Seller charges differently and doesn't deliver orders
I placed the order on the website www.winevine-imports.com, but it was nightmare. I needed to pay about $250 for the order, but when I checked my account, it turned out that the seller charged me for completely different price. When I reached them, the agent told me that the price included postage fee, but postage fee was 0 on the website. So they are scammers and liars, and better avoid them, because you won’t see your order ever.
I will never use them again
Beware of this site. I purchased a bench for a deal at $238 rather than $299 because their terms very clearly stated Free Shipping.
Credit card was charged immediately, which is not kosher. After 2-3 emails and no response, I called them and was bluntly told shipping was not free- read the terms. I had printed the original web page and receipt which clearly showed free shipping and $0 for shipping on the receipt. I then pulled up the updated web page and of course the free shipping was gone.
They then finally sent me a shipping quote for almost $300, more than the item cost. Ridiculous. I called them again, finally got a representative who did cancel the order, but only after telling me that they had never offered free shipping on the item.
This appears to be a local company, who is taking orders for items delivered directly from the manufacturer and has no clue what it takes to really run such a business. I would not have minded as much if they were honest and told me so, but to tell me I made the mistake when it was their issue means I will never use them again.

bought a LAGUIOLE winged corkscrew by looking at the photo with with metal handle and logo but they sent something with wood handle and no logo
that one you will get in AMAZON for $10 less
never ever buying anything from these people
I ordered a piece of furniture and paid extra for 2 day shipping. That was 6 months ago and I still don't have the furniture. They keep saying they will look into it, and then i never hear back.
