I am complaining about my items that were stolen from luggage during my flight on 9th March 2023 to Monrovia, Liberia.
I flew on Royal Air Maroc from Miami as a connecting flight to American Airlines on the 8th of March 2023. Upon arrival in Monrovia, one of my two luggage was missing and was asked to pick it up from the company's office on the following day, March 10, 2023. I received the luggage upon arrival at the office, but with several items missing including laptop, cell phones, clothes and shoes. I
was given an email address to file a claim with the appropriate, but discovered later that the address was wrong. I had return to the US to file this claim due lack of access to the internet. I am asking the office responsible to conduct investigation and recover my missing properties.

Ticket refund from Air Morocco
Dear Sir/madan,
Pls I would like to raise a complain regarding a refund for ticket U3VCPG bought on the 17/01/2020 which was shortly cancelled.
However, over the past years, I have being back and forth with Air Moroc for my refunds but by the look of things they have no intension of returning my money back.
This has brought me a lot of stress as a sick, single- disable mom of 3 kis. Not having my money back can have an advest effect on my physical and mental health. Kindly interven and give my money back. I need to buy food for my kids.

Luggage got lost
I was traveling from New York to Marrakech October 13, 2022. My 2 pieces of luggage got lost. 4 days later I received the luggage and one of the locks was damaged and the handle was missing on the other. I did not receive any compensation neither for the delay nor for the damage.

Broken business class seat that was unrepairable
We travelled from Miami to Casablanca on October 8th 2022.leaving at 22;50At 12mn when my wife Lynette Tilluckdharry tried to recline the business class seat it stuck in a mid position and was immovable. My wife could neither lie flat or sit upright. She was unable to sleep and only had one hour of rest of the 8 hrs. The team of 4 persons came to fix but the seat could not be moved. She had to go and sit in an economy seat before and at the time of landing. We had booked business class mainly for the flat bed. OG7WMY

I was flying with turkish airlines and my flight was handled by la royale air maroc the lady in the counter was so rude for no reason she also asked about personal documents that she doesn’t need to see like my marriage certificate while she is having my passport and residency card in the sultanate of oman she asked rudely about personal stuff like the nationality of my husband and she was rasist about this my flight number is tk618 on 26 of augest 2022
No refund for flight they cancelled
Flight MAD – BKO, Dec 19, 2021 was cancelled due to the decision of Moroccan Authorities. I had to purchase a more expensive ticket on another airline. The ticket was purchased directly from RAM. To date they send lame responses acknowledging the case, and 3 times they said it was already refunded, which is not true. Eight months later they continue to say it is pending.
I also have another refund request for a ticket I purchased through a travel agency June 02, 2020 which RAM suspended due to Covid. Flights were not resumed for over a year. The request for the refund receives no action. RAM has had plenty of time to have refunded my airfare. At first I thought they were unorganized. Now I believe they are dishonest.

Flight change and no response to filed claim
On October 9th on I confirmed my flights were confirmed for date and time per my itinerary confirmation 3V7UOX departing Marrakesh at 8:30 AM and arriving Madrid at 11:20 since I had a flight from Madrid to Detroit booked at1 pm. Royal Air Maroc canceled the 8:30 AM flight and rescheduled to 12:20 which made me lose my flight to Detroit and had to buy a new return flight and spend a night in Madrid.
I filed a claim on 10/21, sent all documentation via email, have called a couple times and they keep saying to wait for customer claims department to get back with me but haven't heard from them.
I have no eticket for original flight but eticket for the rescheduled one is [protected]

Canceled flight without my approval
My flight under booking number TBSCHR been canceled without my decision and a miserable email been sent to me about it after a week from cancelation. Trying to understan d reason or to get refund back or re-book none is able to help. I am living in UAE and call center in Dubai not helping and asking me to go through Morocco office, that Morocco office never answers calls, NEVER.
I am very disappointed and want my money back for all trip.

Refusing to refund us our money
We had a trip planned with roundtrip flying Royal Air Maroc on April 15, 2020 returning May 3, 2020. We did not cancel the trip despite the hit of Covid-19. We still wanted to go, but the airline and all of our hotels forced us to cancel by shutting down and the flight itself was canceled. We immediately asked for our return of funds, but they refused to give it to us. We went through the Credit card, since they booked the travel, and they have refused to give it to the agency. It has been over a year (the maximum amount of time that they were forcing us to hold a ticket for to possibly use again (as if I'd ever fly that airline again)) and still our travel agent calls and emails and they got no return response. I myself have called customer service and they cannot do anything but direct you to the website to file a complaint. We have filed countless complaints, and we don't even get as much as a reply. They are terrible - don't ever use them or fly them!

I am totally and highly disappointed in this airline (Royal Air Maroc) and the ai services provided as my luccage containing vital items to me was missing while on flight from lagos, Nigeria to Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hello, ROYAL AIR MAROC, I come through this to request one more time a position from the company. My son had I flight booked from Sao Paulo to Lisbon, on 6th August 2014. However this flight had been cancelled without any notice. He just discovered it when he arrived at the airport. The company rescheduled his flight to Friday 8th and locate him in a Hotel, once he doesn't live in Sao Paulo city. But my problems are not only it. I've booked hotel and another flight with Ryanair, and these cannot be rescheduled. I don't think it is fair with me once I've never been notified about the cancellation. When I called the Call centre, I received the information that the company tried few times to contact the agency that sold me the ticket, but no answer. At same time I've been informed the time those calls happened was at 8 am in Maroc, however in Brazil it was 4 am. Of course none would answer the phone. So what I come here to request is at least that the company replace my ticket that was lost because of the cancellation with no notice from the company’s part.
This paragraph above I was complaining regarding the begin of the trip, leaving Brazil towards Lisbon, however to make my flight worst, happened another cancellation flight once my son was in Casablanca. Once there, he has been informed about the cancellation flight and that he would be rescheduled to the next day flight (Sunday). It made he miss the flight for the second time! Now I have to buy a new ticket to take him to Dublin, once again because of another cancellation flight. My question is: Is there any commitment of this company? I don’t think the only thing is get another flight and that’s all. I’ve lost 2 flights because of the cancellation that happened with no previous notice and this trip is costing me a fortune because of the company. If I don’t solve it with the company, definitely I will go to court, in Brazil and in Europe, because I believe I have my rights. The first cancellation rescheduled my son to 2 days later, then the second cancellation plus another day. Now he has to stay in Lisbon because the flights are too expansive. The first flight Lisbon-Dublin I’ve spent €157; rebooking + €122 and now if I want him to come straight away, + €306. So I don’t have this money available and then I’ll keep him the and get another flight a bit cheaper then this… One that I could afford. How the company can say that this is not their business?
Please I would like an answer as soon as you can, because my son still in Lisbon due all these cancellations and reschedules, and I would like to solve this issue without the necessity of going to social media or something like it.
