I have travelled from JHB to DBN on the 24th dec.
At the check-in in counter in JHB, I tagged in 2 sets of luggage one was my orange she bag and the other was my suitcase trolley bag. At the time, the lady placed a tag on the suitcase bag but I cant recall if she tagged the shoe bag as well.
When I got to DBN, I realised that the orange shoe bag was lost as it did not arrive. There were about 3 other people that also had lost their luggage at the same time as me. I had 4 pairs of shoes in the orange shoe bag. To date no one has called me to enquire or to provide any feedback at all on the where abouts of my bag. All docs attached. Contact details are below..
my luggage has been lost by the incompetent staff at the DBN airport. I dont have any shoes. No one has contacted me to this date to say what is happening here. Absolutely horrendous service. Wont fly with SAFair ever.
I have not been assisted on any way. No one has even had the decency to call me as yet.
I DO NOT Want the shoes back, for health reasons, I want every thing to be replaced.
