World Club Fitness SCAM: Beware World Club Fitness & Premium White, aka Dazzle Smile are the SAME Company!!!!

On September 23, 2009 I ordered a sample of teeth whitening product at dazzlesmileultra.com which was $1.95. Immediately after I clicked to submit I read further the fine print and realized this was a scam. I called back within minutes only to be told I could not cancel but could return the product and cancel if not satisfied. After numerous calls they finally agreed to cancel my order and supposedly would not be charged the $1.95 and was told to just keep the sample product upon receipt. As I suspected, I never received the item and was still charged the $1.95. Then on January 5, 2010 my account was charged $24.82 listed as fitclubonline. After investigating I discovered it was for a membership to World Club Fitness that I supposedly agreed to when I ordered the Dazzle Smile product. They said I did not opt out of this option, therefore it approved my membership. I asked for a copy of the terms and conditions and it just stated that "The Site contains links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. Premium White does not control the information, products or services available on these third party websites, etc." Really?! Then why after I called numerous times did I finally find out -- it was disclosed by one of their reps -- that World Club Fitness and Premium White, also known as Dazzle Smile are one in the same company! Together, they continue to rip off unsuspecting individuals. Please do not fall for this scam. They refused to refund my money, they were rude and often hung up on me. I immediately closed my account to avoid further charges, but had to go through the expense and aggravation. These companies are great at doing what they do best -- stealing from people. How can they be stopped? They need to be in jail where they belong. Can anyone help and avoid others from being ripped off?

Only thing is we don't actually handle issuing of funds, there's a issue refund button on each payment that was made, we click it and that's all we see. You'll get a script about receiving it in one to two billing cycles that can take up to three months... The same rep will know about the other hidden charges being made and is authorized to make changes. Any number they say you need to call will route to the same call center so save the hassle and have them do it. Just try and keep your anger quite because any cursing is grounds for releasing a call... I hope you guys repost this somewhere. We need to expose these immoral ###.

I used to work for these crooks, I worked for a company that handled calls for numerous company's such as sprint and XM radio. They also handled these calls, I left before they launched DazzleWhite. They also had a TV through PC scam and acaiburn and wuyi tea... The main company is Just think media. They're the masterminds behind these scams... The best way to get your money back is to call and mention taking this to the attorney general, they can refund any payments made up to six months back, which I normally did once I realized this wasn't an honest company.

World Club Fitness Scam-unauthorize charges

After reading all of these complaints I don feel as bad, i feel for it to and was very pissed off as the rest of you
I thought itwould be a great ides to get the "Free" Trial of the Dazzle Smile", yea right what a scam, ripoff etc
I will never do anything like that again on the net. How do these people live with themselves? Is there any recourse, they give you the BS line that it everything was spelled out in the fine print.
the Dazzle Smile is a rip off as well.

World Club Fitness, Dazzle Smile...are both scams using fine print, misleading advertising, unauthorized charges and refusal to refund the charges. And, the customer service given by the supervisor on Jan 2, 2010 was unbelievably rude and insensitive to customer needs.

The young man at World Fitness Club (in Colorado) who first talked with me in customer service [protected]) was polite on the phone. When I told him about the unauthorized charge on my credit card, he reiterated, as I'm sure he is trained to do, that the policy says I can cancel within 40 days (that is, IF I knew about the upcoming UNAUTHORIZED charges) but otherwise, refunds are not given. And, when I asked to speak to his supervisor, she simply told him she would not speak with me because my question did not warrant a supervisor's attention.

I am outraged and feel cheated by Dazzle Smile and World Fitness Club.

