Rude behaviour from sales man at sacoor ibn battuta branch on friday 29/9/2 at 3:50 pm
On Friday 29/9/2023 at 3:50 pm, the sales man in saccor was very rude to me as a costumer. He said an appropriate word to me in arabic language after asking him a clarification about the reason of paying extra amount of money for exchange the same items with different sizes. He asked me to pay 20 aed per each item and I was willing to pay the money then he said : ok you don't need to pay them if that money will irritating you (the word in arabic is stronger than this, I just tried to translated to the nearest meaning in English)! He was very offensive, rude, and unprofessional. Really I am shocked.
Desired outcome: I 'd appreciate a response from saccor towards that incident in addition to an apology.
Didn't get the confirmation mail
I ordered a shirt which was on discount [AED 138] medium slim fit size by yesterday 28/11/2022 around 6pm-6:30pm, after ordering nothing was displayed expect "your purchase is finished" and the amount was deducted from the account and no confirmation email was received. The email id and phone number given was : [protected]@gmail.com and phone no - [protected] and it was a click and collect option to Dubai outlet mall.
Tried calling customer service, very poor service not even picking up the calls. Please do the necessary.
Desired outcome: I need the order to be processed , if not please refund the amount deducted.
Poor customer service in your midriff location

The staff wasn’t not cooperative and does not show any kind of flexibility while requesting for an alteration of an item bought 2 years ago although I got the approval on doing it but he wasn’t happy about his colleague action. Then when providing me the date of when this trouser will be fixed which is after 1 week from now, I told him that I need it 2 days before, then he directly refuse to show any flexibility.. I have taken my item back & I wasn’t happât all & I will never purchase any item from your brand despite being a good customer to sacoor since many years in different countries but unfortunately this kind of behavior and rudeness although I know that my request is not as per the policy but exceptions can always happen if the staff are willing to do it

Be careful when buying online
-BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ONLINE-
On 6th of April 2022 I made an order online. A few days later I received a parcel that belonged to another customer. I immediately informed Sacoor of the mistake and I had no reply for a few days. I then requested a refund and again, obtained no reply.
Consequently, I submitted a complaint to several Portuguese Consumer rights organisations while at the same time directly contacting the owners (the two Sacoor brothers) and the CEO in Europe. Promises of an instant refund were made but it wasn´t until repeated emails and escalating to other European Consumer Rights organisations that I finally received my refund 20 days later.
Their excuse was the Easter holidays, National holiday, and Paypal not working.
Online commerce is based in trust and reliability. If a customer can purchase 24/7, Public Holidays or not, a professional company should have Customer Care available those times too.
Given this shameful experience, I will not try to buy online again at Sacoor Brothers and I cannot recommend doing so.
I hope they can have an exercise of lessons learnt and be more appreciative of potential customers.

My complaint is regarding the Polo I bought from MOE Outlet Dubai.

Sewing work to the dressmaker

Unfortunately I did purchase on 20. Feb.2022 in total amount for mw & for my kids worth = 1,623 SAR which I regret to buy a Formal Suit from Sacoor Co. & its had been handled for sewing work to the dressmaker.
Unfortunately Until now I didn’t not receive it & no one contacted me.
I would like to return it back to the branch & I don’t want this type of business treatment.

Sales rep
I had a very bad experience in the sacoor brothers store in outlet mall. The sales reps are so rude and racists. I am a regular customer of them and I went on 23rd Jan 2022 to their store to purchase few shirts. The sales rep who has no name plate in his suit and has no guts to share his name behaved very rude to one of the Asian customer who visited the store. The way he approached the customer is so rude and racism way.
I highly request the sacoor management to look into your sales rep to teach a session about customer service and equality.

I returned 2 items and never received my refund back
I ordered from online and the size was not correct so I requested a return and the 2 items was collected from my home 5th of december and till now I didn't receive my refund back
I tried to contact the phone but no answer

I placed an order online on the 26th of November, however I have no access to the email I was using which was [protected]@uhrs.ae (I do not know the order number) the number i registered was [protected].
I've been constantly sending emails (ticket number 32517) but I'm not getting any response, I've tried to call the call center and send texts on whatsapp, but there's also no response.
I've tried to call a store and inform them, about my situation, but they gave me a landline to call, but it's always busy and I don't know what to do anymore.

I am highly disappointed with the level of managing complaints in the UAE.
I wrote a complaint about your store in Dubai Mall on 22 of November, and I received a call after two days from a supervisor from the store called.
Instead of providing a solution, he told me that they would fire the tailor!
Customers feedback has to be taken seriously by senior management.
Unfortunately, the supervisor made things worst he promised to provide me with a two-day solution, but he has not contacted me yet.
I visited your store to try on the suits they brought me from another store; your tailor accidentally damaged my shirt.
I asked him to fix what he damaged; he was extraordinarily careless and cut the thread. I mentioned what happened to your team; the answer was this is tailor has been working here for ten years! (No sign of sympathy).
I checked the comments on your google review, and I was not surprised to see that I was not the only one.
I left my three suits in your store because I don't trust the level of professionalism of your team members.

