Ring Central refuses to release my fax number to another provider. They want to charge me for services for the coming year. 2023-24. They arbitrarily charged my card yearly instead of monthly as I requested. When I finally got to talk to a customer service person, she was rude and flat-out told me that I needed to pay for the entire year in order for them to release my business number to a different provider. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, she left me waiting for 30 minutes and then hung up. This company has caused me to lose referrals.
