Rose Garden Boutique review: chenille robes

The quality of these Canyon Group chenille robes is not good. The chenille sheds and no amount of washing/drying minimizes the continual loss. I have tried (3) different robes over 14 months thinking perhaps I had an atypical product or perhaps a bad lot number but they were all this Way. I also purchased one as a gift and the recipient has had the exact same problem. Also the chenille thickness is not uniform throughout the garment - there are patches where the chenille is very thin.

The company is also difficult to do business with. The order will come quickly but Their policies and practices are not customer friendly. You will pay shipping for any returns and you will pay a significant restocking penalty as well which is a big deterrent for taking a risk ordering.

I wanted this product to work; I love the whimsy and the luxury but sadly it sounds much better than it is especially for the purchase price.
