I have been charged $9.99 per month for nothing
I have been charged $9.99 per month for nothing. I called my provider to stop any 3rd party charges. I have called Voxtel / mobSHACK to give me my money back. They gave me an email address to send my complaint to which got bounced back.

This company appeared on my mobile statement with a charge for $19.98, I never used any of their services and it is mystery for my how they've managed to charge me without my authorization.
