Disappointing Experience with Rose Int: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Results
I heard about Rose Int from a friend who said they could help me with my finances. So, I decided to give it a try and I contacted them through their website. But every time I received an email or a phone call from this company, nothing ever came out of it! It was just a waste of my time and energy.
I thought maybe they were just too busy or they had a lot of clients to attend to, but no, it was just plain useless. They were not able to give me any helpful information or guide me in the right direction to reach my financial goals. It was frustrating and a total disappointment.
I'm not sure how they manage to stay in business with such poor customer service and lack of results. The whole experience was a complete waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is serious about their financial future.
Overall, my experience with Rose Int was not good at all. I felt like they were not paying attention to my needs and were just trying to sell me something. It's a shame because I had high hopes for them, but they failed to deliver.
Warning: Rose Int Job Offer Scam - Do Not Provide Personal Information!
This Rose Int place seems like a total scam. They keep bugging me even though I told them I wasn't interested. Apparently, they're offering jobs, but they want some key personal info from me like my birthday and last four digits of my Social Security. I don't trust it one bit. And on top of that, the folks over there are impossible to understand. Their communication skills are downright terrible. Stay far away from these shady characters.
Stay Away from Rose Int: Shoddy Recruiters and Sketchy Practices
So, I was browsing Rose Int's website (roseint.com) and I gotta say I wasn't too impressed. The recruiters they got there, they don't really speak good English. They keep going on and on about how they got these important clients who are hiring ASAP. But then, they go and ask for your social security number's last 3 digits and your birthdate. And guess what? You won't hear from them again! They're just collecting resumes to get commissions or something.
To make matters worse, they keep hassling you with messages, calls, and emails. It's like they're desperate or something. Just stay away from 'em! You'll thank me later.
My Positive Experience with Rose International - A Legitimate Recruiting Business!
for giving me the opportunity to share my honest thoughts about Rose International! As a Recruiter who's been with the company for a year, I'm happy to report that my experience has been nothing but positive. Despite what some others might say, Rose Int is definitely not a scam.
I understand that many candidates can feel frustrated when they never hear back after applying for a job, and I want to assure you that that's not how we operate at Rose International. I make sure to keep my candidates updated about their status throughout each step of the hiring process, whether they've been selected or not. My job is to help people find work, not to hide from them!
Now, I do want to address one potential sticking point for some job seekers. You may have noticed that our consent form asks for the last four digits of your Social Security number. This might seem a bit invasive at first glance, but it's actually a requirement from some of our clients. Companies like Kaiser, Facebook, and Nationwide Insurance may ask for that information to verify a candidate's identity or to comply with legal regulations.
However, I want to stress that this isn't a dealbreaker. If you're uncomfortable providing those last four digits, you can simply put 0000 in that section instead. We won't hold it against you, and it won't affect your chances of getting hired.
At the end of the day, I'm proud to say that Rose International is a legitimate business with a global network. We have Indian recruiters working in our Delhi branch, as well as American recruiters in the United States. So, whether you're seeking work in India or the US, we've got you covered.
Thanks for taking the time to read my review, and I hope you'll consider working with Rose International!
Questionable Practices: A Review of Rose International Staffing Company
So, let's talk about this Rose International staffing company. I can't say for sure, but it seems like some companies in India might try to pull a fast one on us Americans by pretending to have businesses here in the States. They might even use American names and pictures on their websites to try to trick us! That's what I think might be happening with Rose International, based on my personal experience with them.
First of all, I kept getting contacted by the same guy from Rose International who was looking to fill the same position, but each time he used a different name. That seems kinda fishy to me. Plus, they asked me if they could tweak my resume, but never showed me what they changed. How am I supposed to know what's being sent out to their clients on my behalf? That's shady as heck, if you ask me.
I get the feeling that Rose International might be padding their resumes to make themselves look better to clients. Like, maybe they're submitting resumes from candidates who aren't 100% qualified for the job, but are still close enough to keep their contracts. It makes me wonder how many other people they're doing this to.
To be honest, I've had a bad experience with another staffing agency in the past – they said they were based in the US, but they were actually in India! I did eventually get paid, but I had no way to get in touch with them when I needed support. And when I went to the supposed office they had in Marietta, GA, it was nowhere to be found. I don't want to make any assumptions, but it seems like Rose International might be pulling a similar scam.
Overall, I just don't feel good about this company. It's a shame because finding a good job is tough enough without having to worry about whether your staffing agency is legit or not. I would definitely recommend doing some extra research and being extra cautious when dealing with companies like Rose International.
Beware of Rose International: A Fishy Employment Agency
Rose International is an employment agency that claims to help people find jobs in IT and other fields. The way it supposedly works is they get resumes from websites like Careerbuilder and Monster, and if they think you're a good fit for a job, they'll call or email you with a job description. But be warned - the calls come from India, not New York like their area code would suggest. This means that the person on the other end of the phone may have a difficult-to-understand accent. But don't worry, you'll get used to it - Hah.
If you're interested in the job they're offering, they'll send you a "job application" that asks for a lot of personal information including your social security number and past addresses. This might seem odd to some people, but if you're really excited about the job, you might not think twice about giving away your personal information. However, after you submit the application, you might never hear from them again. What gives? It's hard to say, but it doesn't look good.
As someone who has been in the corporate recruiting business for 20 years, I can tell you that this seems fishy. A real company or agency will never ask for your social security number online - unless you've been interviewed and are getting the job. In that case, they'll need it in order to run a background check. But that's not what Rose International is doing. They're asking for it up front, which is a red flag.
Another red flag? I've seen thousands of resumes over the course of my career, but I've never seen one from someone who used to work at Rose International. This is suspicious, to say the least. I think it's safe to say that you should watch out for foreign fakers like Rose International.
Unprofessional and Disorganized: My Experience with Rose Int Recruitment Agency
This here agency, Rose Int (roseint.com), contacted me with a fancy job offer. I was desperate for work, so I played along with all their rules. Sent 'em my resume, talked to the recruiter's boss, and was told that I was the perfect candidate for the job. They even said that they would set me up with an interview. But guess what? I never got that interview, my friends!
All I've been getting since then are phone calls from different recruiters. It seems like they don't have a clue about what each other are doing. They're all calling me up, trying to tell me about some great job opportunities. But honestly, they're not listening to one another.
Nobody even knew that I had been promised an interview by someone else on their team. And what's more, that recruiter just disappeared altogether. Now I'm getting calls every day from random recruiters who don't know nothing about me. I already asked them all to stop calling me, but they never listen!
I've worked with job agencies before, and had a really good experience. They were all professional-like, and they always followed up with me. But this Rose Int agency? What a total waste of my precious time! They never gave me any real job offers or interviews.
As I'm writing this review, I just got yet another call from some other recruiter. It's getting to be a real pain in my behind, if you know what I mean. And if you're wondering why I'm giving this agency just one star? It's only 'cause they make me do it. If it was up to me, I wouldn't even give them half a star!
In conclusion, if you're reading this, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with Rose Int. They're not professional, don't listen to their own people, and they'll just keep calling you until you're blue in the face.
