March 4, 2020 purchase flights for family of five. Total price $1284, cancelled the flight due to COVID. They refused to give me a cash refund, offered a credit only. I tried to book flights with the credit. They added some many different fees wanted me to pay and additional $640. I declined and asked for a cash refund. I have not heard back from this scam company. I have to file a claim with my bank.

A confirmation email was sent that my flight was secure and I received a link to print my tickets. Just a few days before my flight, I check with American Airlines and see that my flight is cancelled. I call Flights Kart just to find they "had" sent a cancellation notice (which never arrived) days prior to today. I am furious! DO NOY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THE BAD REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE!

Yesterday 06 June I bought trough your website 4 tikets from Washington National (DCA) to Miami for July 28. I gave all the information required, including the credit card data for the payment. Then a window with all the flight information appeared and the status of the reserve said "Confirmed", I then went to the AA page and looked to the reserve numberto verify the flight information and that all passengers info was ok and a message appeared informing that paymant was not made and the issuance of the tickets are pending.

I was booking a flight online and went through all the screens inputting all my information including the credit card information. When I hit the enter button to complete the transaction screen popped up saying there was an error so I called the 1800 number and was told that the ticket I wanted was not available. The woman on the phone offered me a ticket that cost $60 more. She said she could not see the price I had on my screen so I hung up and tried booking again. This time it went through online and I received a confirmation number and again called the 1800 number to confirm it was booked. I asked the person on the phone for the airline reservation number. They said it would take a couple of hours to process and I would receive an email with the number. Needless to say I did not receive the airline reservation number, instead it was an email stating, "trip cancelled". I called up to tell them I did not cancel the trip. The response was they do not guarantee the prices and the woman went on to read their terms and conditions, "until and during the time period the payment is being charged and realized in full from the credit card, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated to the customer and his consent sought before debiting the customer's credit card. Unless or until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or by flights kart without any prior notice".
Bait and switch and if you don't go for it... Trip cancelled.

Please do not make use of the services of: www.flightskart.com or http://bookflightsfare.com/ because they are a scam company. I booked a flight, paid for the flight with my credit card, next best thing I receive a email stating that the flight has been cancelled, with no explanation, no reason, no communication. I have tried to email the company several times with no response. Scam alert

Pretty much the same story here. I purchased a flight from them and received confirmation. Only to get another email at a later time saying it was cancelled and if I wanted to keep the same flight it would be additional chargers. Horrible customer service good luck speaking to a manager. This site offers great deals and does not hold up to them. I will never recommend this site to anyone. I was told this was all due to a glitch in there website

I booked 5 flights to Punta Cana Dominican Republic on January 29, 2018 for travel dates on July 5th, 2018-July 11th, 2018. The price I booked for was $1781.55 (356.31) per person. After looking up and reviewing several reviews online regarding the terrible service they received and cancelled flights I decided to call American Airlines to verify my flights, well my flights were still unconfirmed with AA, I called Flights Kart spoke to a representative and I was informed the flights were still being processed and should receive an email once verification process is completed. When I did receive an email a few hours later saying my flights were cancelled, I called Flights Kart and spoke to the representative you tried to tell me that it was an error and that I got a huge discount because their website was incorrect and not properly updated, he tried to explain to me their process of purchasing flights from the airlines (like that has nothing to do with me) and that I should look on AA ti see how much their prices were and then check back in 24hrs with them. I hung up on the representative and advised him I did not want to do business with a fake/bootleg company. The representative called me back stating I could have those flights for $2400 now and if i looked on line it was still cheaper. Seriously I rather pay double to the airline than a crooked company like Flights Kart.

Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company.

Purchased two tickets PIT to SAN on 20 November 2017 and received confirmation email with booking information and labeled CONFIRMED. After trying to check-in at PIT, we discovered no reservation was booked. We then called Flights Kart, their representative informed us that tickets where cancelled on 21 November 2017 and that we were sent and email. We did not receive an email cancelling our tickets. Flights Kart representative said discount promotion was filled, therefore our tickets were cancelled. Reference reservation S4FAMP. Further, Flights Kart representative offered to book us, however cost would be a significant cost increase. My advice to all walk away from this organization, butter run away. Based on my experience my advice is never book reservations with this Company.

This website is very risky. I would never recommend dealing with them to anyone at all.
I bought a ticket long before the trip. Everything (including the payment) went well, I got both: a ticket confirmation and information, and there was nothing to worry about.
I arrived at the airport and as usual, came to the registration desk where I was said that my ticket was canceled hence I have no right to fly. They had no tickets for this flight, so I had to run around the airport and look for different airlines to buy a ticket for a decent price. It was crazy and I don't like adventures like this. FlightsKart has let me down.
Please, stay away!

I decided to try FlightsKart only because they had really nice prices. It was my first time booking with them and I will never do that again!
After I paid for my ticket I received all the confirmations and everything seemed to be fine.
On the departure date when I arrived at the airport I found out that my booking was cancelled by FlightsKart! I contacted them and demanded some explanation, but they ignored me and never replied. These scammers still owe me!
