I feel fortunate to have had Heather Ho as my precious metal representative for over 5 years. I have always felt she was there for me personally whether it's was advising me what is best to buy or sell at a particular time or walking me through the step by step process to alleviate my "ignorant fears" about the precious metal market. She is ALWAYS available either by answering her phone herself or if on another call, calling back in record time. I believe her teaching skills are invaluable. Being a Pharmacist, I can gobble up science & medicine with ease but "precious metals" was a foreign language to me. Heather is a translator par excellence! Little did we know when we submitted an inquiry to Rosland Capital for information that we would be lucky enough to receive a response from Heather Ho. We were initially hesitant and honestly a little Intimidated to make a gold purchase, but Heather with her infinite experience truly made us feel confident in our purchase. She asked about our goals and made recommendations that were aligned to OUR goals, and actually recommended we purchase less... Did you hear that? A company rep saying spending a little less will help you with your overall goals... Heather cared about what WE needed, and well that's integrity right there. We could not recommend Heather enough, wonderful lady, outstanding representative for Rosland Capital. They are lucky to have her, we were lucky SHE was the rep we connected with! There aren't enough stars to give our experience working with Heather!

Feel that they *** us. Wanted 1 oz gold coins and were sent 1/4 oz Arnold Palmer coins after a long delay in delivery. Called them when I received them, and wanted to return. John *** said that we made money already. Paid *** and they were up to *** Convinced us to wait a little longer. Next time I called around March 24, wanted to sell again as I had cancer and no life insurance. Was told they went up to $1395 and we were doing very good. Hold on. He would call me and let me know by end of March what value they had. When I didn't hear from him, called again on May 18, we were told that the prices he had quoted were buying price, if we wanted to sell, we would lose *** Spoke to Supervisor, who made us a deal that we would only lose *** Sent coins back, and had called after 3 weeks and threatened them with SEC complaint. We didn't receive check until 30 days later. I feel I was scammed.

Heather is a most unique person. I was very happy that Heather took my call at Rosland Capital. I have never before had the privilege of working with someone that took so much interest and care with me. She takes all the time you find necessary and will answer all questions. She also tells you everything about the product that you need to know and gave very convincing reasons why you should buy gold. I felt very confident when I was done and was more than happy to buy additional gold shortly after the first purchase. I would highly recommend using Heather over anyone else you might find to sell you gold or silver. She was patient with all the flubs that I made in the transaction and help me correct them without complaint. I was very appreciative of the time she spent during the purchase process. Her knowledge about gold and silver is extraordinary and she's more than pleased to share that information with her clients.

I was needing some guidance on how to obtain some precious metal to have on hand because it was beginning to look like our public servants were planning to make us their servants. I knew that there was no reliable place to get the metals locally, and I had seen an ad on tv for Rosland Capital. I called the number given on that ad, and Mr. Nero answered the phone. He was so helpful, answered all my questions, and I decided he was the person to help me get started purchasing exactly what we needed. He was so personable and great at explaining in detail each step to make the process easy and quick. I actually had contacted a different firm a few weeks earlier, but I felt a lot of pressure from them, so I kept putting them off. The answers they gave me were not straight-forward, but very pressured. Not so with Mr. Nero. My purchase has been completed with him and Rosland Capital, and maybe sometime in the future, I can do business again with him and Rosland.

Listening to Rosland Capital's misleading television ads with celebrity spokesman William Devane is very frustrating. They over promise, under deliver, and since when do Devane or Tom Selleck types know anything about finance? Devane probably knows about as much about precious metals as Selleck knows about reverse mortgages. I would never buy from Rosland again, and warn you to avoid this sales machine. I bought gold coins from Rosland under the promise of lowest prices and highest quality. Neither were true. Prices are inflated (have to pay for those pricey TV ads, and quality was inconsistent. My order contained coins of noticeably lower condition and by the packaging it was obvious that they threw different lots of coins together. I was disappointed when I opened the package and immediately sought a better dealer. I found higher quality coins at a lower price easily. I would never buy from Rosland and do not recommend them. The A+ ComplaintsBoard.com rating is a joke. Buyer beware!

