Buyer beware
Aaron Ruby is a spoiled little third-generation child who ran a once successful Ruby-Gordon furniture business into the ground. He did this by screwing the previous generation’s loyal repeat customers via not honoring warranties, and by mismanaging company money - he didn’t have the business savvy it takes to know how to purchase the right products and inventory. Now, the company is liquidating and he’s going to try and reopen under the guise of a higher-end store.
Buyer beware, this organization from the top down is unskilled in what it takes to provide a great customer experience. There are plenty of other furniture operations in the area that value their customers so look around. Take it from this consumer who has first-hand experience.
Recommendation: Avoid Ruby-Gordon at all costs!
