Rented from Walmart Supercenter on 09/02/23 at 9:00 am to clean our carpets and rug doctor has always been dependable.

I am 100% disabled veteran and my spouse who works has to clean them for us. When he was lifting machine out there was stains from what don’t know though decided to look machine over.

We turned machine to glance at rolling brush and it was so gross(no other word for it)so had to spend the rest of the day cleaning on my walker while spouse vacuumed carpets to clean.

Who ever has rented for has to be quit a while because bottom was impacted with gobs of hair, fishing Lures, diamond ear ring, bee bee pellets rusted and fussed to metal plate were the vacuum picks up dirt.

Emailed Rug Doctor support and complaints and sent photos of every unsanitary piece of the machine and requested full refund or extra day since we spent first day cleaning it.

Well we finally got it cleaned but upon trying to clean carpet the light was on stating brush jam so we downloaded manufactures Manuel for that specific machine but it would never work.

So carpet got wet but no way to clean it up so spent that day using our towels to soak up the solution from our rug.

I know how good rug doctor is and have always been professional and clean but this was just bad.

So as of right know no response by phone or email regarding our request and that’s just wrong to do a faithful customer that way.

Desired outcome: We just want our money back for the rental that we never got to us and carpets still dirty and need those funds with more than likely way more to pay someone to clean them for us.
