I paid for the Rob Dial / MWF Motivation group coaching program. Rob originally touted it as a monthly program that could be stopped at any time. I subscribed for several months and got some good (not great) value from it, and then decided to move on to other things and cancel my subscription.
I provided notice to cancel, and they still billed me. I then contacted them 6 different times on every public contact mechanism that their company provides, and there was literally zero response to any of it.
I had to contact my credit card company, dispute the last month's billing to get a refund, and block them from billing my credit card further.
So, they have some good content but buyer beware on their billing and communication practices. They were very quick and responsive to get me signed up and start the billing. Their responsiveness was totally non-existent when I tried to stop their inappropriate continuation of billing.
