They always over deliver and despite the price tag, I always feel they are worthwhile! However, I've had really poor customer service with a rep and it seems like this is not taken seriously. Robbins Research International upw Birmingham ticket

I have a ticket for UPW birminham 2023 but all I got was the below reply, I have send enless messages and nobody has contacted me, the below email was sent in January!

Robbins Research International I attended the March UPW event and paid over $400.00 for my ticket

I attended the March UPW event and paid over $400.00 for my ticket. I did not get what I paid for at all and reached out and spoke with a customer service rep who said that I would be refunded the full amount but I had to complete a survey first. At the end of the survey, it said my refund was not guaranteed and that I would receive no further information about my refund. This seems very deceitful. The event itself created a lot of mistrust. The presenters would say they respected your time but never started the event on time sometimes leaving to wait for 45+ minutes to hour(s). No agenda was given so that you could see what presentations you wanted to say up for, 80% of the event was advertising different programs trying to get you to pay more money if you wanted the information that you thought you had initially paid for in the first place, we watched old videos of old presentations for much of the event, disrespectful comment was made about COVID, two of the speakers said the same full story about Rocky that Tony had said, hardly any breaks were given, I felt like some of the speakers were suggesting to not listen to doctors/medical advice and just believe you will be okay and finally I believe misinformation and errors were in the material and presentations. We were also shown footage from what looked liked Fork over Knives. With the material that actually focused on the event with the upselling taken out, it could have been a single day verses 4 days. Definitely not what I paid for nor worth the time I took off of work. I was promised a full refund but have not received it.

I purchased a ticket to Date with Destiny on the Gold Coast in Sydney Australia for $5599.66 on 19 October in 2019. The original event was due to take place in 2020, it was then reschuled to 2021 (April) and has now been rescheduled again for April 2022. I have requested a refund over 20 times via phone and email and I have received no response from the company. I am extremely distressed and just want my money back.

I paid $395 to participate in a virtual conference and due to technical issues on there end I was not able to see the live program. The offered in an audio program in place of a refund. The program is of lesser value and it is not acceptable. I want my registration moved to there next event or a full refund.

I've purchased and paid in full for a Business Mastery in-person event which I was registered for in June , this was the nearest available date for a high-demand event which was subsequently cancelled by the organizers due to the pandemic. I have been offered to attend virtual events but do not wish to attend this event virtually, especially considering the significant time zone difference where I am located, which is 8 hours behind the event's time zone, and have a substantial shift in my personal circumstances with family illness and finances being further stretched. I have spoken with the event's customer service who advised that because they were cancelling the events last year and provided additional items as compensation, they mentioned that I am no longer entitled to a full refund and the only way to receive this is to attend the event and claim the money back guarantee. I do not wish to attend in order to claim for a money back guarantee and request a full refund for the substantial amount I paid for Business Mastery.

Invested $3100 AUD to purchase a ticket to a conference that was canceled. I have been promised a refund from the Robbins Team since April . Unfortunately, they no longer reply to my emails, despite having taken my bank details and assuring me that they would deposit my funds.

Robbins Research International I am trying to get a refund

I am trying to get a refund. In 2019 I attended UPW in Sydney and despite not having the funds, signed up to the Mastery University program. I paid $1000 on 1 August and $1000 on 1st Sept 2019, then the remaining $8,721.68 after getting a loan. After paying this loan for over 12 months I have still not received anything as due to Covid no events have run and unfortunately now my mother has passed away in the UK and I need to move back to the UK to sell her home and take care of her affairs. Due to restrictions I have had to resign from my job of 13 years and need to be overseas for at least 3 months. Currently air fares are up to $20,000 plus I need to pay $3000 to quarantine upon return. I am in urgent need of these funds being returned before I leave on 1st Dec. I have now sent 5 emails to Robbins Research. I was told I had to have a coaching session first. I explained I didn't want coaching, just a refund. I was told it was company policy. I spoke to Baylee Wright on 10th Oct and he listened to me and tried to convince me to stay in the program. He then tried to persuade me to do a lesser program (just DWD) and again I said I just needed a refund. By this time I was becoming teary, talking about my mum passing and needing to just get home to the UK. He told me he would refund me less the deposit. I reluctantly agreed. He told me the credit card he would refund to and I told him this card no longer exists. He said he would send through a form, as soon as he got off the phone, for me to complete with my current bank details so the money would be transferred back to me. Since that time I have sent Baylee 3 more emails, the last one on 21st October, requesting the form for my bank details. I have received no contact since our "coaching session" .