World Club Fitness &free& 14 day trial

while making an order at jcpenney a pop up came up for a 'free' trial of ultra cleanse for 2.95, i thought what the hell i'll try it. yhis was beginning of nov. i was a surprise when i went to the atm to get some cash out that i was denied. checked with my bank, had 87.62 taken out of my account on 11/06, another 87.62 on 11/13 on 11/20 i called them at [protected] and canceled my account. got that done, got my bank statement and discovered another charge from them on 11/25, 5 days after i canceled, went to their website cuz it was a sat. and chatted with a rep. of theirs, she told me it was for "world club fitness", whatever that is . non of this (the previous amounts except the 2.95 did i know about and the "membership" to "world fitness club" since me and physical fitness don't get along) was EVER disclosed to me.anyway the number she gave me [protected]) went nowhere, no ring tone, busy tone, nothing.chatted with another rep. on wed.(it's the holidays) got another number from them and it worked hopefully i will have no more problems.the number is [protected].you will need to give them this number apparently it is their cancellation line.i hope everyone finds this useful.Note to self-do not EVER respond to another pop-up, oh and i am going to contact the better business bureau. i hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

This "world club fitness" is ridiculous. I tried to get a free trial from vibrant white tooth paste, and after i was done it popped up with " heres your membership" with a log in and password and everything. I read the terms and conditions and it wasnt in there. I went to the website and tried to cancel the membership i never actually signed up for and it gave me a number that went nowhere([protected]). I called the vibrant white company and they said it had nothing to do with them and i wouldnt be charged. i didnt really believe them so i kept looking the web to try and figure it out. its definitally a scam. you can tell by thier website. its cheaply put together. This number [protected]) is thier call center to cancel the membership. cancel before they charge you. i am never falling for one of these scams again.

World Club Fitness unauthorized charges on debit card

i signed up for a trial offer of premium white and after canceling thought i was through with this scam. they did not charge my card after over a dozen phone calls and jumping thru all the hoops. on 12/21/09 i found a charge on my card for $24.13 for a membership in world club fitness. i called the number and spoke to a very rude s.o.b. who informed me that he could cancel my membership but under no circumstances would i receive a refund. i tried to argue my side to no avail. i was told that this was a bonus membership included when i signed up for premium white. that is a total lie! i read thru the terms and conditions immediatly after ordering the p-w (which prompted me to cancel hastily) and there was nothing of the sort. my fear now is that there may other "bonus sites" from this company to steal more of my money.

This is a network... my 'free' trial of DazzleSmile led to charges from ElitePak and Sup*WorldFit. I cancelled both and disputed both with my credit card company... I'm waiting for the new bogus charges next month. I've read on other sites about months and months of bad charges... they just keep passing your card # around their network of companies. Guess the old saying is right, "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."

World Club Fitness COMPANY IS A SCAM, FRAUD

This company charges your credit card without your knowledge for a service YOU ARE NEVER AWARE YOU'RE PURCHASING. I was enrolled in a World Club Fitness program when I purchased a trial for a teeth whitening product from Premium White (another company that will charge your credit card without authorization - I had to find out the hard way). The World Club Fitness program requires a user name and password, which is supposedly emailed to you upon enrollment, but needless to say and based on the other complaints I've read, they never send you the so called "confirmation email" so you have no way of knowing how to use the service you're purchasing. I can't believe ridiculous companies like this stay in business, PLEASE EVERYONE LEARN FROM MY (AND OTHERS) MISTAKES, don't use World Club Fitness as their whole business model is based on dishonesty and taking advantage of others...

World Club Fitness fraud

I wish I knew the address of this company, or even their website. I have received two billings on my credit card which have been unauthorized. One was billed for 24.82 under the name of elitepack [protected]) and another for $24.13 under the name of SupWorldFit [protected]). When I called the toll free numbers, they ended up being the same company...only different names and diffferent numbers (I smell a SCAM!). I did not sign up for their services, nor have I received any services from them. They explained that when I requested a "free trial" from Ultra Plus (another scam), under the terms and conditions I also enrolled in their services. Because I had not cancelled, they continued to charge. I had cancelled Ultra Plus after realizing the scam, but did not even know that other companies would charge me. When asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me that I was not allowed to. I asked for the name of the supervisor and was told that for "security reasons" they could not share the person's name. What reputable company would do business in this manner?

Becasue of other complaints I read, I cancelled my credit card. Although they tell you they will cancell future billings, I don't trust them. They would not refund any past billings since, as far as they were concerned, I enrolled in their services. If this has happended to you...Call them and complain. We must have a common voice. This is robbery under the guise of a "legal transaction". Notify your credit card company immediately!