I will keep this simple although the temptation is to write a book. I hope to catch you before you invest. These are the facts, they can say they told me but I guarantee they didn't without making it confusing. They turned $30K into $10K from 2011 to 2020 and very little was market driven. It was all fees, they took ~29% off the top. They then called me with a recommendation to move some gold to Silver and took another 18%. I could never get a good answer on my value. BS every time I called. With the recent drop in the stock market I decided to sell and move to market to try and recapture some of what they took from me. They purchased back for $10K and I have been sitting for six weeks watching the market go back up without my money in it. They don't answer emails and I haven't received my payment. I would love to know that I have prevented someone else from giving them their money. Who would make the investment if they knew they lost 30% off the top. I hope there's a group lawsuit someday.

thinks she has been robbed. Called & asked for refund within 7 day period. later Asked for boxes when saw gold & silver passing *** to me as worth $1001,000.was not.
***(agent) said they must send boxes to return gold. They never came. I finished my email asking if I got the $8,000. 000 increase in value she claimed when I returned the coins also? When gold & silver finally arrived, there was a 1/4 ounce of gold coins 55 of them that were supposed to be worth $72,000. & the silver worth $28,000 still less than we sent. Thought it must be commission.
I admit I didn't read carefully as I am hav ing some vision problems lately. My husband didn't want gold & silver so he never loked at it. agent TM ended up taking 60% commission on $1001,000.00 . My son & I have TBI but trusted Rosland Capitol. Best in the Business. Erik *** is the best representative anyone could ask. With the markets in turmoil, and I am getting older, I wanted to move my 401K from stocks and bonds into gold and precious metals. I know nothing (and let me put emphasis on 'nothing') about the gold market and precious metals. I went online to Rosland's website and listed my name and number to be contacted. Erik called me within the same day. He was very attentive to my questions, explained in simple terms and very clearly, any information I needed or wanted to know. As we proceeded forward with our transaction, Erik kept me informed of the process, where we were in the transfer of assets, and what to expect. Nicole*** was our advisor for our very first purchase of gold coins for our daughter's future college education. Nicole went out of her way to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the purchase. She did not apply any pressure or try to overly convince us to make the purchase. She was frank and very business-like. We liked her honesty and cheerfulness. She explained everything very clearly and respected our silence while we contemplated a decision. We did shop around other than Rosland Capital and because our investment was not very sizable neither was interest from other companies. When we made the decision to purchase from Rosland, Nicole sprang into action and called us every step of the way; even to the day of delivery. Not sure what was the most exciting, the gold coins or dealing with Nicole? They both were good. Rosland packed the packages so well I thought we would never be able to open them. Over the last few months at work I started listening to some of the talk shows late at night and it seems they are all discussing the topic of investing some of your earnings in precious metals. I really felt this was an avenue I wanted to check out but when I tried to talk with some friends or relatives about Gold and Silver investing most had no experience and were afraid of the risks. Selling practices.. company extremely dishonest.. sell u couns that are not close to the worth you pay for them.. A huge scam.. I place and order for silver thinking im getting the exact of amount of silver that im paying for , but no, they sell u these couns that have no weight and are i guess worthless.. when the price of silver goes up you are still losing money with them.. so the Sales person ***, here in California doesn't tell you anynof this, she races thru the sell, does a reading of the thing ur buying on yhe phone so fast so u dont here what she is selling you.. you agree, because you think you are buying the correct weight and amount, nope, not true.. so i tries to sell back, silver has gone up 30% and they say im still losing *** on the sale.. Im now asking for a refund on the sale, back to my credit card, but after reading these they will probably try to do *** stuff.. after so many complaints why isn't this company shut down.. i get a call from compliance a week later and he is unreal.. they have these scammt ways to reverse everything..so he said he would send the box so i can return silver, but i dont trust these people for a minute.. if not resolved.. we will do a five minute segment on one the local news channels on this company..
