Cp machine
Changed my insurance 1st of year from Humana to Medicare which Rotech Hudson fl is whom I received my machine. I have been since January 1st trying to get supplies, I have been given numerous different excuses now they need serial # off my cpap machine, my husband called gave info with Hudson office and Jay called a second time saying need info, I called on Friday no one put information in computer, I am so freaking tired of this stress I have BP problems and I don't need this stress PROBLEM NOT SOLVED and few weeks from 2023 my contact # is [protected]

Continuous harassment
WHY are you continually harassing my elderly father? Now you are threatening him because of equipment you say he has, yet you picked it up six months ago. This was verified by one of your employees just last month. You have no organizational skills, an inadequate system of updating records, and very poor people skills.
It started out that you harassed him about paying a bill that he didn't owe. He made MULTIPLE phone calls to your office and each time the person he was talking to agreed that the bill was NOT owed. He had the insurance company contact you twice.
Now you're saying he didn't return this equipment. He called you to come pick it up and your people showed up that same day. When he received the first letter, he called your office and the lady said she could see in her records that the equipment had been returned. Now he has received a second, threatening letter.
Do you feel power in threatening an 88-year-old man? Does this give you a big thrill?
Well, go ahead and sue my father and I will get the best lawyer in Hernando County to sue you for harassment and anything else we can come up with. Bring it on, Rotech... bring it on!
Desired outcome: LEAVE MY FATHER ALONE!! I want a letter written to him, with an apology, and then we NEVER want to hear of you again.
Wisp mask sent without consent
I have been using the Dreamwear product with the silicone nose pillow since the beginning. At some point a rep called to confirm the pillow size and put in the wisp as the type and the product was sent on the auto supply. The wisp arrived and I put it all upstairs as I did not need to replace it at that time. A week ago, I Opened the product and figured out what it was. It was the replacement mask and cushions for the wisp. the replacement mask does not come with the back head straps so you cant use it even if you wanted to. You would have to be using it in the beginning in order to use this product. I called Theresa today and she insisted that I confirmed the size medium for the wisp mask. I said I confirmed medium for what I was using? what do you have on file? she would not confirm what they have sent in the past, she kept directing over and over her policy and I should have called with in 3 days of receiving the order. I asked for a return, she denied. I asked for the strap I don't have for the wisp to use if I choose to, (part 1094082) she said she would not send it either. Policy will not let them. I asked for some sort of solution, she had nothing to offer, just policy says, I did not call within 3 day of receiving order. If I had done that, something would have been done. At this time, I do not have the right product and they have me on Auto Replenish for the Dreamwear now. I think I need to find another company or find another way to buy the product I was given originally by the company. They changed the product and I did not ask them to. Why is she so difficult? Why cant I get what the doctor wanted me to have in the first place? Can someone help me?
Desired outcome: Either refund the wisp product, or send the strap to use it, or allow me to drop off and return, something. I am willing to compromise.
Dream Stataion 1/2
Rec'd supplies for DreamStation (DS) but had been upgraded to DS2. I notified company and returned ALL supplies on 26 Sept 2022. I have emails to/from Rotech where I tell them i have RETURNED supplies. Unfortunately, it's 2 months later and I don't have the 'tracking number' for returned package.
However, company allegedly never rec'd supplies back so I'm being forced to pay $44.62 for supplies that I returned. My recommendation: Ditch Rotech and purchase supplies on Amazon.
Desired outcome: Delete the $44.62 bill since I returned ALL the supplies.
Falsely charging us !!
Becaues of bad service and not having O2 when my husband would run out we decided to get the Inogen . And we stopped the wheel chair at the end of January and we are still being charged. We stopped the O2 in April and we are still being charged ! And we are still being charged even know we have insurance and social security ! This is a big fraud ! You are just trying to Rip old people off !b
Oxygen concentrator
I am bringing my mother home to Philadelphia October 29th from Florida. I have had to make a total of 6 phone calls to the Bensalem location in the last 48 hours just to have her address updated so we can have the concentrator delivered to the Philadelphia address. First, I was told I had to pay the balance of 36.32 before they would begin working on the ticket and that I would receive a phone call back as soon the payment was made. I called the billing department and took care of it immediately that was at 11:30 by 2:15 still no return call. When I phoned back now, I'm being told that I may receive a phone call today if the person who takes care of the oxygen orders can get to it today and possibly deliver it on Thursday. I have informed each person I spoke with that I am flying out on Friday to Florida and I need this delivered by Thursday. EVERY time I call the Bensalem location it's a different issue on their end. This is the WORST customer service I have every experienced. This whole ordeal has been HORRIBLE.