Mark McDonald of Mander Toyota Queanbeyan liar and perjuror
Mark McDonald (liar & perjuror) of Mander Toyota Workshops Queanbeyan NSW committed perjury 0n a sworn Affidavit No. 2330/02 on 16th May 2002, signed in front of and witnessed by Benjamin Nicholls a solicitor for Elrington Boardman Allport solicitors Queanbeyan NSW when he lied (committed perjury) on a sworn Statement for the Supreme Court in Sydney NSW.
This liar, perjurer and "dope-smoker" (he buys his "dope" of Lloyd Stephen Ganzerla. Qbn NSW) lied on a sworn Statement saying Lloyd Ganzerla was the owner of Lloyds Tyre & Battery factory in Queanbeyan. This liar knew full well that I (John Reid) owned these businesses and also that I only dealt with Guido the Manager of Mander Toyota Queanbeyan, indeed I also purchased a forklift from Guido at Mander Toyota Queanbeyan, and it was my cheques that Mander Toyota Queanbeyan recieved, and Guido THE MANAGER AND Mark McDonald knew full well that I was the owner of those businesses.
The reason Mark McDonald (liar) of Manda Toyota Queanbeyan lied and commit perjury on his statement I think, was that he was doing his drug dealer and user friend Lloyd Stephen Ganzerla a favor.
This idiot, liar, perjurer and "dope smoker" Mark McDonald also said in his Sworn statement for the Supreme Court of NSW that everytime he went to my tyre business he used to observe me not fitting tyres, but just watching customers and the workers, he indicated that I did not change tyres.! IS THIS IDIOT "dope-smoker" FOR REAL ? .. a successful businessman like me 56 years old in poor health ..changing tyres ? ... what sort of "dope" was Mark McDonald smoking when he signed that sworn statement under oath... I, like any other successful bussinessman was watching to make sure my business (businesses) were running smoothly, thats why I had successful businesses.I never ever saw Guido at Mander Toyota working in the workshop unless he was showing a worker something, Guido was too busy running the bussiness effectively to be doing manual work.!
Mark McDonald of Mander Toyota Queanbeyan lies and perjury on 16th May 2002 (and at other times) contributed to my losing hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Mark McDonald was only employed in the workshops at Mander Toyota Queanbeyan at the time and did not have any authority to speak on behalf of Mander Toyota Queanbeyan or swear on Supreme Court Statements on behalf of Mander Toyota Queanbeyan NSW.

Ben Nicholls Solicitor -- ### and idiot

Benjamin Nicholls solicitor ### or idiot (or is he both ?)
Elrington Boardman Allport are they ###s or idiots (or both ?) because they employ the ### and idiot Solicitor Ben Nicholls
idiot Benjamin Nicholls solicitor at idiots Elrington Boardman Allport Lawyers of 122 Monaro Street QUEANBEYAN NSW, 2620
Ben Nicholls idiot Solicitor of Elrington Boardman Allport idiots Canberra Office Level 3, Colonial Mutual Building, 17-21 University Avenue Canberra ACT 2601
### Ben Nicholls solicitor of ###s Elrington Boardman Allport Yass Office 122 Comur Street, Yass NSW 2582
Ben Nicholls ### Solicitor of Elrington Boardman Allport ###s Boorowa office 45 Marsden Street Boorowa NSW 2586

