Ruff House Rescue review: dog adoption

I adopted a dog through ruff house rescue and the dog was involved in a car accident and tragically passed away I was accused by them of being negligent and would be put on a do not adopt list I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint with the state of New York very rude and arrogant people very nasty I was threatened and humiliated by one of the volunteers plus she would not Even give me her name tried contacting main phone number but no one available in my opinion total frauds
