they received the check 1 day late and we was charged 951.20 for a late fee. We called them and expressed how they should check the postage stamp on the mail and we didnt feel these charges was fair and they proceeded to inform us that it didnt matter we was late on payment. This company should not be up and running due to the inaccurate information they give their card holders and unauthorized charged this company gives out each month just to make money for their own company. I would not recommend this company for a gas service as you will be screwed on your bills. We have since cancelled our cards and have still been charged each month now our bill has reached 2k due to them still charging us late fees.

Universal Premium Fleet Card billing services

This company has been unable to send us any billing in a timely manner. The account was opened back in Dec. 2017 and they have yet to send a bill thru USPS.
They only call and send bills from their collection departments after the invoices are past due. We have verified our mailing address with them numerous times and I have 4 or 5 letters from them to our mailing address confirming it is the correct address - just no billing.
We finally got so aggravated with the company I called in all of our credit cards and closed the account on March 20, 2018. Their billing had showed overpayment (since we kept sending payments) and we requested a refund of the overpayment amount. They held onto the overpayment for 60 days and refunded a check to us in the amount of $254.52 mailed from them on May 24, 2018. Last week approximately August 25th I received a phone call from a collection agency with a demand that we owed them an additional $746.45. This is ridiculous. Why would they have refunded money to us in May if there were outstanding bills - supposedly thses invoices are from Feb - April including many late fees as well.
I am requesting all the billing be dropped due to poor management and billing services. I will pursue this further if necessary.

Universal Premium Fleet Card debiting my account 7 days before the date that was authorized

Universal Premium Fleet Card has a terrible online site to access our account, then the customer service is only "sorry" there's still problems with the website! Sorry does nothing to help the fact that they debited my account for the payment 7 (yes, Seven) days earlier than I authorized on line. Offered no help what so ever except to call my bank and stop payment on the payment. When asked if they would put the funds back, pay my fees to stop payment, or cover any fees associated with the possibility that their error taking my funds early causes any check to bounce the answer was "sorry there's nothing we can do". Totally unacceptable! I will be going back to our old fuel card company.