I purchased DWD tickets from Success Resources in Australia on the 14th of June for the Gold Coast event from the 19th to the 24th of April for $7995 AUD. The event was postponed to September and then postponed to April due to the global pandemic. My circumstances have changed dramatically over the past 2 years having separated from my wife in January this year and my current job will not allow me time off to attend this event. I have emailed success resources over and over to talk to someone however they just keep referring me to the emails they send out regarding booking the event. Tony Robbin's spokesperson Jennifer Connelly issued a statement last year stating that all customers who requested refunds would be granted. This is having a major effect on my mental health and I would like to request assistance for this matter. many thanks in advance for your help. cheers Michael Dunne

We have purchased a Date with Destiny experience through Success Resources in June for April . This event was subsequently postponed due to COVID restrictions and the options available at the time were to reschedule the event for April or have the funds allocated to other online services. We chose to have it rescheduled as a refund was not an option. In September , 9news.com.au published an article regarding Anthony Robbins stating that 'It is Mr. Robbins' expectation that Success Resources promptly processes all refund requests.' I felt if the 2021 event was cancelled we would be entitled to a full refund. This was not the case when Andrew EDMUND from Success Resources contacted me stating that it wasn't possible as 'they had no funds'. We paid $8145.91 and are requesting a full refund.

On July 18, I purchased the Business Mastery University for $14,999.00, which was charged in installments of $722.00. I attended two events, DWD and UPW. However, due to the impact of COVID-19 on my business, on February 12th, I reached out via email to the individual overseeing my account. They instructed me to set up a meeting with another contact, Baily. Initially, everything appeared to be in order, but my card continued to incur charges to this day. My intention was simply to cancel my program and receive a refund. This situation should have been straightforward to resolve, particularly for a large, well-established company like TRR. Yet, I have encountered what is arguably the worst customer and financial service experience of my life. It has been three exhausting months of attempting to navigate the cancellation and refund process. To make matters worse, they informed me that there would be a $1,400.00 fee to process my refund. This is beyond frustrating. I am generally a calm and optimistic individual, but this ongoing issue with TRR has been incredibly distressing. The company's mission is to assist people in overcoming their challenges, not to exacerbate them. At 38 years old, this is the first time I've felt compelled to file a public complaint, which is particularly disheartening as I have always held Tony in high regard. My disappointment is profound. To add insult to injury, my card is still being charged, and my dashboard reflects the same outstanding debt from three months ago. Contacting customer support is a Herculean task, and even when successful, it results in no resolution. I have spoken with five different representatives over the course of three months, and not one has been able to bring this agonizing ordeal to a close.

I bought a ticket on 2nd Dec 2019 for Date With Destiny Gold Coast 2020, not through Success Resources Australia. Due to Covid, the 2020 event was cancelled twice, and an online version was offered, which I declined. I've been seeking a full refund of $4045 AUD paid via my credit card. My refund discussions were with the event's concierge and a representative named Christina Tatersall. During a scheduled call on Dec 5th, the call ended abruptly when I expressed disinterest in alternative products. Giving Christina the benefit of the doubt, I immediately called back, but received no answer. After leaving a message and waiting an hour without a callback, I emailed again on 5th December, requesting contact for a refund resolution. The lack of response has heightened my anxiety, and due to the ongoing pandemic, I'm not inclined to attend any future event. I appreciate ComplaintsBoard.com's assistance in this matter.

I paid $9995 for the Mastery University course via my HDFC Credit Card on 9th September with the payment option of $400 being charged to my card per month for the coming months. Due to Covid 2020 the live event was cancelled and instead an online version was offered that I am not interested in. I first emailed the customer service on 23 Dec 2020, to stop the monthly auto debit on my credit card and cancel my registration and refund my money. I received no response to that email and my card continued to be charged. On registering a complaint again on the website on 22nd January , I was told the concerned team would call me within 48 hrs. Instead I got an automated mail from the customer service asking to book an appointment, the next appointment available being on 9th Feb, 2021. I went ahead and booked it anyway, but on 25th January , I received an automated email from the customer service that the appointment had been cancelled with no reason whatsoever. It upsets me very much the callous attitude the Tony Robbins Team have towards my hard earned money. I had requested for a 100% Refund to be processed but have no communication from the Tony Robbins Team on this matter. I'm 58 years old, already worried for my health, due to the Pandemic and all this matter is further making me even more anxious and is giving me sleepless nights. I recently participated in the new year new you program on line with this company. They offered a VIP option to use zoom and have better participation. When I purchased the VIP option, they gave me the option to buy the Healthy Body plan for $47. I purchased it. I was sent an email saying thank you and we will send it to you in one hour. I never received the program. It is on my credit card but they never sent it to me. I have contacted them multiple times via email using the emails they sent me, through their website email, by phone multiple times leaving messages as no one is available and through FB instant messages. I have tried to chat but no one is available in the middle of the day. I posted to FB and finally, one of their staff responded to my post giving me a FB link to post to. I posted and NO RESPONSE! I responded back to their post saying no one responded. There is no customer service. Tony Robbins says he goes beyond but his team does nothing.

