The Zeta Clear - Clear Nail Solution only had a ten month shelf life when received in early November 2016. It was advertised on the internet as "guaranteed to eliminate toe nail fungus" within 3 or 4 months. The Zeta Clear Clear Nail Solution was ineffective and actually the brush applicator itself spread the toe nail fungus from the right toe to the left toe.

The proprietary blend contains; undecylenic acid, tea tree oil, clove oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, lemongrass oil, lavender oil and vitamin E oi in a 1/2 oz. bottle. I went on the Australian zetaclear website. Ordered buy 3 get 2 free. Paid $154. To cut a very very long story short, the $154 was USD not AUD (although I was ordering from Australian website but wasn't told I'd switched to the american site) so nearly $200 AUD was debited). A couple of phone calls later to customer services to return package to be told I'd have to pay $10 per item ($50 in total) for 'restocking'. One T&C didn't stipulate per item, just per return. Anyhow, after negotiation was offered 50% refund plus I could keep the items. Took down his name and wanted to escalate to speak to a supervisor. He said supervisor was in a meeting. Finished phone call, saw different T&C which stated $10 restocking fee per item so the 50% refund was all I could do. Phoned back, totty seemed to be on drugs, I told her my story, she put me on hold to speak to supervisor. i asked her the supervisors name and it was the person who I'd spoken to 5 minutes previously! Complete and utter shysters...completely amoral. Disgusted beyond words. Hope to god I get the refund (and in AUD!)...RUN, never buy from these guys.
