The box was without watch
We bought watch for our father’s birthday from www.allswisswatch.eu. When we got the order, the present box was empty. They forgot to put the watch in the box. We called them and argued, because they wouldn’t be able to provide the watch on time. We told them to return the whole sum back or we would start the case against them. But these guys aren’t afraid and we haven’t received money back.
Order didn't arrive on time
I purchased watch for my father from www.allswisswatch.eu. I of course placed the order in advance. I thought that the seller would deliver the order on time, and he promised that the delivery would take 10 business days. But 4 weeks have passed and since that moment I didn’t get the order and any information about the purchase. Maybe someone can help me.

On another note, unless you are a competitor, i will never hear from you again i suppose, good luck with your discrediting tactics, we survive on massive word of mouth business and the quality of our products and services speaks for itself, i suggest you take your time to improve your business, it would help you in the long run

I'm Keisha from Allswisswatch.eu, First thing is we do not have a telephone number listed on the Site so i'm not sure what site or service you're referring to. Secondly, we noticed 3 negative comments posted by you, on the very same dates with 3 very creative reasons for trying to dis-credit our store. IF this is how you conduct your business as a competitor, i'd advise you to really look deep inside your business and make it work otherwise you'll be out of business pretty soon.
