That said, I would like to suggest that your team reassesses the lead time, timelines, and response protocols to better reflect a more accurate lead time based on the amount of inbound orders and average production time. I believe this would help to reduce customer uncertainty and anxiety and provide clarity to customers awaiting orders. On the 14th of March , I made an order for the Templar Hero edition saber with a triple saber stand, which arrived on July 31st. As we are currently in a pandemic, I do understand that delays may occur, and therefore, I did not mind the wait. However, upon receiving my order, I encountered two significant problems which detracted from the overall experience.
Firstly, despite paying for a stand, I was disappointed to discover that the package only contained the Templar Saber without the stand. Although this was frustrating, I opted to forego the hassle of returning the item and instead sought alternative options on Etsy for a triple saber stand.
Secondly, after turning on the saber to test its functionality, I discovered a common issue encountered with Sabreforge products- electronic malfunction. Following an attempt to change the color of the saber, it turned off unexpectedly, indicating a potential battery depletion. I charged the saber overnight, but it still refused to turn on. Notably, the package lacked a basic manual on how to use the "Templar Hero edition" saber, which is typical for other sabersites such as UltraSabers, ElectrumSabers, and Korbanth. Consequently, I found myself at a loss when attempting to diagnose the problem and identify if my device was even charging.
At present, I am attempting various charging methods to revive my saber, and if successful, I shall remediate my evaluation accordingly. However, based on current reviews, I am dubious of Saberforge's capability to fix the issue, and hence shall seek the services of another saber specialist. Regrettably, as a result of this experience, I will not contemplate purchasing from Saberforge again nor recommend their services to others.

Initially, SaberForge estimated a waiting time of six to nine weeks, which, in my opinion, was already an excessive period. However, after completing the first six weeks of the investment, I reached out to inquire about the item's status, to which they informed me that it would take another twelve weeks due to their production delays. I patiently waited, enduring their prolonged response times with limited communication channels, only to realize my saber wouldn't be available for another three weeks, at minimum.
At this stage, I felt compelled to demand a refund because of their irresponsible handling of my order, which they agreed to without even a concession. I found this uncaring and deeply upsetting, as it portrayed a lack of professionalism and customer service awareness. I didn't receive any meaningful remedy or compensation, not even a gesture of genuine concern. It appears that SaberForge has an exceptional product, as evidenced by online photos and videos. However, their shoddy service delivery and poorly-managed production time renders their product irrelevant.
I must express my indignance with their managing protocols and the lack of care and attention to detail they extend to their customers. Far worse is their appalling customer service knowledge, which is regrettable and somewhat shameful. Throughout my entire experience, I had no other option but to wait since my only means of communication was with their email service, which they took days to respond to, with most of their responses seeming copy-pasted.
In conclusion, even after threatening to file fraud with my bank, it took far too long and a lot of energy from me to get SaberForge to respond to me at the end of my ordeal. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone or even consider revisiting their site again.
