Have complaints written in January.
The staff is still here and they are extra Harassing me and other people who lives here.
This staff management was released then now keeps telling me things who won't .

my window in the apartment has broken down.
Then now this window could fail to the round and really hurt someone or kill them.
None of the duties of the apartment are being taken care of by the staff.

misleading frauds and double dipping
Four members of this company . Maybe, money laundering, stealing goods and dirty money from supposed to vulnerable people. These four make others vulnerable by mental abusing real people. Distorting some our views of reality. All are rude and abusive . None tell the whole truth. Playing on the computer and taking Multiply cigarette break. I didn't know that...

to start the situation has got worst since the last complaint.
This was around january 5, 2016 the complaint end up at 40 north pearl street.
Since then have lost a lot of time.
To start money has gone from rent and others.
Contact the main branch and see how it comes.
There aren't any service they will provide to a service.
This is run short please contact !

contacted 40 north pearl street fraud unit in regards to forgery claim.
This service is nothing gone then keeps harrassing the tenants about fraud rent evictions .
Then i'm harrassed about conditions about my toy motor bike who i've asked them(manger) before was brought.
Now have to be harrassed, coming in apartment without knocking just opening up apartment coming in .
Thing are taking gold chain.
I need help write away asap please get this illegal staff gone.

VoA does not adhere to any of their mission statements. I live in one if their HUD subsidity apt for seniors. Management and corporate are so vile. They claim to be a "ministry"? They illegally try to evict me for contacting HUD. I was verbally, emotionally and physically assaulted by management. Corporate / management lied to the police and in court. They, in my opinion, should lose their funding with HUD! They make over a BILLION $$ A YEAR IN PROFIT! Why should taxpayers have to give them more $$

The Volunteers of America lead some elderly folks into thinking they would have beautiful luxury homes
when they actually kept and used their deposits for FIVE years
and then backed out and did not abide by their contract
It's too bad businesses like this exist in every day life

I lived in senior housing in Charleston SC My month to month was not renewed the result of two womwn who should have been evicted before this came to a head. Management is arbitrary with enforcement and appeal to the CEO has no worth.