Around (approximately) 1995 self made, hard working, extremely honest and trusting prominent Queanbeyan NSW businessman John Reid (the proprietor of quite a few successful local businesses TYRES/BATTERYS/AUCTIONS/AMUSEMENTS) paid Elrington Boadman Allport Solicitors of Queanbeyan for a commercial industrial property in Silva Avenue Queanbeyan.
John Reid purchased the property through Mr Tim Leggett of Leggett Real Estate Queanbeyan
Because John Reid had serious coronary failure and (at the time) and John was separated from his wife (Joan Margaret), (John & Joan upon their separation had settled all their wealth etc 50%/50% )
John Reid did not want to put the title of this property (25 Silva Avenue) in his name, as he was worried his ex wife (Joan Margaret, who was a "gold-bricker" and "money-waster") may have managed to get her "claws" into it upon his death, so John Reid had the property put into his young teenage daughters name (Gemma) who at the time was a student at Merici college in Limestone Avenue Canberra.
Not long after this transaction, John Reid purchased another property, this time a second story strata title one bedroom brick unit in Mowatt Street Queanbeyan
from Mr Tim Leggett of Leggett Real Estate Queanbean.
John Reid paid Elrington Boardman Allport Lawyers Queanbeyan to also do the conveyancing on this property for him, and John Reid had them place his young teenage daughter Gemma, who was still going to school, on the title as a trustee for John Reid.
Things progressed smoothly for some time, and John started a relationship with Barbara (who is now his present wife) and after some time, John and Barbara decided to sell the Mowatt Street Strata Title Unit, which they did through Mr Brian Worth Solicitor of Canberra ACT.
When the property was sold, and Mr Brian Worth sent the cheque for the sale of the property to John and Barbara.
Because that property was in Gemma, s name(she was the trustee for her father John) the cheque was in Gemmja Reids name, so John requested Gemma to sign on the back of the cheque "PLEASE PAY TO BARBARA, S BATTERY FACTORY" which was one of John & Barbara, s businesses, so Gemma signed this on the back of the cheque and the money went into Barbara, s Battery Factory, s account at the Snowy Mountains Building Society.

Gemma, Johns daughter has two "loser" brothers, one an absolute imbecile with less brains than a white ant, Eugene Cleveland Ganzerla who is also a "two-cent"
standover merchant and bully, who is constantly in trouble with the law for violence and assault.
Her other brother Lloyd Stephen Ganzerla is a dangerous psychotic "head-case". He has (and his wife Belinda Jane Ganzerla) have smoked too much "dope" over the years
and he has become a "full-blown" schizophrenic who is totally unreliable, unpredictiable and deadly violent.
He is also a chronic liar and you cannot believe anything he, or his (always "drugged-out") wife Belinda say.
He has spent time as a prisoner at Stuart Creek Prison near Townsville Qld.

These three criminals,
Lloyd Stephen Ganzerla - 9 Bangalay Street Qbn NSW
Eugene Cleveland Ganzerla - NSW
Gemma Mary Christina Reid or Newman or McManus or Hunter or Ganzerla NSW or ACT (she uses many different names as she "ripps-off" people, real estate agents, banks,
building societys, landlords, and all types of people
in the company of a "bent" armed & corrupt NSW Police Officer Leslie Charles Gilroy employee of Andrew Phillip Scipione the Commissioner of the New South Wales Police Force
and with the help of a stupid (believe me STUPID) Solicitor Benjamin Nicholls of Queanbeyan NSW who works for
Elrington Boardman Allport Lawyers of Canberra, Queanbeyan, Yass, Boorowa

These criminals in company
Tracy Anne Ganzerla -- nee Payne
Ronald John Smith -- ex Harden NSW
Barry Smith - ex Harden NSW
Joan Margaret Ganzerla - nee Reid - nee Newman - nee McManus - nee Hunter
decided to get their inheritance BEFORE dad (John Reid) died.
These criminals couldnt wait for their father to die, they wanted their inheritance early, BY ANY MEANS.

So the above criminals, after many discussions and plans at 9 Bangaly Street Qbn NSW, Gemma Mary Christina Reid went to Ben Nicholls Solicitor and told the idiot
that she had bought the property at 25 Silva Avenue, and that her father John Reid was just "freeloading" there with his defacto Barbara, and neither Barbara nor John lived there..
Idiot Ben Nicholls put together an eviction notice for Barbara & John and nearly got away with evicting John & Barbara from their home and businesses,
except Johns lawyer MR Brian Worth prevented this.
Enter, corrupt, thieving, liar NSW Police Officer Leslie Charles Gilroy, who we can only believe for his percentage of the robbery that occurred, threatened John and Barbara with arrest
if they did not leave thyeir property.
This idiot Ben Nicholls cost John Reid at least $200, 000 in legal fees in the Supreme Court in Sydney NSW, through his absolute stupidity, because idiot Ben Nicholls
did not check the truth in what Gemma Reid claimed.
IDIOT Ben Nicholls would have found out that Gemma Reid was only a 15years old Merici School student when she claimed she worked, and saved, and paid for the property
at 25 Silva Avenue that John Reid had purchased through IDIOT Ben Nicholls employers Elrington Boardman Allport Lawyers of Queanbeyan.