Robbins Research International I purchased a ticket to the UPW event in Birmingham (through Success Resources) this past May which was postponed due to Co-Vid

I purchased a ticket to the UPW event in Birmingham (through Success Resources) this past May which was postponed due to Co-Vid. I am a fan of Tony's work but requested as a refund as it was going to cost me further to change get flights and accommodation for the October event. My emails requesting a refund were ignored or met with generic copy and paste responses and so made arrangements to attend in October. Due to Co-Vid the event was again moved and a virtual event was put in place that was offered as a 'complimentary ticket', with our in person ticket being moved to June . On the virtual call people were encouraged to buy tickets to the next virtual event which is happening the same dates as when the live was supposed to happen. No communication was made about what was happening with our original ticket which was bought. There was a lot of up selling (I understand this a part of the business model) on the virtual event last weekend but people went along with it saying "it is a complimentary ticket so we can't complain". When the team began selling for another virtual event rather than address the live event concerns the mood turned and people were very unhappy. After the event I was again met with copy and paste responses not addressing my questions and requests. I was told the event is moved now to sometime in 2022 (two years after original planned event). My emails are now being ignored and any concerns in the UPW Facebook community are being deleted and ignored. I contacted Tony's team in the states who gave me a direct contact for someone who would be able to assist me from Success Resources but he has ignored my requests thus far. I have attended Tony's events and have always been a fan. I've ran 100's of my own personal development events in Ireland the past number of years and sent countless people in this direction but this is really disappointing. I will now have to seek legal help in getting a refund.

Tony Robbins UPW virtual was on 11/19/22. I contacted the company through phone and emails 2 weeks prior to the start of the event hoping for a refund due to health issues. There was no response from the company. I contacted them several times until the event registration on the 11/18 and was able to talk to someone about a refund. They suggested that their refund policy states that they can't refund but do have a satisfaction guarantee that I can request. The request has to made on the second day of the event which should be on 11/20. I say ok I'll try on the second day of the event (11/20) without the knowledge that the request has to be made at a specific time frame on the second day. The staff I talked to on registration day did not make it clear. By the time I contacted them on the second day of the event and found that I could no longer request for a refund. The staff did made an exception and gave me the request for refund form but did not guarantee that I was granted refund. I've been waiting until now and still nothing happened. The reason for my refund is due to health issues and I have a doctor's note for documentation if needed. I would like to make a complaint about the business for being very vague and did not give clear instructions for the satisfaction guarantee refund request process. The business charged my money and did not want to refund it back even though I gave enough time and reasons to request for a refund.

I purchased a ticket on 2nd December for the Date With Destiny event in Gold Coast 2020 through the event organizer directly, not via Success Resources Australia. Due to Covid, the 2020 event was cancelled twice, and an online version was offered, which I was not interested in. I have been in contact with the event organizer's team seeking a 100% refund of $4045 Australian Dollars that was paid via my credit card here in Australia.

My refund correspondence with the event organizer's team so far involved their mastery concierge and a representative named Christina Tatersall, who called me during a pre-arranged meeting on December 5th. Unfortunately, I was disconnected early into our meeting when I expressed disinterest in swapping out to other products. I was taken aback by her customer service; however, I gave Christina the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps the line dropped out. So, I called Christina back immediately to continue seeking a resolution, but my call was not answered and went to voicemail. After trying to contact her again, I left a message asking her to urgently call me back.

I waited an hour for her to return my call, but unfortunately, she did not reach out again or provide any follow-up via email to explain the abrupt end to our conversation, which is very disappointing for all parties involved. Once I realized that the event organizer's team was not going to call me back, I sent another email to Christina and the mastery concierge on the 5th December, once again requesting contact so that a resolution for my refund could be processed.

