Royal Auto Collision is involved with tow truck drivers who work together to bring cars to their shop and then receive additional payments. These tow truck drivers even have Royal business cards, which makes them appear legitimate. I had to pay $1000 to have my car released after my son was deceived by one of these tow truck drivers. It was a frustrating and expensive experience.

Horrible experience that I am still dealing with. My father's truck was parked at *** RD E on private property while my father was in the hospital ***.
They towed the truck without authorization from private property, left it at the side of their building for months and months and did not report the tow to Missisauga. I had no idea where the truck was and who took it. They *** it from private property with no authorization from the owner. After months went by and police reports were made, the truck was still missing. I called every tow truck company in the area and Missisauga By Law, then one day an old employee from *** Rd gave me a phone number and said that this body shop Royal Auto Collision is known for this kind of activity and to try to call them and see if they have my truck. I called and they did have the truck parked at the side of their building for months. He immediately tried to blame me for this and demanded over $3000 but said he will try to bring it down. This truck was taken off of private property without authorization, then they demanded impound fees.

I'm really disappointed with the services and words from Royal Auto Collision. They promised one thing but delivered something completely different. I had an accident on February 20, and the tow truck driver took me to this body shop where Richard helped me. He convinced me to choose their service instead of going through my insurance company. He even arranged a rental car for me, which was supposed to be a top model with limited mileage. I trusted Richard blindly and signed all the papers without realizing that the rental company was separate.
After three hours, when I saw the rental car, there was a noticeable dent and scratch on the front bumper. I took a picture and went inside the body shop to discuss the issue. They told me to contact the rental company directly. So, I called them and requested a replacement for the top model car. They sent a GPS, but it didn't work. I was really scared to drive without GPS since I had recently moved from BC to Ontario. I made countless calls to both the rental company and the body shop, but it took them a few days to provide a replacement.
On February 25th, an insurance company representative estimated $4500 for a rear bumper replacement, which took the body shop 20 days to fix. I informed Richard that I didn't want to use the rental car and that I hadn't driven it on the highway. I made it clear to him. On March 19th, Richard called me to say that my car was repaired. I asked him if I should contact the rental company, but he assured me that he would handle it. So, I went to pick up my car at 5:20 pm as he instructed. Richard said he had informed the rental company to come and pick up their car. I filled up the tank and around 6:10 pm, an employee from the rental company named Nash arrived and accused me of causing two damages. I showed him proof of the front bumper damage, but he insisted I pay for the second damage, which was a tiny ding that was barely visible. He didn't have any paperwork with him. Richard told me to settle with Nash and pay something. I was shocked by Nash's behavior. Luckily, I had taken a picture of the front bumper before, otherwise, he would have blamed me for that too. I didn't sign any papers from the rental company as Nash came without any. I was supposed to drop off the rental car at Royal Auto Collision as instructed by Richard.
After three days, Nash called me and threatened to involve the court if I didn't talk to my insurance company or pay him. I tried to reach Richard, but he wasn't in his office. Richard was aware of all my problems. Unfortunately, my mother passed away on March 25th, so I completely forgot about the car incident. Nash called me on March 31st, but I unintentionally missed his call, and he ended up charging $788.74 from my credit card.