World Club Fitness SCAM!!!!!Will not give me my money back!

First Dazzelsmile took out 84 dollars out of my acct called freaked out, they canceled my acct (not that even opened an acct, I did the free trial not knowing that there was consiquences involved), and Dazzelsmile put the money back in my acct. Now its 2weeks later I get a 24 dollar amount taken out of my acct from World Club Fitness. I called trying to be very polite, the gentlemen canceled my acct (again did not open acct with this company either) but that WORLD CLUB FITNESS can not put this money back in my acct. The very rude customer service rep stated that when I signed up for Dazzelsmile that I signed up for WORLD CLUB FITNESS! I kept the reciept from Dazzelsmile and know where does it say that WORLD CLUB FITNESS can take out money from my acct, or that I signed up for something other then a free trial which was a total scam. I asked the rude customer service rep for a supervisor or manager and the rep stated that they do not have a supervisor to take these calls. I am calling the NY Stats Attorney General Office and canceled my bank acct. I have tried everything trying to get an address or figure out who owns this company. I can't believe we have people out there that work for a scanless company. Why in this world do we have greedy selfish people. Oh and top this all off I did this for a free trial of something I never recieved and yet I am still having to pay for! Why would anyone sign up for WORLD CLUB FITNESS its online... Its not even a real gym.

These people are SCAM ARTISTS! I ordered dazzlewhite and returned it, and still have not received my refund of $87 that they charged me for that ###. All of a sudden I check my account today and I have a charge from World Gym who I never heard of in my life! I call the 800 number and the RUDE representative tells me that I agreed to pay $25 to this bogus membership. So I asked her to show me in writing where I agreed to it and she said I agreed when I signed up for dazzlewhite which I DID NOT do. And then she said that I received a confirmation email giving me my username and password to worlds gym which I NEVER received. And when I told her that I never got the email she gave me some bogus story about how emails sometimes get "lost" and "mixed up". Talk about a bunch of ### scam artists. These people are unbelievable. I wanted to speak to a manager and get a refund and obviously that never happened. She hung up on me and told me there are no refunds and theres nothing I can do. I just got off the phone with my bank and credit card company and had to cancel both my cards. Now I have to wait 1-2 weeks for new cards because of these SCAMMING ###S. I'm reporting them to the business bureau and would be more then happy to join anyone filling a lawsuit of any kind. These people must be stopped, they cant just take peoples credit cards and charge them without our authorization. They dont care about us they just want to take our money, we need to stop these SCAM ARTISTS!

This is a pyramid scam of epic proportions. I recommend that all of the consumers who have been scammed by DazzleSmile, CleanWhites, and WorldClub Fitness band together and file or join a class action suit for fraudulent advertising. I will continue to post any information I find to share with everyone who has been taken by these thieves. And if anyone has any connection with a watchdog organization, contacts at Oprah or Ellen, see if you can't get them interested in taking up the fight.

As for your response Thelma Franklin, defending the actions of this company, you need to understand truth in advertising laws. The 14-day free trial is anything but free nor is it a 14 day "trial". The 14 day clock starts the minute the order is placed... and includes the product being mailed to the consumer, then tested, then returned, and requires that the returned product be processed before the end of the 14-day period. If all of those things do not occur within that 14 days, the consumer is charged. Given the required steps, consumers are lucky if they have the product for a 1-day trial.

Then, if you're lucky enough to jump through all of those hoops in a timely manner and get a refund, 40 days later, a charge appears for a product that does not exist, from a fitness club in NY city that does not exist and has absolutely nothing to do with white teeth. And, when calling the number to dispute the latest bogus charge, every one of the so called "customer service" reps is trained to say "it was clearly stated when you ordered your DazzleSmile". They verge on rude when firmly stating that "it's the consumer's fault you didn't read the fine print/clearly stated conditions when you ordered your DazzleSmile". Therefore, they cannot refund the charge but will cancel your membership. Membership to what? Quite obviously nothing was clearly stated about joining a non-existent gym in NY city nor is anything clearly stated about being charged for a non-existent product identified as "elitepack". None of these consumers who are writing complaints has authorized charges to WorldClub Fitness.