I am extremely anxious about the refund and feel let down. My anxiety is nearing a breaking point. I have no inclination to attend a future event by the same organizers live, due to the ongoing pandemic that has turned all our lives upside down. On Sat 19th October I booked 2x Unleash The Power Within 2020 tickets for myself and my mum. An event we started counting down the days for as we absolutely LOVE the work of Tony Robbins. Our transaction number is #[protected], total paid $1933.07 AUD, invoice number ***, booking reference number OR/***. We then received emails between July and August to update our details, and a hint that we needed to update our personal details and each attendee needed their own email address to participate but no indication that the event would now be online. Then we receieve an email to update our address for a SWAG bag, the event was to be conducted online. There was no question, no consult on whether or not we wanted to proceed with an online version of the event. On Monday 31st of August , I submitted a refund request for the two tickets I purchased as I had not agreed nor purchased a virtual event and it could in no way replace a LIVE event with Tony Robbins. I also indicated not to post the Swag Bag as my address had changed. I recieved a response that my request was denied. This shocked me as they said the event was not cancelled but to the supporters of Tony Robbins the event we purchased WAS cancelled. There were back and forth emails until they agreed that the refund would be paid as I sent an article to them where Success Resources apologised to Tony for not refunding his clients. The agreed to refund me on the 14th September but with no indication of when. I followed up on the 24th October and the 30th of November . It is now 6th December and I still have not received a response nor my refund. Could this please be addressed as soon as possible. I would love to attend a Tony Robbins event one day but this experience has just been heartbreaking and demotivating which is the opposite I was hoping from with Tony Robbins experience. I hope to recieve a response soon. Kindest regards

Robbins Research International Dear Madam/Sir I am writing with reference to a purchase I made in 2019 for three Tony Robbins Unleash your Power Within tickets for attendance

Dear Madam/Sir I am writing with reference to a purchase I made in 2019 for three Tony Robbins Unleash your Power Within tickets for attendance in September . Having attended the event in 2019 i was excited to attend this immersive 4 day experience in 2020. I therefore purchased 3 tickets for myself and family members to attend the event in September at the cost of $1933.06. At the time of purchase this event was advertised as being an immersive 4 day experience to take place in Sydney, Australia with Tony Robbins to attend in person. Having experienced this event previously the value I believe is gained through attending in person. This event was cancelled due to COVID-19 with an online webinar event to take its place. As i have mentioned above an online webinar is not what I had paid for and was not able to partake in given that i have small children at home and not able to partake in 4 day long webinars. I therefore requested that Success Resources Australia (Agent for Robbins Research International) provide me with a refund for the event. A summary of my communication to date with Success Resources includes: - Email sent to Success Resources Australia in July asking for a refund to which i recieved no response - Email again sent on 7th September to which i recieved a response saying that Success Resources would not be offering a refund as there would be an 'equivilant' online event - I further emailed Success Resources Australia on 10th September indicating that this was not a satisfactory response and that the event that i had paid for was not marketed as an online event and a failure to provide a refund is fraudulent - A further email was sent from Success Resources Australia on the 14th September stating that they would now be processing refunds to the account from which payment was made and that they would make a refund within 30 days. As of today the 12/10 a refund has not been made to my account.

Robbins Research International 1) I signed up for two different Tony Robbins events

1) I signed up for two different Tony Robbins events. I had done Unleash the Power Within in July . 2) I signed up for A) Date with Destiny for December and B) Coaching. Twice I had extra payments of $1665 withdrawn without my permission from my credit card. I canceled the event as they broke the contract by withdrawing payment without my permission and received a refund. 3) This experience frustrated me with the entire organization so I cancelled my coaching experience. On August 3, I signed up for 18 coaching sessions with Scott Chamberlin for a total of $3175. I had 7 sessions. Each session breaks down to $176 ($3175/18 sessions). Therefore, because Robbins Research International broke my contract, I want a refund of $1,940 for the 11 remaining sessions. On 10/1, I received a refund of $1,121.67 without any accounting for the refund. -I want the difference of $1,940-$1,121.67 which is $818.33. -To rectify this situation, I have sent emails via their website. On 10/14, with Kornelia L., at 3:48 pm, I chatted and was told that "we will need to create a case and escalate." I was told that someone would get back to me within "24-48 hours." On 10/20, with Ethelbert T., at 3:51 pm, I asked for an accounting and an additional refund. He wrote: "I will need to create a case and escalate this to the appropriate department supervisor. Please allow 24-48 business hours for our team to contact you back directly. Please provide the best email and/or telephone number you would prefer to be reached at. We appreciate your patience." On 10/26, I called the school [protected] at 8:37 am and left a message (2 times." On 10/26 at 2:45, I called [protected] and selected #6 Client Loyalty Team and spoke to Lisa. Lisa said I need to speak to customer service but hung up on me. I called back three more times and got the voicemail and left a message. I would like to be a "raving fan" as Tony Robbins says but I am not as of this point.

