Online casino
I have filed for a withdrawal from several casino's owned by this group. They are by far the slowest casinos online on payouts, if they payout at all. I have started a withdrawal process for 1000 dollars since may. That makes it six months and still have not received my withdrawal. It would be nice to talk with someone at the casino that has power to do something about withdrawals, but customer service can't help at all when it comes to helping yoj get your withdrawal. They tell you they have escalated and sent information to appropriate party in payouts. Your wasting your time with them because I have been in touch with them twice a week to get the same response and nothing accomplished. My user name is Rturn33. Just a little over 5 weeks ago they had me to restart the withdrawal because to much time had elapsed. That time elapsed was their fault for doing absolutely nothing. The best thing to do is have this company and all of it's casino's banned from getting operating licenses. It will not happen because the license doesn't care if they are legitimate as long as they pay the dues for a license. Cool cat casino is the one I am still trying to get to payout after 6 months. I will attach a photo of the time of my first withdrawal.
Desired outcome: Stop this company from being able to obtain a license for online gaming. Just to keep others from having the same issues.
scam-took my money
I TRIED THE 100.00 FREE NO DEPOSIT. I GOT IT UP TO ALMOST 500.00, NOW IM SITTING HERE PLAYING THE GAME 3-REEL SLOTS. ALL OF A SUDDEN MY AMOUNT IS $99.55, SO WHERE DID MY MONEY GO. I GO TO CHAT, AND THE SAME TIME I'M CALLING THEM. I SPOKE WITH A WOMEN ON THE PHONE, SPOKE VERY NASTY TO ME, AN TOM ON CHAT. I WAS TOLD THAT IM ONLY INTITLED TO $99.55, SO THEY TOOK $328.91 FROM ME. IF I BORROWED $100.00 WHY WAS $328.91 TAKEN, THEY GOT THEIR $100.00 BACK, AND MORE. $428.46 -$99.55= $328.91 THEY CHEATED ME. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS TAKE THEIR $100.00 BACK. THEIR GIVING ME WHAT THEY LOANED ME, AND KEEPING WHAT I WON. SHAME ON THEM. I HOPE THEY GET SO MANY COMPLAINTS, THAT THEY LOOSE THEIR BISNESS AND THEIR LICENSES. THEIR SCAM ARTIS, SHUT THEM DOWN. I WENT TO MY ACCOUNT, AND SAW WHERE THEY HAD THE MONEY REQUESTED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT 04/30/2011, WHEN I TOLD THEM I DID NOT MAKE A REQUEST FOR ANY WITHDRAWLS, I WAS TOLD, THEY DID IT. IM ONLY INTITLED TO $99.55, THEIR WRONG, IM INTITLED TO $328.91 THAT $99.55 BELONG TO THEM . I WILL POST EVERY BLOG I KNOW TO TELL PEOPLE THEIR CHEATERS, ALSO I WILL POST IN THE USA TODAY PAPER. I GOT 1 GOAL TO BRING THEM DOWN. I WISH NOTHIN BUT BAD LUCK ON THEM, THATS SOMETHING I CAN DO HERE AT HOME. I WISH THEM TO LOOSE EVERYTHING, I MEAN EVERYTHING.

This is completely unfair and unreasonable

I have $4, 500 pending at Virtual. and at each of the other Virtual group casinos, I have over $1000 in each. I have followed all their rules and finished the wagering requirements of the bonuses that they have given me.
I have contacted their support and manager but the issue and their respond was "Your account is closed due to manager's decision, and we don't like your style of play".
At the Virtual casino, I lost $5000 to them on the day of my withdrawal, after winning 4500 back, they have locked my account. And after my account is locked, all of my other accounts are locked with pending cashouts from them.