I have one order since 05/11/2021, till now I did not receive it from online UAE, they requested verification I'd I shared it, after this the shipment was returned, no response on my emails even my calls the most bad experience I have ever face

I ordered a blazer from Sacoor online UAE cuz it wasn't available in their stores, it took a long time to he delivered and when it finally came it was different than what I wanted so I returned it and requested a refund. It took more than 1 week to send Aramex to collect the item, and when the item was collected it took more than 10 days and the item hasn't moved from Aramex warehouse and i emailed the many times to contact Aramex and check what is the issue and they only respond like robots that the return and refund process might take up to a week no matter how many times I explain to the that it's been more than 2 weeks already and eventually I HAD TO CALL ARAMEX AND ASK THEM TO deliver the item. And today it has been three weeks and nothing has been refunded and when I email them all I get is attitude.

Till date I have not received two of my orders which were placed in Dec. Order [protected] and [protected].
I have also returned part items from my order [protected] for which the DHL waybill number is [protected] I have still not received my refund.
I have been trying to call tour customer service number and writing emails but no reply from them on when my order will be delivered.
No one answers the customer service number, nor any response via WhatsApp chat, no reply to emails from them and no reply on live chat. I am not sure how they can be running a business like this.
I will appreciate if someone can help deliver my order and refund me my money for items I have returned in Dec.

Service - misbehaviour - store manager
I was in the Sacoor store in Dubai, IBN Battuta mall at about 945 pm on 24th dec 2020. I never expected to have the worst experience of my retail shopping experience as the store manager Ibrahim who threaten me to walk out of the store and laughed at me when I enquired if there was a discount on a jacket which was on display... when I asked him if I could speak to the manager of the store, he said he was the manager. When I asked him for his name, he said I could complain to anyone as he would not care two hoots about it. And he also mentioned that I spoilt his day by stepping into his store.
I was terribly upset with this experience. I am not a regular customer of Sakoor in the recent past. I used to be loyal and bought a lot of stuff from Sacoor, (the company could check my profile to see the purchases I have made in the past) this is my second bad experience, hence I am raising this concern, the worst of all. I really think Ibrahim should really be taught how to have basic etiquettes of talking to a customer, if not please the customer at least not chase them or insult them.
Please make it a point this experience is not delivered to anyone else. For sure I will not step into this store ever n will strongly recommend none within my family or friends.

I have purchased a paint in IBN al Battuta branch last day and they have sent me a message for collection today.
I came to collect my paint, unfortunately the tailoring was very bad and as per my request for correction and redoing it in a good quality the savior representative on counter started shouting and misbehaving and speaking impolitely.

Delay in shipment
I ordered two shipments form sacoor online store in 10th of November, 2020, one shipment received after 10 days, the second one not yet received since that date!
I sent mails, tried to call the customer care but the stated phone is disconnected, how i could reach them, no one knows !
Very upset and disappointed from such purchase experience.
Material trouser quality
I had purchased a men's formal pants couple of months ago. I probably wore the pants a few times only. The entire pants is splitting/tearing apart. I paid close to 450 Aed, but the quality is absolutely shocking.. although I have followed the wash care instructions, only sent to professional laundry..
In view of the above bad quality, I request for a replacement or refund as I can't pay too much for such poor quality.

At the time of the lockdown I had placed an order online. The order was delivered around a month after purchase after daily nagging the team about it. I understood the situation, as lockdown hit the business. Fine. One item was not in a good condition (had a stain on it) so I applied for return and did all the necessary on the website. Return policy has been extended to 90 days, so I was waiting. But. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Nobody responds the email, none of the phones is answered. The refund is stuck somewhere, and I paid for my order cash. Been almost a month now I haven't heard from them. Definitely not recommended at all!
Customer and refund service
I made 2 online purchases Order # [protected] & Order # [protected]. In early April. There were refunds owed on both ordes. £23.95 on the first £432.90 on the second. Sacoor Brosther errored in the refund process for the first. I was only able to return these on 20th April after multiple points of contact with Sacoor Borothers, both email and via Whatsapp. The second order I was able to return 15th April. On the 20th May, again after multiple chasers. Sacoor Bros confirmed that i had returned the goods and were to process a refund by the clsoe 20th. It is the 30th May and I still do not have my refunds, and it is 6 weekspost return. They have been chased multiple times and I am unable to understand what the issue is. Their online service is attrocious and I am looking at a full refund and a letter of apology. Many thanks Adrian