Desired outcome: I want the oxygen concentrator delivered to my home by Thursday October 27th. I expect a phone call from someone in Corp with an immediate resolution. [protected] Kimberly
Oxygen Concentrator
I went to the emergency room on 02/16/2022 due to complications with Covid. I provided the hospital with my insurance information when I was admitted. I was sent home from the emergency room on Oxygen, and RoTech came to set up the oxygen concentrator. I provided the individual who brought the concentrator and extra tanks to my house with my insurance information as well. I have received monthly bills since 02/2022 asking me to pay the bill. I have called, emailed and chatted with RoTech asking them to please bill my insurance. I have double coverage so I should owe little if anything to RoTech. Every time I call them, I am told different things--that my balance is zero, that they won't bill anything because I set it up wrong at the hospital (I'm the patient--how can I set it up wrong), that they need my medical records. The excuses never stop. I even had my primary insurance company call them and tell them to submit a claim so that it can be paid for. RoTech is now threatening to send me to collections and have yet to bill my insurance. How am I supposed to resolve this when the won't submit a claim?
Desired outcome: I want them to simply bill my insurance so they get their money and leave me alone.
Returning equipment / billing error / machine never serviced
To whom it may concern; this message is for Rotech headquarters complaint dept. My Rotech acct#6620202; my name is diane Johnson-gaffney. I am writing this complaint because of the incorrect billing and to return the equipment. Customer service is very rude and constantly transfer the calls and refused to pick up the equipment that they delivered to me. I am a disabled senior and do not have the expense to pay out of pocket to return this item. I am continuously being build different amounts and supplying my medical coverage which they keep getting wrong. I don't need nor want this equipment due to the fact that its making me sick. Rotech is not cooperating and now i have another bill for $10.61 i have Medicare advantage Humana coverage and they are still billing me with different amounts. Bad equipment
First of all my complaint started in april of 2022. My husband is on oxygen 24/7 we recently received a portable concentrator and it could be used with or without plugging it in. But the first time my husband used it the batteries kept falling out. Luckily i brought a bottle with us as well. So i called and asked for them to send a new one. Well today we received it and plugged it in and it started fine. The guy that delivered it from Rotech got down our road about 2 miles and i had to call him back and get the old one. Because the new one kept shutting off and showing an error message. First of all im already frustrated with the fact that they dont train their delivery guys in the concentrators just only the bottles. And then they send another concentrator and it is obvious that either the place they send them to be worked on did not check it before sending it to rotech and it is obvious that no one at rotech checked it either or we would not have gotten something that didnt work. Im not sure who is in charged but if they dont train their delivery drivers and they keep sending used and none working equipment to the paitents that rely on the equipment to breath they will be having to go through a law suit! I for one want to make sure my husband is not in any risk because they dont check their equipment properly or get a different company to work on them. So in short if something happens to my husband because of equipment given to him by rotech I will be suing!
Desired outcome: Train employees on all equipment!! And check the equipment before sending it out!!! maybe get a new company to work on them.
C PAP Supplies
I keep calling and calling for Rotech to bill the right Aetna account and they keep billing my Aetna from my work account. I no longer work at Capital Health and have a new Aetna number.
I have called at least 10 times and this problem has not been resolved as yet. Please have someone call or email me that knows how to fix this. I am tired of calling repeatedly
Chapter mask
I was prescribed a machine and mask. Upon arrival, the respiratory therapist went to look for a mask in my size, but didn't have on "in stock". Sent me home with the machine and a mask that is too small. Promised to get me the correct size, and never did. I have called and keep getting the promise of a correctly sized mask and a promise of a follow up phone call. I never received either.
Now, I loose more sleep than before the machine, fighting a mask that is too small and a spouse that sleeps on the couch because the CPAP is roaring because the mask does not fit.
Desired outcome: Higher some customer service personnel that can do their job
Rotech customer service and billing
I received my sleep apnea machine in Dec 2021. I attempted to use the machine and was unable to even hold it up to my face as so much air blowing out. I contact company asap, they claimed it was preset, nothing they could do, I had to contact my doc. She quit working end of October and I have been waiting to get appointment to establish a new doctor.
I asked prior to ordering this machine about the cost as was told after my initial payment that my insurance would pick up the rest, this company starting taking money from my bank account in large sums, I contacted them twice and spoke to the nastiest customer service reps I have ever spoken to.
I have returned my machine as well as all the supplies you forced upon me and now the company refuses to offer any type of refund. I am being charged for something I didn't even use nor did I use all the supplies you kept sending, they were all returned to Rotech.
