Bought the full Language software for Spanish from Best Buy about 2014-2015, and the computer that I initially installed it on, died, and removed the hard drive and disposed of the laptop. I install this software today on my new desktop, and wanted to learn the language, and if required an activation key. I called Customer Service and spoke with Chloe, and was basically told, sorry we no longer support that program, and try starting the online subscription to the same thing I was installing on my computer. I then started a case file, and I get a email from Chloe saying that she took my issue to case manager, and their resolution was offering me a lifetime subscription for $79.00 vs $299.00, and I was like no. Why am I paying for something that I already purchased, and in my hands. Just know that if you buy this software and have your disc set, it is dead product. They will not provide any help whatsoever, they will not provide activations key and refer you to their online subscription options.
