SacDeLuxe review: luxury handbag rental

I ordered a chanel rental bag online for a total price of 225 euros. The company charged my credit card immediately. Less than 24 hours later, I had emailed the company to request if there was a possibility I could get a refund as by then I had heard this company was a fraud. I had heard they charge absurd credit card fees and accuse "buyers" of damage done to the bags, etc. So I panicked. The lady who runs the business "Ann" emailed me back and told me unfortunately they do not offer refunds and I should go ahead and order a bag. So I did. 1 month rental agreement. The bag arrived in rough shape. It was horrendous. So I sent it back the next day. I had the bag for less than 24 hours. Because I had paid the company 225 euros, I was feeling quite ripped off. The bag was sent back priority post with tracking number, however, the company accused me of returning it late and charged me an additional 190 euros. So this company ended up ripping me off by 415 euros for a 1 day rental. BE AWARE.
