Horrible tech assist. Forgetting the truth that I've to name to get something accomplished when all I would like is to ship an Electronic mail and I am unable to. Yesterday morning my web site loaded however one part wasn't behaving prefer it ought to. Works in my Growth setting however not on WHOIS.COM servers. I known as and spoke with a Tier 1 agent and received no the place. I get a senior agent, which I now surprise if he wasn't only a Tier 1 agent posing as Tier 2, who tells me they do not assist ASP.NET 4.8. We solely assist as much as 4.0. It was late and I simply needed the ache to finish so I stated "Okay I am going to downgrade to 4.0." Then hung up and went to mattress. Go to the location this morning and now the complete web site does not load. Sigh. I lookup my plan on their web site and have a look at that…They do assist 4.8. Again to the cellphone I'm going.

Purchased a 12 months internet hosting plan to park a web site I'm engaged on in my spare time- work 14 hrs 6 days per week so not a lot time to spare. I deliberate to again up the location and transfer it to a different host because of the impolite despicable ways of their customer support dept which is all outsourced to some third world nation. They shut down my internet hosting earlier than my plan expired and I didn't have time to again up my web site. I misplaced all of the work I had put into the location all of the content material gone- THIS IS FRAUD- once I tried to speak to their non english talking customer support reps they laughed and hung up on me.

I took the web reference to a TV plan for two years. A month after activation, they determine to cancel my contract on account of technical causes. The client care cling up on you as a result of no-one within the $135M firm speaks English. You get bombarded with letters written in German. One letter steered, to resume your connection meaning you pack your TV once more and *ship it to them and they're going to ship the identical TV* again to you with the brand new web connection, in 1 month.

They cost greater than the price of internet hosting for "extending assist of outdated PHP" (which prices them nothing, and most of the people they get to pay it do not even want it.) It is "gotcha" billing. It is unethical.

When every little thing works, we're all joyful, but when they make a mistake of their facet they will not acknowledge it & they are going to smash you. After a few years of being a loyal shopper, I purchased a brand new server from them and didn't work in any respect, they didn't reply us to our cancellation requests, in all probability they've a ** supervisor boss, that instructed to them to not acknowledge their errors, to behave like nasty **, or they're afraid in all probability of being sue for his or her stupidity and negligence, or they don't seem to be afraid to something since Whois.com is a too massive firm, they're in Europe and there's no strategy to sue them in any respect.

I bought a site from them because it was very low-cost and I used to be bootstrapping my enterprise. The platform was clunky so I ended up not utilizing it and letting the area & internet hosting expire. They require to manually cancel renewals and I am fairly positive I chosen NO to auto-renewals. The corporate did not care and went forward and billed me an OUTRAGEOUS quantity, 7x the unique value. PLEASE NOTE that Whois.com WHOIS.COM payments IN ADVANCE. The saved sending me a billing discover after which despatched me a credit score as a result of I cancelled. After I obtained a credit score I received one other invoice and a notification that I WAS SENT TO COLLECTIONS for a service that was NOT supplied as a result of that they had already CANCELLED every little thing: e-mail, area, and internet hosting.

Whois.com Web hosting is not providing support even after the payment

We had taken the domain name mdassociates.biz and the webhosting plan by paying $2.99/month for 1 year. But now we are not able to upload our website files. we had sent complaints by email but there was no response from them. Also, they have not given the phone number in their website. Because of this we couldn't launch our website. Even, After receving the payment they are not supporting the customer. So, this company looks like a fraud company and we recommend others not to opt for this whois.com service.

I've had hosting with Godaddy, InMotion, BlueHost, and Whois.
Whois is, by far, the worst host I've ever worked with.
Whois tech support has never returned an email...Not even once.
One of my Whois sites was deleted by Whois and all blog posts were lost.
When I finally got through to someone by phone, I was told they were sorry for the error but the site could not be recovered.
Don't walk away from this company...RUN!
