I am verified binance user that binded my account to Safepal mini program my ID on safepal is (bnb1qvfzrdqla4ypp832pp3spc40u6mxw7kfva37mv )recently my futures account is restricted it means I can't add position or open new position I asked safepal team on August 17 to resolve my solution after a day they said that binance has said that you must withdraw all your funds whilst I have two active position then I contacted binance team on August 18 with case ID [protected] replying that there was no blocks or restrictions on their side for my account at all I want to know why Safepal team did tell me lie about negotiating with binance team are they want my position be liquidated? Why there is no online human support team See the screen shots and you will notify that I have no issues with binance what should I do it's about 5000$ in position they even didn't investigate my account and just sent me an automated reply. Now I can not manage my positions there...I have to tell you that binance team were really helpful and responsible and dedicated.