During my latest call to dispute these illegal charges, I asked the customer service rep his name... he gave me his first name only and his agent number, he said he would not give me his last name. I then asked for the company president or an executive's name and contact information. I spoke with two different reps and neither would provide the name of the company's president, saying they are not allowed to provide that information. If it is company policy to withold information from a customer, that is a clear indication that something is wrong.

I have filed a police report about this issue and will immediately be contacting the attorney general's office in NY. If I find any information I will be sharing it with everyone I can find to encourage every scammed consumer to start or join a class action suit to stop this scam company from stealing from consumers. I am certain that all three of the companies are owned by the same people and am thoroughly disgusted by their absolutely despicable actions. What they are doing is illegal... based on truth in advertising. There will be consequences.

World Club Fitness mark adamson

Mark Adamson is owner of many scams. World Club fitness (online), weight loss resources (online), teeth whitening scams and many more. If you do anything on-line check and make sure that he is not the owner. He has an address of 5600 Ontario Mill Pkwy Suite 400, Ontario, Canada. He is in the business of ripping people off. My advise to all who see this is go to the BBB and put in the business you are considering doing business with and you will find that they have a D rating if Mark Adamson owns the business. You will find that he does not look to resolve any issues in a fair way. He is bad news.

Good Luck and do some interenet investigation before clicking that you agree to any terms and conditions.

Dont believe a word "wayne" or any of his worthless co-workers have to say. I was had by Mark Adamson and his phony companies as well. Even after cancelling enrollments in all the monthly subscriptions they signed me up for (that is the real scam by the way), I am fighting off additional charges. Customer service is FAR from the top of their prioroty list, let me assure you. Hopefully there will be some class action law suits coming against his companies and all that he and all that followed this scam artist into "business" will end up jobless, homeless, and hungry...jerks.

World Club Fitness No way to cancel my so-called membership

After trying the "Dazzle Smile" toothpaste product, I learned that I had also been enrolled in World Club Fitness, which is nothing more than a web site with a few tips on how to be healthy.

I tried calling their numbers to cancel: [protected] and [protected]

The 888 number gives a message that I cannot call this number from my area. I tried the number from several other areas in the US and got the same message.

The 866 number is dead. When I dial it, absolutely nothing happens.

If I am unable to cancel my so-called membership, World Club Fitness will begin taking almost $25.00 each month from my checking account.

I can't find any way to contact these crooks.

Oh my gosh I am so pissed beyond words. I among the many have been scammed as well. I have just learned today that This World Fit company had taken $24 off of my debit card and I gave no such permission and to my knowledge have never heard for them and do not do business with them.

I have been advised by my bank to cancel my card and get a new one, then file a police report & bring in the case number to complete a fraud packet.

I suggest that everyone FILE A POLICE REPORT. You stand a better chance of getting your money back AND it draws attention to the scam.

Thank you for the information concerning who to address our concerns to. This company is horrible! I canceled my account last month and they charged my account again this month. I, like most of the others that have posted, was completely unaware that I had been signed up for this program. Maybe if I had known I would have at least looked at the site! This is so aggravating.

Thanks again for the info!

I too, was scammed and ripped off by this unholy conspiracy between dazzle smile, dental white, and world club fitness. If they were really providing an ethical product why didn't they tell me when I had unwittingly "signed up" for it. ANSWER: because I never did sign up, and they knew that if they told me that I had access to some stupid web site that I would eventually be charged for, I would cancel immediately. The dazzle smile scam is equally at fault, they send you a "free trial", but then they start charging for it before you even have a chance to try it -- but once they get your CC info (to cover the shipping cost) look out. Now they can start charging for all sorts of BS. I had to cancel my credit card to protect myself.

DO NOT PURCHASE DAZZLESMILE OR WORLD CLUB FITNESS THEY ARE BOTH SCAMS

Dazzlesmile and World Club Fitness are both crooks. Dazzlesmile's offer says that if you return the product before the trial period they will not charge your account. I returned the product and gave them a tracking number that showed they received the product 2 days prior to the end of the trial period. Also, even if I had not made the trial period, they 'say' there is a money back guarantee. I called twice and was first told I would receive a refund and the rep could not understand why I had been charged. The second time I was told that the 'corporate' office said my account was nonrefundable. RIPOFF!

