Rosati's Purchased giftcard - recipient still has not received it!

On 3-9-24, I ordered a gift card in the amount of $100. It was for our family that was mourning the loss of our brother. I ordered, was charged on my account, received the email confirmation with order#. Then nothing! No card arrived to the recipient's email.

I immediately tried to go online and find a corporate phone # or some way to track the gift card, which almost all restaurants provide. NOTHING! You cannot get thru in anyway. I then called local stores, which said to go on the franchise site and see if you can get thru. NOTHING! I emailed from a "contact us" page, but it does not allow you to make a inquiry on the gift card purchases. Only make inquiries/complaints on the local stores. Really upsetting as we entrusted this company on a weekend that was so hard for our family! I really hope this will be resolved promptly! If not, this needs to be reported.

Claimed loss: $100

Desired outcome: Have an apology written to the recipient, who never received card, with a free pizza provided. Also, have my $100 gift card purchased either fully refunded (with proof e-mailed) or the gift card sent to me directly.

Rosati's Salad

On 8/9/22 at 6pm, I ordered through DOORDASH; a salad as one of the items as part of my order and I didn’t receive the salad. The Rosati’s manager stated, it didn’t show up on the order but it shows up on my receipt and the restaurant got paid for it and she didn’t offer any resolution but, to get it back from DoorDash and I found that to be pretty crappy. I spent $50 that day and the least they could’ve done was offered the replacement when I returned or if I returned…. Unsatisfied customer!

Desired outcome: REFUND

Rosati's Very unsatisfied customer

I ordered a pizza online last week and it was not what I ordered & what I paid for. I ordered a 18' pizza with full Italian Sausage and half Green Peppers with extra sauce and well done. I got it home and it was half Italian Sausage and half Green Peppers...with NO extra sauce and it was NOT well done. I was upset because my kids are very picky and when I got home to serve pizza my children wouldn't eat. So basically my family was not happy and wouldn't eat it.. Im sending this complaint for the 2nd time and I would like to hear back & get refunded OR a credit for new pizza..Please contact me to resolve this matter. N.Burgess

Rosati's Billing

My husband ordered a pizza online this evening [protected] @ 5:30pm the total cost was $29.86. I ordered a 18' thin crust with Sausage on the whole pizza and Green Peppers on half of the pizza. I requested extra sauce and to be cooked "Well Done". When he brought the pizza home there was Italian Sausage and Green Peppers on HALF of the pizza. I paid for it to be ALL Italian Sausage and half Green Peppers. It was soggy, NOT Well Done like I ordered it. Im extremely unsatisfied with what we got, I have children and they only like Sausage so ofcourse they didn't want to eat any of it. Im reaching out because it costed us alot of money and everything was NOT what I ordered, I was charged for the ingredients that I didn't get. I would like a refund or a gift card for a replacement pizza. Thank you

Rosati's jim manager of mchenry

My husband and I placed our order for delivery. We waited an hour and a half before calling to check the status of our order. upon calling we were greeted by the manager JIM who stated the food was delivered but nobody answered the door or the number provided. I asked him to repeat the number and address it was delivered to and it was completely wrong. Not even close to our address or phone number. I asked to repeat our order to make sure we were talking about the correct order. He went on to tell me my husband was a liar for giving him the wrong address and phone number. Which makes no sense. He raised his voice and told me to give him the correct number so he may block it from his system. JIM was completely inappropriate and went from 0-100 in seconds yelling and hollering at me saying I was wrong and we are liars. I asked him to return our money since he did manage to get our card number correct. He then once again called me names and hung up the phone. Never have I been treated like this st any Rosati's. I then did research on this manager and found multiple complaints about him yelling st customers and staff. Something needs to be done.

Rosati's interview

I arived 1145 4 people ahead of me no problem.after 2 mallisa ordered lunch.did 2 more interviews.then ate lunch totaly ignored me.then dealt with problem ok understand.while doing it she gave me a dirty look.like go away.never said nothing to me.like ill be with you.then she was in the back kitchen doing nothing.goofing off.after 2 and half waiting i left crying.like she had had enough.i never got a chance.melisa lossee dr las vegas nevada.she was a real [censor].i noticed last interview went really fast as of first took 15 mins 3rd one about 10 mins last five mins.and i waited 2 and half hours.

Rosati's food

Pizza was little over cook and the meat mania pizza didn't taste like it usually does. It taste like the bacon or hamburger was old.or no good. The bread sticks was plan and little cold. The only thing that was good was the pepperoni pizza. We always get the same thing never a problem. It's only pizza place we like. Hope someone can fix this. Thank you.

Rosati's not satisfied

Recently found out about this Rosati's Pizza and decided to order something. So I found their website and made an online order. Ordered my pizza and was promised a free delivery, but then they charged some extra! And when I contacted these guys and asked for some explanation they were not able to tell anything.
Anyways, got the pizza and I can't say that it was good or bad, it was ok, but there are still better places. I will not order from them again.

Rosati's No discount and no money back

I ordered pizza from the website www.myrosatis.com. I had the coupon and when I placed the order, I indicated the number of coupon, but the seller didn’t provide the discount. I paid and immediately sent several emails to the seller and asked about it. They replied quickly and told that they would return money, but they didn’t’. As well as they stopped to communicate with me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

Rosati's Fraud and dishonesty

Certificates. I end up buying 5 of them total around $210 any they were given out for youth group member aged 12 to 17. Well before we know it the store closed and the poor youth came back to me complaining that they can no longer use a well deserved gifts (the worked very hard in community services for them to earn those gift certificates).
I called the company [protected]) and talked with Marla (id herself as Director of Marketing). She asked me to fax the Gift certificates to her to talk to Mr. Rosati (!).
Well I did, a month later I received no contacts so I called, they said Marla left the company and now it is Libby who is in charge (I felt she is the phone attendant only!)
Well Libby said she I need to fax the gift Certificates again (!) and she will call back. I did and she called back 2 days later saying Me. Rosati said they will not honor these certificates (!).
Of course Mr. Rosati is always busy (probably planning another failed venture or gift card scam!)
We end up displaying those gift certificates in the lobby of the youth center as a sample of dishonorable business practice and the poor kids learnt first had how corporate greed’s work.
We decided to put the words out so they may not have the same chance stealing from others again.
Avoid this dishonest business at any cost.

I ordered a deep dish listed on menu at 21.99$ but charged 27.99$ (plus tax)

When I bring up the issue the cashier told me:”Everything cost more on this days and we are waiting for the new menu with the new prices”

I really didn’t appreciate her attitude and should been addressed the change at the time of order not at check out

Recently ordered a Fab Four pizza from Rosatis Pizza inFountain Hills, AZ. Pizza came with raw chopped onions. Those onions belong on a hot dog not a pizza. Ruined the pizza. I don't know why you want people to ramble on about a straight forward such as I have. The ingrediants ruined the taste of the Pizza period!
