The owner of the shelter Ruff House Rescue is really dishonest person and she didn’t help animals at all. She wants only money and I believed her, but it was scam. She offered me to help and invested money in her shelter, but after I paid about $1, 500, she simply started to tell that she never got this sum. WTF? There will be recordings of your mystery neighbor frantic phone call, and reveal the truth, wow now you have neighbors who witnessed me beating the dog outside, wow thats a great trick since the poor dog didn't want to go when the 10 police came into my house, he was trying to defend me and the police were afraid of him and only on my comand did he go peacefully . You people Owe me $1550.00 as I charge for training, Australian cattledog specialist evaluation, and refund the overcharged adoption fee for a dog over 50 lbs which he was not even 40lbs! I double checked that and sure enough you gave a overdose of heartworm preventative for me to administer, so I went and got the proper strength for his weight. WTF really? One size doesn't fit all when it comes to dewormers of any kind ! Over doseing can be permanently damaging to a dog's liver if not fatal .
Diane Indelicato who is the owner of ruff house rescue is a fraud all she wants is money my beloved rescue Cocoa was involved in a tragic accident 4 months after I got her but in those 4 months she was loved very well taken care of was brought to the vet numerous times very well taken care of this lady would not consider me to adopt again and her staff was very accusatory in there e-mails towards me when I reported them to the BBB this lady went nuts called me and accusing me of neglect the she starts texting me very unprofessional by the way called me a killer this woman is crazy by the way when my cocoa passed she was rushed to a vet hospital but this person would not hear of it she has even text me a midnight what a fraud oh by the way and this is a big one she is also a felon need I say more
I am the person who received your adoption application for a dog to replace Coco. In checking your application, the veterinarian that you say you used, told me that he never saw Coco. You offered no information about Coco’s accident even though I asked you to explain how the dog was hit by a car if leashed. You stated that you have 2 other dogs but the veterinarian said they belong to your sister in law. I am very sorry that you are unhappy with our decision to not give you another dog. You were not totally candid about the events of the dog’s death. You also gave misleading information about the veterinarian. We try to send dogs home, we do not like to deny people . However, when we are not given a straight answer and the application has untrue information, we have no choice. I was very polite and I tried repeatedly to get the accurate story. Mary, RHR

You are all liars because you never called my vet and I explain to you how the accident happened and when the accident occurred it was after hours and Cocoa was brought to VEG animal emergency hospital in Brooklyn closest to my resident I have all the documentation to present when needed and I told you on two separate e-mails how the accident happened but you just did not want to hear it and your leader is a shady character to say the least you people think that others don’t know all her shady dealings I will tell anyone that will listen how corrupt your rescue is
