I did not renew my office from august 1st 2022, but unfortunately you guys did not cancel my agreement.
I received the email over 3 times and I denied each time because I no longer want to stay at the office. I'm still being charged for staying at the office when I didn't renew the contract. Each time I've received the email it gave me a choice on whether or not I wish to renew the contract and as I said earlier, I've declined. Two months ago, I went to the front desk and talked with Melissa regarding my concerns in this office and each time she had said "we'll look into it and will get back to you" But unfortunately, she did not help me at all and I have found it to be very disappointing from her. To be honest she's very ignorant and unprofessional as an office manager. This is one of the reasons we no longer want to stay at this office as well as the price increase by 25%...
I WOULD LIKE YOU TO LET YOU KNOW SINCE JULY 27 MELISSA HAS SENT ME THAT MY LOCKS HAVE BEEN CHANGED AND SINCE THEN I HAVEN'T BEEN AT THE OFFICE. I AM ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AUGUST PAYMENT AS I HAVE NOT BEEN AT THE OFFICE SINCE JULY 27.
May you please ask the senior manager of Regus to get back to us as soon as possible.
