Russells review: The manager thulani from the barberton branch in mpumalanga was very rude to me yesterday and today 19 march 2020

I received very bad service from Russell in Barberton 77 Crown Street 0864 buy Thulani Mayise store Manger. Thulani was so rude, I called my husband to explain what I'm facing at the store and my husband tried speaking to him but he was rude to my husband on the phone as well. Edmon Zwane the area manager tried calming me down and as he was talking to me and apologizing, Thulani Mayise the store manager came an rudely interapted us as we were speaking and I told him that I'm not speaking to him am speaking to the area manager, the area manager intervind an told Thulani more then 3 times to go away as he was speaking to the client and will speak to him as soon as his done speaking to the client. He was shout in the store and telling me that's how he speaks by raising his voice. The area managed to calm me down n even spoke to my husband and my husband told him that Thulani was also rude to him as well. I came to buy X3 padestal s and one had missing parts inside and I only came to ask for the missing parts an he went on by telling me he won't give me the missing parts he already assembled the one that was left. Only to find that it's the display that was on the floor that he wants to give to me and I refused, told home to give me the missing parts or a new padestal but I won't except the one on the floor. He rudely told me that it's either I take the one on the floor or he can't assist me. I'm so disappointed with the managers service. Yesterday he was also rude to my sales lady, you could see in her face that she's not happy (Nonhlanhla Masinga). Please help in the matter above. Your response will be appreciated. Thank you
