failure to refund fees as required by law
VPM failed to refund my deposit as required by law when I cancelled my agreement; when I filed a complaint with the BBB they conviently forgot to include the emails I had sent them instructing them to cancel my contract.
Three months later and I'm still waiting, and have now escaleted it to the Florida Consumers Affairs Bureau, as well as my cc company.
Satisfactory Service
Not long ago, I myself have had a remarkably satisfying experience with the sale of my vacation property through Vacation Property Marketing. I found they're straight forward "All Service-No Scam" policy extremely complimenting and it truly aided in the successful sale of my property. Thanks Vacation Property Marketing!
It has been a hassle and a headache that I've been suffering from for a atleast 7 months and finally-it's over thanks to Vacation Property Marketing. I have been attemptiing to sell my timeshare for some time and with the help of Vacation Property Marketing, I have successfully acomplished this tedious goal. No upfront fees, to hassle, NO Scam! Just pure satisfaction. Thumbs up to Vacation Property Marketing for a job well done-well beyond my expectations!
OH DEAR Vacation Property Marketing in Orlando Fla. definately gets my AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++ RATING THEY SOLD BOTH OF MY TWO WESTGATE units after Westage lied to us to get us to purchase...Shame, Shame. at least my agent was a sweetie and she sure did get them sold for what we owed and it didnt take that long.I am surprised that VPM. has any unhappy customers...Surprised in Florida.
LOL...This is classic stuff! Do these bogus posts really work for you guys? I mean, if you're going to make up false testimonials you should at least make them look somewhat real. I guess someone forgot to mention to you guys that satisfied customers aren't typically going to post about their positive experiences on COMPLAINTSBOARD.COM! But I thank you, I haven't laughed this hard in a while! Good Stuff...
I agree with you as it relates to their customer service and being free from scams and fraud. The only thing that differs is the fact that I was charged an upfront fee (not a lot) however, due to the fact that my timeshare was sold at the agreed upon price I still consider it a good deal.
All Service-No Scam
I have recently listed my vacation property with the company Vacation Property Marketing. I was delighted that they adhered to their "All Service-No Scam" policy and helped me to sucessfully sale my vacation property. Should I ever again need a vacation property marketing solution in the future, I am sure that Vacation Property Marketing will come to mind.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

OH DEAR this sounds like manure if you ask me, Joe and I have been so glad that Vacation Property Marketing assisted us with the resale of our two units at Westgate in florida. We were so glad to be done with them.Westgate misrepresented them selves to begin with and that turned out to be a flop. However my agent was very sweet and continues to keep in touch from time to time. Most important she got them darn things sold.I cant be sure how long it took but I do believe it was 80-100 days or so and they were both sold around the same time.Hire them yourself you will see.A+++++ rating if you ask this old lady..
I have to disagree about Vacation Property Marketing being a scam. I worked with them on selling my timeshare. Yes they did ask for an up front feel but it was nominal and they were able to get my timeshare sold in a reasonable amount of time and I didn't have to follow up with them. They kept me informed of what the status was on a regular basis.