I would like to request a refund for the 3 tickets I bought to attend the 'Unleash the Power Within' UPW event in Birmingham May via Success Resources. My booking reference number is: *** When the Covid 19 pandemic occurred and the event was cancelled, I was given the option of attending a rescheduled event in October , June or send the money on other Success Resources products. I chose to attend the event in June . Then I received an email from Success Resources saying that I could attend the October virtual event in addition to attending the physical UPW event in June . I noticed that it said in the small print that if you registered for the virtual October event, you were agreeing to transfer the value of the ticket you bought to attend the physical UPW event to the virtual event and that attending the event in June would be a complimentary ticket. They only said that this complimentary ticket would only be valid for that event in June . I wasn't interested in the October virtual event anyway as I was working and the dates didn't suit and so I never signed up. I continued to get lots of emails asking me to sign up before the deadline but I ignored them. Then on 24th September, I received an email from them congratulating me on securing my place on the virtual UPW event in October . They even include a reference number despite me never signing up. I have contacted Success Resources and asked for a refund but they have refused this. I pointed out what I have described to you but they have not responded. At this point, I want a refund as I believe the UPW event June will not be a physical event and it is too long to wait for a rescheduled event. A virtual event cannot be considered a replacement for a physical event. I am a long-time Tony Robbins supporter and would like to continue my support but Success Resources behaviour is threatening same. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.

I purchased tickets to Date With Destiny on the Gold Coast, Australia, for April at a cost of $9164.41 Australian Dollars - with the added cost of flights and accommodation being needed. I specifically booked carefully because of the dates. This was then moved to Sydney for the dates of 27 Sept - 2 Oct. While I understand the pandemic has given challenges, these dates did not work for me, as I was due to get married. I requested a refund due to these circumstances. They refused. I then moved my wedding date to late April , after this, I was lost my job. I provided Success Resources and the Tony Robbins team with my redundancy letter and pleaded with them to refund the monies, noting this could be the difference between financial survival or not. They refused, citing generic email responses and stating the event had not been cancelled, but moved. They have now moved it to April - the dates that I am meant to be being married and honeymooning, the dates we changed and lost over $5000 on because Success Resources and Tony Robbins refused to refund in the first place. Not only that, but the extra incentives for this are having access to the Unleash The Power Within virtual event - an event I have already paid for in full. They sent an email in September advising that the refunds would be processed within 30 days, after Tony Robbins advised in the Australian media that the refunds would be provided. They missed that 30 business day deadline. They then advised a specific date in October - and refused to pay it on that date also. I then lodged a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint and also an ACCC complaint in Australia. Both claims they told them that they would pay the money on 21st January (Australian time). It is now the 22nd January and they have again not refunded any monies at all. I want a FULL refund of the $9164.41 Australian dollars owing to me and promised now for over four months. They are refunding others and purposely not refunding myself.

I am formally lodging this dispute against Robins Research Inc for a 100% refund of AUD $4045.00 that was deducted from my Credit Card by ROBINS RESEARCH INTERNATIONAL directly (not through a reseller/agent) for the Date With Destiny on the Gold Coast 2020 Australia that was cancelled by Robins Research International. As stated in my original email dated 27 November to Robins Research International I requested a full refund of AUD$4045.00. for the cancelled program and did not want to swap the product rollover or reschedule to 2021 at all, I am seeking a 100% refund. 5th December I spoke to Christina Tattersall a team member rep for Tony Robins Inc via phone regarding the refund and outlined how I am seeking a 100% refund and I am not interested in rolling over to 2021 or any other product that she was trying to sell me, from the outset in my original and ongoing correspondence with Robins Research International I am seeking a 100% refund. I was informed that I would be penalised $1995.00 for damages if I pushed for a refund but then offered other products if I didn't which is outrageous by strong arming customers and coercing me into their products even though Robins Research have refunded 100% of ticket purchases to Date With Destiny Gold Coast 2020 from other attendee. I followed up our discussion with an email on the 5th December outlining my request for a 100% refund and how I am not interested in any other product that she was trying to offer I only seek a 100% refund. I have emailed Robins Research Inc again 8th December requesting a 100% refund and how I am not interested in any other product service or virtual event and received a automated response "we will get back to you". Could you please help as my payment plan of AUD $4045.00 was through Robins Research Inc directly I had hope they would be forthcoming with a 100% refund , this is placing an enormous amount of pressure emotionally and financially on me my family.Thank you