When I first purchased the dazzlesmile I was signed up for World Club Fitness (WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE). You say it is right in the open for people to see... Well, I did not see the option. Now, they have canceled my account and will not give me a refund. Again, another RIPOFF!

I am so upset about this scam. I was very careful to note the details to the dazzlewhite program. I was charge, and uncharged as I cancelled my membership. World Club Fitness is as unethical as a company can get. Their excuse that they clearly state the terms of 'their' contract with you is totally untrue. The color schemes they use to advertize their product are proven to be overlooked by the average person. Why on earth would someone sign up for an online fitness club? No one would that's why they have to scam you into it.

The authorities should shut this place down and sue them for all they've stolen from innocent, law abiding people like me! To allow these ### to continue to do "business" is a disgrace to our legal system! I too, am reporting this disgusting company to the BBB.

Do you have an association with World Club Fitness? If so please note that the way you are doing business is unethical if not illegal. I fell for the dazzle white scam which apparently gave my information to World Club Fitness also - I don't even know what the website is. I have reported you to the better business bureu.

I originally ordered one month's supply of Wu Yi Tea. I cancelled immediately after receiving, and being charged an outrageous price for, two additional boxes. The company began charging me for two other 'products' that I have never heard of, which I also cancelled. Today I received my credit card bill, which has the names of two additional companies with two additional charges. They are: World Club Fitness [protected]) and Weight Loss Resources [protected]). Wu Yi has apparently a whole list of side companies that they shuffle their disgruntled ex-customer to, hoping that we will simply give up and keep paying these ridiculous charges. IS THERE A CLASS ACTION SUIT I CAN JOIN?

This is absolutely what is partly wrong with the world today! Scam artists and thieves are not brought to justice! My credit card was billed twice for over $100.00 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I had simply ordered a trial offer of Acaiburn (recommended by a popular Mixed Martial Arts website) and realized later that I had been enrolled in a ### health and wellness program thru World Club Fitness! They are not even affiliated with Acaiburn or Acaimax products. The operator probably somewhere in India would not even tell me if the company was in the United States. However, he insisted on me giving him my information so he could supposedly verify MY Account? THESE RATS DISGUST ME!

THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES ! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I ordered a Dazzlesmile product and now I am getting charges from these people. They claim that I "joined" when I bought the Dazzlesmile product. They refuse to give a refund. I was able to cancel and get a cancellation confirmation #, but that could be a scam also.

I ordered Clear Lift Ultra and cancelled 30 seconds later. They said the product would be automatically shipped to me but I could return it immediately for refund. They went ahead and took out the $87 anyway even though the unopened product was returned and back at their warehouse. I had to call 6 times to get them to finally refund the money 2 months later. The number I called [protected] and they told me each time that the money would be refunded. The last time I called them, they finally put on a supervisor (or just someone else) and he said it was never entered into the system for the refund but it was now. I called back a half hour later and got someone else who brought up the account and said it indeed was being refunded. We got it posted back to our account within a week. Thinking the nightmare was over...NO...it wasn't. Now 3 weeks later another charge by another company showed up on our bank statement.
Sup*WORLDFIT. I called the number it listed on our statement: [protected]. They claimed the "bonus" membership was on the webpage when I ordered. Complete LIE. The web page no longer exists but I had already done a still screen of the site and terms and policies when I canceled the first time to prove it. It is listed nowhere and this is a flat out lie. They said they would not refund the money and would not transfer me to anyone. I finally got an address out of them : Far End Services Limited, P.O. Box 22100 East 26th Ave. Aurora, Co 80019.

This also happens to be the Pure Lift, USA address. So i called "clear lift ultra" number again and they said they were not affiliated with World Fitness Club so did not have my account info with them and their address was not the aurora address as that was theirs...It is all a scam. We have no idea what else they will charge us with in the future so called our bank to claim fraud charges and cancel our card number. They are a scam. I went to World Fitness Club website and they have a bogus 866 number on their site too. How do companies like this exist? Who is regulating this? Our bank said they will get back the $24.13 so thank goodness not a dime is going to these utter losers.

