Purchased two electric neck massagers order number Sal [protected] which were delivered two days ago. Having followed the instruction very carefully, I have found that neither of the massagers work.
I have contacted the company by email requesting a returns address twice but have had no response. The reason I am concerned is that the company give very little time for the customer to return the items.
Can you please assist as if the return is outside two weeks they will not accept it