I would rather choke to death in my sleep than ever use this company again. Rudest con artist thieves I have ever met.
Rotech cpap customer service

I have called several Rotech customer support phone numbers over the past 2 months and have been unsuccessful because i have better things to do than be on hold 1-2 hours.
I was unable to complete my CPAP trial due to uncontrollable circumstances. My sister passed away, my mother and my mother in law passed away in the last 4 months. I have spent a great deal of time traveling due to this.
I was able to speak to someone today after being on hold for 1 1/2 hours. She was absolutely no help in getting an extension and gave me another number to call. I reviewed the website and chatted with Rotech customer service and another screen popped up asking for a credit card number to get an answer. At this point i'm fed up with Rotech. I know i need the CPAP
but its not worth my time trying to get help. If anyone at Rotech reads this, send me a box to return the equipment. You people are a piece of work
Desired outcome: Would like a resolution or instructions on where to send the CPAP.
oxygen delivery
My oxygen concentrator stopped working so I called Rotech.
They said they would come out the next day and to use the
backup tanks. They did not show up. So I waited 3 days called
them waited and 35 minutes to reach them. Well my oxygen
was about to run out and told them that . They said because
of the holiday I would have to wait three more days before
someone could come out and fix or replace the concentrator.
Billing
Received a rent to own (Insurance Requirement) Dream Station from Hook's Oxygen and Medical Equipment, Div of Rotech Healthcare on June 10, 2021. A recall on that machine was on June 14, 2021. I didn't receive no recall notice from Hook's or Rotech but I did receive a bill. The Dream Station was Returned but Rotech 's customer service on 12/20/ 2021 wouldn't clear the account of $111.78. ID 6255916. My health is more important than greed. I want this account zero balanced out and put this matter behind Me.
Desired outcome: Zero balance my account.
Refusal to exchange supplies
The recall replacement machine I just received (12/9/2021) is not compatible with some of the supplies they sent me in September 2021. I got notification of the recall shortly before receiving the supplies from Sleep Central. The supplies have not been opened. They refuse to exchange the supplies without me paying the shipping. They were rude and uncaring in their response

Wound vac billing
My name is Mike Ashmore, global ID 6648278. This company provided a wound vac for my lower left injury for one week after skin graft surgery. They sent me a supply of materials two weeks after they had picked up the Vac. They have since billed my twice with two different amounts and my insurance company (Aetna) says they have not filed a claim. We have met our deductible for the year and do not owe anymore for medical services. They continue to say they have, yet EOB is unavailable through Aetna. Today, their rep hung up in my as I continue to say our insurance company has no record of this. Please help!

Medicaid Auhorization for Bi-Pap Ventilator
Rotech Healthcare improperly filed paperwork to authorize my bi-pap ventilator on two occasions. After the first incident, I complained to medicaid, who instructed Rotech to resubmit a new request, and in capital letters DO NOT BILL THE PATIENT FOR THIS SERVICE. Rotech billed anyway, even though the denial was 100% their negligence. They never submitted the paperwork to medicaid properly. Avoid this DME. They have multiple FTC reports, and their days in business have been numbered. The name was also changed from Vital Care after a pile of sustained bad reviews online.
Desired outcome: Closure of this business permanently
Oxygen tanks and portlable unit
Back in July Rotech came and picked up my fathers equipment. A few weeks later we get a letter from Rotech stating that they are charging my father over $3, 000 for the unreturned equipment! They took all the equipment. I called the local Rotech office to tell them that about their error and suggested that they check their warehouse for the equipment, . Today we got an invoice (#121510) for that equipment, - a bill for the equipment. Is this some sort of scam that they pull on people? WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT AS YOUR COMPANY HAS PICKED IT UP!
Desired outcome: Update records to show the equipment was returned
Oxygen Supplier
I just got a delivery of a Concentrator and oxygen from G & G. The delivery person was an idiot named Donna who waited until the end of the visit to inform me that she was not vaccinated and had no plans to do so. She sited all of the people who have had side effects. So this company is willing to put people with compromised immune systems and acute medical conditions at significant risk and adding to the possibility of additional variants so that they don't risk the 0.006% chance of a serious side effect. This company is dealing with individuals like myself who have compromised medical conditions. It is not surprising that a company located in Craig, Colorado is full of Trump loving idiot anti vaxers like Donna. I will be calling my primary care physician tomorrow to report this and will also be in contact with Medicare.
Desired outcome: They should be out of business because they do not care about patients safety and health.
