I purchase a polo coffee table and head i paid cash. In june 2019 one month later the table was broken in to pieces and head board was peeling, i contacted the store they said they logged a complain about it few weeks later warehouse phone me that they cant fix the table they will give me onether one.. i asked the store lady to change to onether designer cause i dont trust tha one anymore...i was told that i cant change to a different designer.. since today i have received my new table and the bed is still not change...i am very much dissapointed about the service i received this shows that they only want our money, and they dont care wether we are happy or not, what i would like to know is ehat are you gus doing about this, and the lady was very rude and not helpful the lady told me that if m not happy about the service i must call head office to contact them, my wish is to get my money back or get what i paid for cause it looks like they gave me second hand furniture, or i will escalate the matter to the next level .
