SA Post Office review: Motor vehicle license renewal

On 10 March 2022 I attempted to renew my vehicle licence on the sapomvl.co.za website, paid in full for the vehicle license plus delivery fee of R75, and was informed via WhatsApp that the payment of R 741 was received.

Later that day I received this: "Your quote for DJF897EC was rejected by admin due to: > Not Certified Document or ID> Application not Signed: Login go to your Profile and update your signature. Please login to sapomvl dashboard to resolve the issue.

There is no place on the website to replace or amend the signature. I logged several complaints and requests for assistance but to date, 3 weeks later, there was NO response to any of my complaints or requests.

I am desperate to get some help and advice on how I can obtain my renewed vehicle license. Poor pathetic service of SA post office is to say the least