Same here... signed up in Nov 2009 for that stupid Bedazzle White $2.95 trial... well somewhere within that sign up page and putting in your billing info, you are signing up for a membership with World Fitness Club. If no cancellation with them in 40 days, you are billed $24.82 monthly until you cancel (kinda hard when you don't realize u're signed up).

I actually returned the Bedazzle product right away and never used it... then called them and canceled. But I never knew about the World Fitness Club(charge shows up FitClubOnline [protected]). I called up World Fitness Club...smooth operator... won't answer any questions about their scheme... only questions about the account, or he will have to disconnect the call! nice.

Contact your credit card company.. dispute the charges, every one of them. They will cancel your card and refund all of the charges... they are very familiar with these schemes!

My 10-year-old child signed me up for Dazzlesmile's free trial just as a joke, since I've mentioned a few times that I'm interested in a teeth whitening treatment from our dentist. I received all kinds of charges and a sample, my kid explained what had been done as a joke, I called Dazzlesmile and was able to cancel future charges once I sent the product back. Then I started receiving emails that other products I never ordered were being shipped. I called those places, canceled alleged subscriptions, sent back any product that I did receive, at my expense. That was five months ago. Now, out of nowhere, I see FitClubOnline charges on my account. I called them, find out they're World Club Fitness, and it's linked to the Dazzlesmile free trial-- from five months ago! Even when I explained that an underage child ordered the Dazzlesmile product, the rep--Tammy-- said that she canceled my membership, but according to the terms and conditions, she would not refund me my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and Tammy declined my request, saying she has the discretion to decide which situations are sent to a supervisor, and mine did not warrant it. Excuse me? I'm a business owner, and I would fire an employee that refused to allow a customer to speak to a supervisor. Fortunately, my bank is working with me on this. Thanks to the person whom posted the number and address for this scam, as I will absolutely file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as well as the ones listed in the post. I wonder if they ever think about karma...

I'm on the phone with my credit card company now explaining that my card has been stolen by this company. They have been charging my account without my authorization for 3 months. I demanded that they stop immediately. The rep told me that I agreed to these terms and conditions with my subscription. What subscritpion? I have no subscritpion. I recieve no monthly product. I signed up for no such thing. I was scammed by dazzle and premium white with all their free offers. They advertise all over the internet and I found them on my yahoo homepage. Decided to give it a try because the local news had just done a story on how you could get your teeth white by using these sample products. I even sent the free sample back, called the company and told them to cancel everything. I asked repeatedly if there was any other hoops that I needed to jump through to cancel all charges. they told me that everything was completely cancelled. Now they are charging me. My credit card company refunded one charge but not others. The credit card company told me on page 5 of the sign up for the trial offer it said that they would be charging me monthly. I explained that I had cancelled everything. Apparently, it does not matter. This company can lie and steal and there is no recourse. This is unbelievable. My credit card company told me that they may try to keep charging my account and I have to keep watching for it! I want to see this company go down hard!

I noticed two separate charges of $24.82 on my credit card that the transaction dates were a day apart, I had not authorized either one of the charges, and called the number on my credit card statement to inquire. When I called I asked what company am I calling, the rep stated he needed my phone number, and information before he could tell me the company name’ that he answered the telephone for more than one company. Finally, Trevon (a customer rep. from Fitness Club Online) advised this was a charge that was generated through an order placed with Dazzlesmile. I informed him that I canceled the Dazzlesmile order immediately, and was not aware of any additional promotions/free trial memberships. He stated that this was advised in the terms and agreements. I asked for a refund. He advised about their no refund policy. I told him I returned the Dazzlesmile by Priority Mail and I want the charges reversed, he advised about their no refund policy. Every comment or question I made had the same response; I was advised about the no refund policy. The following is information about the company behind this:
justthinkmedia.com in Canada
JustThink Media works with two different American companies to manufacture our diet/health supplements and our teeth-whitening offers. JustThink Media is North America’s premier Internet marketing corporation.
I am disputing the charges on my credit card and I plan to do whatever I can to stop this from happening to other people.
