Returns
On 01/04/24 I received an order from Zoucky that I don't recall ordering, so I wish to return the item.
I can't seem to be able to navigate Zolucky's customer service page. When I click that I wish to return an item, I get sent to another page. When I click the return tab, I'm sent to another page that doesn't respond to my choice. I can't find a customer service phone number or email address.
I'm stumped. I tried to navigate Zolucky's site 4 times and couldn't get anywhere.
Desired outcome: I wish to return a item that I received today 01/04/24 and receive a refund

Jacket
Tried to order a jacket - been almost 2 weeks - order still shows as processing - there is no way on the site to talk with or even email customer service to inquire about order status - sent email today after much search to find an email address to cancel the order but see that many have complaints about the company and may not even be able to refund this order - NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF SO CALLED COMPANY!

Desired outcome: CANCEL ORDER AND REFUND ASAP!
Completely unresponsive to any message either through website or respond to their order email
This is my first order with Zolucky and so I didn't spend a lot to see how the transaction went. I tried to contact them before I received any items because I wanted to cancel it as their shipping time is very long. They never answered me then, later when I sent a return request through their website or when I responded to their order confirmation email. Therefore, they are basically incapable of being an online retailer if they don't respond to customers inquiries. In addition, the tops were made of an odd sort of rubbery, shiny fabric and photographed far better than they looked in person.
Desired outcome: A full refund, since they can't seem to handle a return request and I will donate both items.
Zolucky
Zolucky made an unauthorized charge on my card. They sent me items I did not purchase. They charged me $79.95 and 67.cents on 07/12/23/. Now they are giving me the runaround saying I did not make the purchase.Their only response giving me detailed instructions on how to return the iems at my expence. I did purchase an order on 07/03/23.Which is how they got my charge information. I regret buying any thing from them. They are dishonest.
Desired outcome: My money back and a prepaid return for the items I did not order
Incorrect order
Received package today bags all labeled Zolucky. There were 4 orange labeled long sleeve tops that are identical The same shirts order numbers are all the same SKU:T-BGA196ABAC and SPU:T-BGA196/1430889. Last month I ordered through anniecloth site.several long sleeve multicolored t-shirts all from Zolucky. I am a size 18 and normally that is a XL.At this site I checked every item(shirt)The sizing was different for each item An XL at Zolucky was a size 14 A size18 was labeled either a 3X, 2X or a 1X So when I ordered the items were sized differently. I did not order any XL. So when I received my items each one was in a Zolucky bag. All the items the sizing was changed to an XL! So they did not fit I did contact anniecloth and asked for a return label. I waited but never got an email All the bags were labeled Zolucky and order numbers on each bag they now are still in their original bags tags intact.
Desired outcome: Please refund these two orders. I have all order numbers from the first order as well and I have not touched the bags.

recently i got a delivery of a shirt i ordered with no paperwork invoice attached
i spent hours on website trying get a customer service rep since i had no numbers to attach to the order
as of now i will never order from zolucky again due to the harrowing computer experience
Desired outcome: refund and label to return item now please waive shipping after all the trouble
poor quality awful customer service
I ordered 3 dresses from Zolucky.com on 4/23/23 after seeing repeated ads online. Their dresses looked attractive on their site, so I decide to try ordering from them. Buyer beware if you order anything from the company Zolucky. This company is dishonest and should be put out of business. I placed an order with Zolucky for $127.97 on 12/18/2021.
